As our guests, you'll have exclusive access to a range of delightful amenities. Our studio condo offers many of the comforts of home. The full-size bathroom is well-appointed with towels for both bathing and beach excursions. We provide essential amenities including a mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, as well as silverware, glasses, cups, plates, and utensils. Stay connected with free high-speed internet and enjoy cable TV with complimentary access to Amazon Video, HBO Max, and Apple TV streaming. For your outdoor adventures, we provide beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and hiking poles. Please note that a one-time cleaning fee of $110 is included in your reservation to ensure the condo is sparkling clean upon your arrival. If you wish to have a mid-stay cleaning during your holiday, please let us know in advance, and we will gladly schedule it for an additional $110 fee. For stays of 10 nights or longer, a mandatory $110 mid-stay cleaning fee is required, with subsequent cleanings every 10 days (e.g., 20 nights = $220 for 2 mid-stay cleans).

We came from Maui to Kauai and the 2 properties could not have been more different. This one in Kauai was so much cleaner and updated, and the perfect size for the 2 of us! And also in the perfect location! Great pool and hot tub, it was paradise within a paradise!

This particular condo within The Islander is the best we have ever stayed in. In fact, it was better than most 1 bedroom units we have rented elsewhere!! This unit was stocked with everything you could possibly want. The provided beach chairs were a dream for me as I have a bad back and it is difficult to sit on the sand! I would highly recommend this unit to anyone considering staying in the Kapaa area!! It is also within walking distance of shopping for supplies and fun things!

Our stay at this Wailua condo was wonderful. The grounds of the complex were impeccably kept and there is a beautiful pool and outdoor bar for adult entertainment. We loved looking out at the ocean every morning and being so close to great restaurants and shopping as well as steps away from the ocean! Would definitely stay here again!

The pictures are very accurate & the view spectacular. It had everything that we needed for a couple extra days before flying back to the mainland.
The 1/2 kitchen, full bath & king size bed were perfect. Also the decor was very nice. The tiki bar was nice, pool fun & Coconut Marketplace was convenient.
The location was right where we needed to be. The distance to the airport is very good and filling up with gas (even early in the am) was convenient in Wailua.
We will definitely recommend this place to our friends & plan to stay when we visit again!

Oh my!! Where do I even begin!! It’s THE most beautiful and convenient condo for your stay on Kauai’s east side!!! The room was perfect! It had everything we needed and more!! The pictures don’t lie! The view from the lanai is beautiful! The soothing sounds of the ocean 🌊 was heavenly! The convenience of shopping, eating and the beach is all right there!! The condo grounds are lush and immaculate! The details from host were spot on. Overall experience 11/10

The place is wonderful for 2 people. The view is spectacular. The sounds of the waves are so soothing. Really missed having a full sized refrigerator but it is only a studio. The location is so beautiful, right on the water. We fell asleep listening to the ocean. The resort is lovely and the beautiful kept. We loved having restaurants and shops within walking distance to the apartment. I hated to leave and hope to return again!

We loved our stay! One of the best stays we had in Hawaii. Beautiful ocean views from balcony! Place was equipped with everything anyone ever needed. Check-in process was smooth, everything related to stay was communicated well ahead of time. 15min drive from Lihue airport, it was very convenient for us to travel around the island.

The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The view is the best and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was wonderful! The resort itself could use a little maintenance (the pool tiles really need a good scrubbing) but that does not reflect on the condition of the unit itself. We would not hesitate to stay again and really enjoyed our time there! Very centrally located and loved that there are many restaurants within walking distance.

This was a great home in Kauai! It is so close to the coconut grove marketplace which is just 2 minutes walking where you can get anything you need (food, groceries, entertainment) and there is a little coffee shop right near the parking lot. Beach access and pool access was incredibly convenient. Loved my stay here!

The second we opened the door to the unit, we were blown away by the stunning view of the ocean from our lanai, and that's where we ended up spending a substantial part of our stay in Kauai! The lanai is a big selling point for this unit and rightfully so, as it was amazing.
The whole unit is super cute and comfortable - not just the lanai - and Heather and Khaled do a wonderful job of outfitting their guests with all sorts of things they might need to enjoy Kauai, including hiking poles, snorkeling gear and beach chairs. In addition, they provided us with an online visitors guide that became our bible during this trip, as there are SO many choices that it can be overwhelming. Having expertise from locals made it a lot easier to figure out how to spend our time, so we really appreciated that. The hosts really put a lot of time and effort into thinking through the details, and it shows.
And finally, the grounds of the resort are beautifully tended, and the central location is great for anyone who wants to see the whole island during their stay. The Coconut Marketplace is super convenient, which helps add to the atmosphere of complete relaxation because if we didn't want to take the time to find a place to eat, we could just walk over and grab some tacos from Chicken in a Barrell or a sandwich from Island Country Market.
A+++ would recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, beautiful place to stay in Kauai!

You walk in and all you see is ocean. Amazing welcome to Kauai! Heather and Khaled were the best hosts. Very responsive and thorough with details. It’s a special place. Do yourself a favor and spend some time here. You can walk all the way into old town Kapa’a on the ocean path. Some construction is happening that caused us to switch our route a bit. The pool is great. Lava Lava restaurant on the beach is literally a stones throw away. Rising early to catch spectacular sunrises is off the chart! We hope to return!

This 3rd floor condo is located at oceanfront with a lovely view and relaxing sound of waves. It is close to the pool/jacuzzi as well as the beach. The kitchenette includes service for four with coffeemaker and microwave and we enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony. Very easy check/in and checkout process. There is no elevator so be prepared to navigate two flights of stairs with your luggage!
