This condo's proximity to the sand offers best ocean views and a short walk to Kamaole III Beach. Kamaole Sands 10-412 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that has been recently upgraded with all new furnishings and décor. Enjoy the dining area for six and cooking meals in-house with this fully equipped kitchen featuring new stainless-steel appliances. In the comfortable living room area you will find flat screen TV, equipped with cable. Cool off after a day in the sun with an A/C unit in the living area and ceiling fans throughout. The loft master bedroom has a spacious new King size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combination, flat screen TV, and ocean views. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed and twin bunk beds. Guest bathroom also has a shower/tub combination. The living room area offers beds for additional guests. A Queen size sleeper sofa can be found in the living room. This condo has a washer and dryer and complimentary WIFI. It is stocked well with beach towels, beach chairs cooler and more! Kamaole Sands Resort is located across the street from Kamaole III Beach, a perfect beach for swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing and spotting sea turtles! It is close to many shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Located in South Kihei, this resort is close to many Maui top 10 beaches, such as Wailea Beach and Makena Beach. Kamaole Sands is 15 acres of tropical grounds that features four tennis courts, an expansive pool area with wadding pool, two spas, exercise facility, and BBQ/outdoor dining area. Our on-island team also provides the following starter items: dish soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. Also provided is complimentary Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. A resort fee of $36.46 that covers a 30-day stay is paid to resort upon arrival. This fee includes access to amenities: pool, tennis, BBQ areas, complimentary Maui News, and Mai Tai party with Hula Show on Wednesdays. A $25 registration fee is also paid upon checking in. This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company. As of 9/16/20 Governor Ige of Hawaii has re-opened the islands to off-island visitors no longer subject to the 14-day quarantine beginning 10/15/20. Visitors will be required to take a Covid-19 test and show negative results within 3 days of arrival on Maui. If you are looking to travel and stay prior to 10/15/20, please contact us directly regarding accommodations and note that if you have already completed a 14-day quarantine on the island, we will need proof of this. Any inter-island travelers, please note that we will require proof of residency. Should a guest need to extend their stay for any reason, the guest agrees to pay for any additional nights stayed in the unit. This must first be approved by My Perfect Stays. In the event that the traveler tests positive for Covid-19 3 days prior to arrival on Maui, My Perfect Stays will issue a full refund. Travelers will be required to provide proof of the positive test. Standard Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
