We had a wonderful week at Kamaole Sands. Loved being on the ground floor and sitting on the lanai for meals and drinks. Wonderful, updated condo with new appliances. PMI manager was very helpful! Yes, I would and have recommended Kamaole Sands to friends. Just enjoyed the pool, hot tub, beach and restaurants in the area - a perfect place to unwind and relax!

We had four adults stay in this lovely unit and it was perfect. Had everything we needed, was decorated and perfect in every way. Located close the the pool, right across the street from the beach, down the street from health food store, just so convenient in all ways. We will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo- perfect size for us 2 adults and 2 kids with the comfy pull-out Queen sofa sleeper. The A/C in both living room/kitchen and Master Bedroom kept us cool and the condo was right across from the pool as well as an easy walk to the best beach! Snorkeling in our backyard was extra special- no need to find parking. Couldn't ask for a more perfect haven in paradise- will definitely want to return again.

Clean condo with great amenities. Beach items (chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, etc) on site making it convenient for beach days. Loved the first floor location right next to pool. Would definitely stay here again!

Kamaole Sands is our go to Maui accommodation! This condo did not disappoint, fully stocked kitchen, a/c in living room and bedroom. We loved this one on the ground floor which opens to the gorgeous grounds, right across from the pool, short walk to both your parking spot and to the beach across the street. Highly recommend!

Great location and very close to the beach. Beautiful, quiet and very green garden area, nice and clean pool with rentals available. The condo itself is very clean, cozy and stylish, with a fully equipped kitchen, new and very quiet AC, new washer/ dryer, comfy mattress. Beautiful garden view from the lanai. You can even get an ocean view as there’s a full mirror wall!
We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back! I can definitely recommend the place.

This condo was well equipped with boogie boards, snorkel gears, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler. The unit had a great AC unit in both the main living area and the medium. They had a lot of kitchen ware.. everything you would need! The full size washer and dryer were also very nice to have.would highly recommend this unit.
Note better TV instructions would help. The TVs has multiple features and clear instructions could help. Also. You needed to be within three feet of the TV to change the channel. I read other guests had an issue wth the Tv.

We stayed 11 days at 3-103 and loved every minute. Despite previous reviews, we found we had a beautiful view of the ocean from the lanai and took advantage of that every morning and many dinners. The convenience of the ground floor to the pool was great. The unit was beautiful and very clean. The A/C worked perfect, kitchen better equipped than my own home! Both pull out Queen and king bed were very comfy. One of the nicest units is Kam Sands. Only downsides were the TV didn’t work the entire trip and the electric plugs took forever to charge devices. But overall 5 star experience! Mahalo.

We stayed at PMI Maui for a week in December 2021 and really enjoyed our stay. The home was well stocked with all essentials. It was walking distance from the beach and many other places in south Kihei and was very convenient. The 2 bathrooms made it very easy in the mornings while getting ready. We had an issue with the water heater and then owners were very quick to respond and have it fixed. Highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a very convenient stay.

Well equipped, and such perfect location to the pool, BBQ’s and the beach!! We we so pleased with this unit on ground floor.Our only issues were the plug ins and finding enough outlets that worked for charging phones, tablets, speakers, and lights. The master bathroomEn-suite shower didn’t drain. But we found these were minor issues for an overall fantastic stay!

We were very happy with the rental, it was clean, easy access, well equipped. The whole process from start to finish was simple. I would recommend this place and I definitely plan to rent it again. We had friends staying in other condos throughout Kamaole sands, and ours was by far the nicest I believe, and I was really happy with the price.

Very nice clean condo, fully stocked with everything you need (though missing a tea kettle - provided stovetop ones don't work with this stove, an electric one would be nice), air conditioned in both main room and bedroom. Communications with management were easy and informative. Great location, right across the street from Kamaole Beach III (probably the best beach in Kihei). Condominium grounds are nice and well maintained, large pool with three spas just a few steps from the condo. Perfect getaway for a perfect vacation. Thank you Matthew and PMI Maui for this rental!

This condo was beautiful, clean, and well equipped. We felt very safe staying here. The condo is in a wonderful location, Kamole beach just footsteps away. Attractions, restaurants, stores, and even the airport conveniently close by. The pool and two jacuzzi’s were beautiful well maintained, and staff were friendly and assisted with answering general questions of the island and its attractions. The fitness room had just enough equipment to get a good workout in as well. I would for sure recommend this condo to friends and family! We hope to return within the next three years!

This was our second time staying at Kamaole sands this year. We’ve had a great experience with Matt at PMI Maui both times. He is very accommodating when we request to check in early. The unit itself is in a great location, right across from the pool and a short walk to Kamaole III beach across the street. The kitchen is nicely remodeled with a convection oven in lieu of a full size standard oven. Both bathrooms were nicely remodeled and more than adequate for our needs. The internet is fast on both 2.4 and 5 ghz bands in the living room. I was getting download speeds of 400 mbps and upload speeds of 40 mbps. The 2.4 ghz band does not reach the bedroom well enough though for some reason. I would get download speeds of 2-3mbps on the lower band. The 5ghz band worked well in the bedroom so I had no issues. The bedroom is located on the inside, close to the walkway which means it is always dark. Compared to the 2 bedroom units where the master is located on the outside part of the building facing the common areas. This allows a lot of nice natural light. The main negative for this unit is the way the air conditioning is installed. The living room unit is an in-window style, but it’s controlled by a timer switch on the wall near the unit. It’s loud when it’s on and you have to keep manually turning it on with the timer switch. I believe the max amount of time that can be set at once is 4 hours. The unit in the bedroom is a portable style that is ducted to the outside which is nice. It’s effective and keeps the bedroom cool, but it’s very loud. A more permanent, but expensive ductless style AC unit in the bedroom and living room would have been nicer.
