The condo was in a great location- easy to find, easy to get to the beach. Listing is accurate. Parking pass was very helpful/useful. Front desk staff were friendly. The mini mart on floor 1 has basics like Dramamine, hats and some food/drinks.

Kitchen area is good. Stools for kitchen dining were not put together securely, felt unstable. Room was not sound proof, Could hear all activity outside (yelling and trash trucks at 4:00am wakes us up). However, overall experience was good.

This is a nice, clean unit, exactly as advertised. It has a partial ocean view, which was enough for us, and it's just a few minutes by foot to the beach and restaurants. We got a free parking pass to use with our car rental. There's coin- and app-operated laundry down the hall, which came in very handy. Our flight home was canceled at the last minute, and the rental agency was able to make it work for us to stay another night. They were easy to work with, friendly, and responsive. We would absolutely rebook here!

Had an incredible stay! A perfect resting place for us to adventure out in Waikiki and the island of Oah’u. The unit was exactly as advertised and met all our expectations. Unit was well equipped. Beach chairs and cooler bag were a great touch. Short distance to Waikiki beach and easy access to highway. Would definitely stay here again.

Had issues first night with wet sheets on the fold away bed. Took a while to convince someone to bring new sheets and a third set of towels. Also whoever stocks the toilet paper four rolls will not last for 10 days for three women. Just some things to follow up on and another to think about. The room was perfect for our needs and I really liked the fact we used a passcode instead of a card especially on that we weren’t likely to forget.

The unit itself is clean and updated. It has all the amenities you need and some extra, even has a vacuum in the unit. The flooring is all tiled so there’s no worry about dirty, dingy carpet. We would definitely stay at this particular unit again.

The room and amenities are as advised, communications with owner were quick and acurate. Nothing else to say, except that some furnitures (dresser, hair dryer, clock) and fixtures need obvious repair. This was signaled to owner, and hopefully will be fixed. But this did not impact our stay and appreciation of the appartment

Impressed mountain view. Actually I booked a room with ocean view but I was switched to the Mountain View room due to the previous room has piping flooding issue. Fortunately the room is very nice, cleaning, organizing, and convenient. There are enough supplies in this room, such as, towels, bedding, bathroom supplies, and kitchen supplies. This is very good vacation room.

We have booked the property for 2 weeks,
the unit was doing fine for a week until there was an overflow from the sink, good thing we were still in the unit when it happened. Otherwise, our belongings will be damaged.
We called the property manager to address the problem and sent in their maintenace guy. The sink was overflowing with dirty water (sewage) the whole room started to smell and water all over the room even outside. We had to cancel our activities that we have planned for almost a year. We had to evacuate the unit and we were transferred to a different room only for the night, we had to adjust our scheduled plans stressing out only to be moved places to places with our luggages and leaving all our belongings accessible to public due to the fact we do not have a place to stay for the remaining days. After a day of spending the night from their other unit, we cancelled our plans and move back to the unit that the smell still lingers and we started to become sick and anxious to stay. We had to request for us to be moved to a different unit which we are thankful they did. We were promised to be reimbursed with the surf activity that was held off and until now no credit was made.
The good side is, we appreciate the property manager and the staff for doing their best effort to accomodate us and answering our questions but we feel like we have wasted few days of our vacation that we have been waiting for and spend much money just to stress out.

I stayed here with 3 other friends for 5 days and it was a great condo. The location is fantastic and a short walk to all the main attractions of Waikiki. The check in process was smooth, and parking was always easy to find in the parkade. We had an electric car and there are 2 chargers on the 4th floor. Overall would really recommend this condo!

The condo is in a good location. Unit was on the small side and not really a 1 BR as the sliding doors don’t block out any noise but the price was fair. Nice that parking is included. Elevators are outdated and super slow.

Only negatives were the neighborhood can be a little loud first thing in the morning and they were replacing hallway carpeting. Other than that this is a great little condo and would stay again.

