This place was incredible. It has everything you need and more. Definitely well stocked with enough for the whole family. Before you head to the grocery store definitely see what is in the kitchen, you’ll be pleasantly surprised. The location is perfect. One pool to the right one pool to the left and you’re less than a five minute walk to the shops across the street. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return. Cannot say enough about this place- paradise!

This property was absolutely perfect, and so were the hosts! Checking in was a breeze as they provided us with very detailed instructions for check in, check out, and everything else we could need to know for our stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and very easy to communicate with through the entire process.
The spacious unit was very well furnished with beautiful and comfortable furniture and stocked with anything we could have possibly needed. The kitchen was well stocked as well, and featured a double stainless sink, a super quiet dishwasher, a full size oven and flat top stove, and a full size fridge and freezer. The bedrooms were spacious while also cozy and the beds were very comfortable, too. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the lanai overlooking the golf course and cooking on the Viking grill. They have a private garage to park in with plenty of beach gear for guests to use. The ambiance of the unit as well as the property was perfect. The property has 2 heated outdoor pools and is conveniently located near several great beaches. Queens Market is just across the street and is a great place to shop, grab a coffee, or enjoy a meal with live entertainment. There is also another shopping center just up the road within walking distance.
We really enjoyed our stay here and couldn't have asked for anything more for our family vacation. It was truly a 5 star experience and we look forward to staying here again!

We were absolutely blown away by this condo. LOOK IN THE FRIDGE BEFORE SHOPPING! You really have everything at your fingertips. From shampoo to ketchup to reusable water bottles. They have thought of everything. The location is perfect for exploring the island or just walking and shopping. A-bay is perfect and Lava Lava Beach Club at sunset is absolutely our favorite. VRBO goals achieved with this property! Landscaping and relaxing pool area top it off!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property was amazing and very well outfitted. There were many extra things available to make the stay easy, from toiletries to coffee and condiments! Made our very late night arrival so nice! Would definitely recommend and will most definitely return!

This trip was our 25th time to Hawaii, and our 13th time to The Big Island. We have always stayed at a condo within Waikoloa Beach Resort and this was our 3rd time at Waikoloa Beach Villa. This particular unit was furnished the best of all the condos we have stayed at. The TV's, small appliances, furniture, kitchen pots/pans/etc. and the Beach "stuff" was excellent. On checking-in the code did not work and we were able to get in touch with Don quickly and they corrected the situation. Definitely would consider staying there again.

Condo is clean and very neat. Also has everything we needed for our vacation.
All cookwares, dishes, and towels plus great kitchen were very handy for long stay.
One king bed and 2 single beds were great and didn't use sofa bed.
It has one parking garage, so we parked our car and very handy.
It had beach towles, beach chair and umbrellas, also some snorkeling gears and sand toys. So we were able to uses in beaches. Other good benefit is it has several golf sets just enough to enjoy.
Waikoloa golf course is good and beautiful. We played with goats. Not top end private course but better than any public course.
Condo is about 15 minutes walk to the beach but better to drive eith all beach gears. Also there are many beaches near or far.

We had an amazing time in the big island and this condo had everything you could ask for. It is fully stocked with everything you could ever need from beach gear to the kitchen and pantry to bath products. You name it they have it.
And great location by some great restaurants and shopping and A’bay is just a short walk. Would definitely stay here again!!

First of all, this was our 3rd time to the Big Island of Hawaii and second time staying in the Waikoloa Beach Resort Villas (different VRBO last time). This is my favorite area to vacation. The property around the villas is beautiful with 2 separate pool and hot tub areas. Our villa backed onto the golf course where on the lanai, we had amazing sunsets every evening. I must admit we spent most of our time out there when not out sight-seeing or golfing.
The condo itself was bright, clean, tastefully decorated and has everything you need and more. It was a pleasant surprise to see some food, spices, condiments, water, etc. left behind from previous vacationers. I do suggest that you check out the pantry and refrigerator prior to buying groceries. The bathrooms were well stocked as well with bodywash, shampoo/conditioner as well as other supplies that previous tenants left behind (such as sunscreen, aloe etc.). Don and Cheryl had thought of everything!
We golfed during our 2+ week stay so it was nice not having to bring my clubs as there were 4 sets available for our use in the garage. If you are a golfer, you must take advantage of Don and Cheryl's membership and golf the Beach, Lakes and King's course. We had so much fun and what a view!
Shopping is a stroll across the street, literally! We enjoyed checking out all the shops at the King's Shops and Queen's Marketplace.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this VRBO to any of our family and/or friends.

“DELUXE!” That was the word my husband said when he opened the door to K32 the very first time. The third-floor villa is just beautiful and super-clean! We felt at home immediately! The kitchen is very well stocked with ALL the essentials, including cooking spices, napkins, and food storage bags. The bathroom toiletries are plentiful and include shampoo, hair conditioner, hand soap, body wash, and toilet paper. Laundry detergent and fabric softener sheets are also generously provided for the in-unit washer and dryer. There’s an ample supply of beach towels (in great condition, too!), plus other beach gear (chairs, boogie boards, etc.). The villa is in an excellent location (secluded and quiet); and we liked the easy access to the main highway, to the beaches [particularly Anaehoʻomalu Bay (A-Bay) and Hapuna Beach), and to other locales on the Big Island. Being within walking distance to Queens’ Marketplace and Kings’ Shops is a huge plus! Waikola Beach Villa K32 is absolutely DELUXE, and my husband and I recommend it very highly! We so enjoyed our stay! Thank you, Don and Cheryl, for your generous hospitality!

