For those in the know, Lae Nani is the premier property on the coconut coast. Within Lae Nani, this unit offers the ultimate in vacation luxury. This one bedroom, bath and one half unit, features an unparalleled ocean view and a luxurious contemporary style. From your lanai, watch for turtles swimming in Wailua Bay, whales breaching and the rare and endangered Hawaiian monk seal napping on the beach.

This renovated unit has travertine marble and tigerwood floors, granite counter tops, and cherry and glass cabinets. The stainless steel appliances include a dishwasher, and full-sized refrigerator. (You do not find that in rental condominiums) We have outfitted this unit with all of the comforts of home and made an effort to provide quality and unique appliances and cookware.

The entertainment system is a 42 inch plasma TV. For the internet junkie or those who can’t leave work behind, there is a wifi internet connection for use with your laptop or IPad.

When its time for rest, there is a king-size bed with a Swedish Tempur-Pedic mattress for the ultimate in comfort. No nasty sleeper sofas here! The second bed is a real queen-size murphy bed that tips into a cabinet when not being used.

The master bathroom features a custom made marble shower enclosure with dual shower heads This marble is called 'rain forest' because of its tropical coloring and pattern. The shower floor has been done in marble pebbles with green grout to make it feel like you are standing in a stream bed. To complete the outdoor feeling, we hired a local artist to paint a Banyan tree on the wall that goes over the ceiling and the shower. Above counter green glass sinks finish the contemporary styling. The towels are not your standard rental issue but are thick and luxurious.

Although the unit does not have air conditioning, it does have new ceiling fans throughout, including on the lanai, along with portable ones, when a bit of additional cooling is desired. The location of this unit, being so close to the ocean provides natural cooling with the tradewinds making for a very enjoyable, natural tropical cooling experience.

Shopping is a one block stroll to the Coconut Marketplace filled with small shops, galleries,restaurants, and a theater. A short drive or long walk gets you to Kapaa town, full of quaint shops and markets. Major grocery stores are located along the way. Golf is abundant on Kauai and there are several courses a short drive away. You can swim, snorkel and boogie board right in front or choose from many other beaches close by. Scuba diving is also available nearby.

There is only one major road on Kauai that makes a horseshoe along the coast, stopping at the famous Napali Cliffs. You are located right in the middle of the horseshoe so it is equal distance to both ends of the road.

On site amenities include a large heated pool, gas barbecues, lighted tennis court and coin laundry.

We have a three night minimum stay and a $150 cleaning fee plus Hawaiian room tax.