The property was overall a pleasant experience. Property managers were easy to get ahold of for check-in question, friendly, and the checkin process was very simple. The floor the unit is on looks like it is under construction as the trim is ripped off and looks very outdated, but the unit itself looked similar to the pictures. Nice partial view of sunsets and the beach towels were nice plus. Beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. The swimming pool area was also outdated and we didn’t end up using any of the building amenities. We rented the place initially because we thought we would use the kitchen and have more than 4 girls. If you have a group of 4-6 perhaps this would be a good deal in comparison to a hotel but if you less than 4 girls and don’t plan on cooking you may be better off getting a hotel room and get more bang for your buck. But overall a pleasant stay!

Building itself a bit run down. Unit dated but clean. No dishwasher and wash machine/dryer down the hall but easy to use. Pullout couch not comfortable but beds really comfortable. Keyless entry really convenient. Getting into parking garage was somewhat painful with the location/traffic. A/c in unit runs well and keeps whole unit cool. Location is good (a few blocks off of beach and close to restaurants).

Room didn’t feel that clean. We bought extra disinfecting wipes and spray to clean ourselves. Needs lots of improvements. Tape on the toilet to keep the top together and Paint chipping. Every morning there was a puddle of water from the ac on the balcony that you have sweep down a little pipe to get rid of. The carpet & walls in the hall were dirty and coming apart. One plus was parking was included. If not it’s $27 a day. Two blocks from the beach.

The location is great! We walked to and from the beach every day of our stay; plenty of the local shops and eateries are all walking distance. We had a partial ocean view, and when we weren’t out on the beach, we were able to relax comfortably in our rental unit. This condo was super cute and cozy! My family and I loved it. It was at a walking distance from the beach and stores which made it super convenient. The condo was spacious and the balcony had a partial view of the ocean which made it easy for us to watch the beautiful sunrise and sunset. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying at the Aston Waikiki Banyan. Hope to be back soon.

This property is located perfectly to walk all of Waikiki and fit 6 of us when we were ready to call it a night. Although the unit could use some updating, the air conditioning worked great, no resort fees and free parking definitely make this unit a practical solution for those families on a budget. I’m thankful for these places so that an affordable vacation can be possible for all. I would stay again.

This room provides a lot for those looking for a great value in the Waikiki area. This room was in a centrally located near beaches, parks, and great food. The room was as expected and offered a lot of in room amenities and a cool shared space with a large pool and two hot tub options. Communication with property manager was really great. We have 4 kids, so finding affordable accommodation for all of us can be tricky. This apartment was perfect for us, we used the sleeper sofa and we had plenty of room. The kitchen is well equipped so we could make our own breakfast and lunches. It was an easy walk to the beach and all of the shops and restaurants. It was great to relax on the lanai with some drinks of an evening, and the kids enjoyed the pool and the boogie boards. Midway were wonderful allowing us a very early check in after our flight was rescheduled and we arrived much earlier than expected. Definitely recommend this place!

Really close to walk to Waikiki and the beach. Got to see a free Hawaiian dance Saturday evening. Lots of places to eat. Be sure to go to Dukes! Parking was always easy to find in the garage! Condo was beautiful and had everything we needed! For a small space it is laid out where could partition off and go from the bathroom to bedroom to dress if you wanted. Very nice feature! Cross ventilation was great! Never needed heat or a/c! Very quiet to be in the city!

Waikiki Banyan Condo Reception area is very open, nice and friendly. The unit we, five adult family members, stayed at T-1 702. It was very close to downtown Honolulu, so we could walk to the beach and watch the sunset everyday. Parking was easy and convenient, and the parking lot attendants were very friendly and helpful. Midway property manages were helpful, and promptly resolved any issues we might have had, for example bringing a new coffeemaker to replace an old one. We all were pleased with our stay at the condo, and recommended several friends already. We certainly would like to stay at the same unit in the future.
