We had an amazing family vacation. The Villa was close to the pool which worked out perfect for my twin grandsons. Great location for shopping, eating, and spending the day at the beach.

We had a great time at this condo. We were two adults and two 14 year old girls. We chose this condo for the ground floor proximity to the pools and the easy walking distance to the shops. The condo was well-outfitted and very comfortable for our needs. The girls loved being able to use the pool when they wanted and the autonomy to walk to the nearby shops.
We also greatly appreciated all of the beach gear in the garage. Enough chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, ice chests, etc. to make our beach outings comfortable and very enjoyable.

Overall the property was very nice, the accommodations were nice and quick access to the pool. The units construction seems to be old and there is no soundproof boarding between the floors. The people above us had kids who were running back and forth thought our stay, so it was loud and not a pleasant experience.I would not recommend staying here just based on that.

Overall we had a good experience. Location and amenities were good. The only negatives are kitchen faucet was loose which was fixed right the way after we reported it. Also carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced. It was nice to have beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage. Overall 4.5 stars about of five.

The stay at the continuum was very good. Easy access to the pool. We had an issue with the ac which was fixed the same day. Easy access to grocery and airport. If you have a vehicle the continuum is located centrally between Hilo and the other side. All I all a good stay.

This condo was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very beautiful. Close to the beach and the Hilton and Marriot hotels and shopping market. The property is best suited for adults and kids. We enjoyed our stay very much!!

This was a beautiful condo in a beautiful complex. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a week stay. We could walk to Starbucks and restaurants, and had a great kitchen to cook meals. The beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed coffee on the patio with the mongooses! The only disappointment was the pool right outside our building was under renovation, but it was a short walk to the other pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The property was immaculately cleaned, clearly maintained, thoughtfully staged, and very well outfitted. The unit is easy n-out and convenient to the beach and the shops. We were very happy! For accuracy, the unit is indeed right next to a pool but that pool has been undergoing renovations and was closed. the second pool was close by, however, so it certainly did not spoil an otherwise lovely property!

Great location, but what was rough was the cleanliness and the bedding. I get bugs are in Hawaii and I have lived here before. We have stayed many times before at the same location just a different property. But I would say this has been the worst. The dishes had lipstick and food stuck on them, the first thing we saw when we checked in was 1 roach dead after they “cleaned”. Several more bugs and roaches thru out our stay. And the bedding the pillows were like dust. They haven’t been changed for years flat like air and was not comfortable at all! Let’s just say I would shop around until the owners of this place give there unit some TLC!

We enjoyed our stay here. Great location with shopping and restaurants within minutes walking. The beach is within walking distance, too. The condo was clean and well stocked. All you need is a quick trip to the grocery store for food to enjoy that beautiful kitchen. Multiple beach towels were supplied and the garage was well equipped with beach and pool supplies. It made our pool and beach visits so easy! Pool was right outside the lanai and fitness center was a short walk. We will be back!!!

Michelle with Kohala was very prompt in addressing a few minor issues. We loved this unit with the exception you can hear the people in the unit above. Very nice space in the living room and kitchen! Comfortable living room furniture, not Rattan furniture. Loved the Central A/C. Very close to the pool area. Loved the garage and the beach chairs!

Had a great time in C-3. Property was cleaner than expected and well stocked. Unit is near the pool and walking distance to shops and beach. The garage and beach toys (chairs, wagon, cooler, etc.) came in real handy. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Property has a/c which is a plus. Coffee, tide, spices provided. Across from Queens marketplace for supplies, lunch and also a Starbucks.

The condo location is excellent. Located very close to the Queen’s shops and the pool is just off the patio. We used the app to check in which made it very easy to get access to the property and get into the condo. The condo was clean and the lights were left on for our arrival.
The condo has everything you would want inside and easily found. Extra beach towel, beach chairs, boards, and umbrellas in the garage.
The beds where very nice and all the amenities for our stay. We like to cook many of our own meals and the condo had everything we needed. We used the community bbq a couple time and everything at the complex was clean and close to the condo.
Communication with Michelle was excellent. I had a couple questions and requests and she was very responsive through email. This was very much appreciated.
Honestly, one of the best places we have rented in Hawaii. I would definitely rent this place again and would recommend it to friends and family.

The C3 condo unit in Waikoloa Beach Villas was a perfect location for us. Staying across the street from the Queen’s Shops made it easy for anyone in our group to walk for a coffee or the market place or just to shop without needing to get everyone together and take a vehicle. A-Bay was also close enough to walk to for those of us eager to get going earlier.
The condo was very clean and it was nice to have a pool & hot tub right out our patio doors
Another great bonus was the bogey boards, coolers and snorkel sets in the garage for us to use.

The property was nice a conveniently located and most things worked...some small issues but the management company can to fix them in a timely manner. I may stay again depending on price and what other options were available. They do rush you out the door so make sure if you need to stay late you book an extra night.

This condo is a great place to stay. Everything is available to borrow that’s needed for a family on the go. Beach chairs, snorkel equipment, boogie boards, pool toys, and a little portable cooler. Convenient to have a washer/dryer to clean the beach towels provided. Very clean and comfortable. Great location