Absolutely enjoyed our stay! Lots of amenities. We cooked in the condo a couple times during our stay and it was nice to have a full kitchen with all the basics included. We had a great experience from booking through our entire stay. The Perkins were easy to communicate with, respond timely and the condo is amazing. Accommodations are clean and well appointed. The decor is so “Hawaii” in a very tasteful way. Complex situated next to two shopping centers. Plenty of beach towels, chairs, mats etc. I highly recommend this condo if it is available for your booking.

We’ve stayed many different places in the Waikoloa area and this is by far the best one yet. Central location, clean, everything you need for cooking, bbq, and an elevator to get your luggage upstairs. They have everything you need for the beach. The owners are very good at communicating and have all the instructions you need during your visit. Definitely would stay here again.

Unit was as well equipped as our own home. It had everything you could need in the kitchen including spices and pantry supplies, lots of hangers in the closets (which are often in short supply in rentals), bath products, beach supplies and equipment, beautiful furnishings, etc., etc. The deck was very large and the outdoor kitchen with barbecue was used a lot. The view over the golf course and lake were beautiful and location was great across from the Queen’s Marketplace. No complaints whatsoever.

Everything was fantastic. Great location right across the street from the Queen’s market on the third floor. Building has an elevator so no issue with luggage or groceries. Condo owners were great with their communications and even emailed us to make all was well. This is the best equipped condo we have stayed in. We did not want for anything. And the $50 golf was a special bonus if you want to play golf on a beautiful course. All three 9-hole courses were open. Loved the view of the mountains from the kitchen window and golf course view from the patio. So peaceful. Pool was nice, but the flies were terrible. Use the off provided by the owners and you are good to go. Overall a great experience and we will definitely be back.

The condo is in a great location in beautiful surroundings. The pools and hot tubs, located in the resort, were great for my teenage kids to go hang out. Located across the street is a shopping area with everything that is needed.
The condo itself had everything you could think of and more. It was spacious for my family of 4 and decorated beautifully. I would highly recommend this condo for your next family Hawaiian vacation.

We decided to extend our annual stay in Hawaii by a little less than a week and Don & Cheryl’s property came up!
Location: Waikoloa Beach Villas is the place you would want to be for easy walking distance to the Queen’s and King’s shops and within close distance to Abay (we did our daily walk there and back), Lava Lava Beach Club, and so much more. The condo with outdoor lanai and bbq station also has a beautiful golf course view. And it’s quiet!
Supplies: The condo has everything you will ever need to make your stay like home. It has ample beach supplies (towels, chairs, etc). They also offered use of their golf clubs and discount course rates. Sadly, I did make resos to tee off but we had to cancel. 😞
Complex: two beautiful pools and an adequate fitness Center. This condo is on the third floor but there is an elevator
Cleanliness: Don and Cheryl’s condo is super clean, and everything detailed in a handy info book.
We wished we could stay in this condo even longer when we decided to extend our vacation (yet again) but sadly it wasn’t available!
Don and Cheryl are attentive owners and communicate to you in a timely manner. You will not be disappointed here.

Excellent communication with hosts, Don & Cheryl. When we walked in the door I felt like we were in a home, not a rental. The spaciousness of all the rooms was greatly appreciated and welcoming. When raveling 20 days with your spouse (or anyone!) it's nice to be able to spread out. The appointments of the entire home were beyond our expectations, particularly the kitchen. The location is spot on, easy access to the highway, beaches and beyond, and within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops of the area. If our travels bring us back to this area we would stay here without a second thought. Thank you Don and Cheryl for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Cheryl and Don's home is so thoughtfully stocked and meticulously organized. One of the most well appointed Vrbos we have ever stayed at! Everything from a fully stocked kitchen to a garage full of beach gear. We loved being able to grill and enjoy the outdoor living space. We loved this condo! One of the most well-stocked rentals I've ever stayed in - lots of beach gear, kitchen staples, etc. Beautifully furnished and decorated, great lanai with views of the golf course, well manicured grounds, nice pool. Great communication with the hosts leading up to our stay and easy check-in. Location was good, it's about a 15 minute walk to the beach and we liked being close to a beachfront restaurant and grocery store. Tons of amazing beaches within 20 minutes driving. I'd highly recommend this place!

Don and Cheryl are amazing hosts! Their villa is beautiful! It is the perfect location to many outdoor activities including golf, shopping and beaches. We prefer to stay in a condo or home when vacationing. Never had we stayed at a rental that was so well equipped for guests. The kitchen was very well stocked, bathroom toiletries were plentiful, there several beach items and beach towels that were in great condition and most importantly to my family was the use of very nice sets of golf clubs!

We had an amazing time at Cheryl and Don's property! We originally booked this vacation before COVID hit. Don kept updating me on Hawaii travel restrictions and made rebooking it very easy when it became clear that we couldn't go when planned. The condo is has a very well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, and a great variety of beach items to use. It was spotless. Family members stayed in a condo in the same complex and were not so lucky in terms of cleanliness and amenities. Cheryl called me twice while there when we had a slight problem with the door code to make sure we were settled.
We couldn't have asked for more. Definitely would recommend!! Hope to return some day.

One of the best place we have stayed. It was very clean, easily accessible and very close to shopping places and lots of choices to eat nearby.
Owners have stocked plenty of kitchen utensils, laundry and bath items that we need. This villa has the best tempur-pedic mattresses to ensure perfect relaxation after long day trips.
All the furnishings are great including the patio furnitures and the beach chairs, umbrella's, noodles were perfect for the kids.
There are even golf sets which we would loved to use, but we didn't had enough time.
This will be our first choice during our next trip.

All the great reviews are warranted for Don and Cheryl's place. We stay in Condos whenever we travel. In over 20 years of travel, this was the best overall yet! It will be tough to beat.
