My husband and I had a great week here. The condo is located in the Waikiki Banyan building in Tower Two. The unit had a king size bed which slept very well. The shower was a little old but worked as expected. Very thankful for air conditioning! Walking distance to most anything and about 35 minutes from the airport. Our property management was Midway Vacations and they were prompt in answering any questions we had during our stay. The building itself is older, so my only complaint was the musty hallways in the building, but that had nothing to do with our unit. A great stay overall!

The unit was perfectly posited with views of the ocean and Diamond Head. Lots of natural light and plenty of windows to get the benefits of the breeze outside. The apartment was exactly as shown in the marketing images. We couldn’t be happier and will definitely be looking to stay here again on our next visit to Hawaii.

We arrived late in the evening, so having an easy check in process was great. Door has a keypad, so we didn't have to worry about keys to the unit. Includes one parking pass, which was very convenient. Parking is not assigned but there were always spots open on the upper floors. Mainlanders may find the structure tight but it's really a decent size structure for Waikiki. Only thing that could have been better was the sofa bed. It worked fine for our 3yr old, but it definitely needs to be upgraded. It sinks towards the top and would not be comfortable for an adult.

I had no drawers in which to put my clothes in. Only the nightstands. And on my side, the drawers do not work. I called to have somebody fix them. They close the doors but they did not work still. My mother got in. She had bugs in her place. She’s 80 years old. It’s hard for her to move around then a fire drill went off in the middle of the night and it was hard for her to move. Addition to that the water went off twice so we couldn’t flush our toilets or take showers goodbye Banyan Hotel. I will never be back

This place was wonderful. For a family of 4, the bathroom was a little tight, but we were comfortable and the place was clean so it was no big deal. The views were absolutely spectacular. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

The unit was clean and has an awesome view of Waikiki. I was able to work remotely in this unit without any issues and having access to so many good restaurants and activities just a walk away was great. For those that are interested, there are bike rental stations just outside the property (called Biki) that you can use to bike around Waikiki in case you don’t want to drive and deal with parking. I thoroughly enjoyed using the bike stations since they’re all over the place in Honolulu and found it to be one of the more convenient ways to get around. That said, the room and the property itself were excellent, would have no issues booking this unit again.

Overall, we enjoyed our experience and the apartment was accurate to the listing. Very easy walk to all restaurants and shops. In and out parking was great, but the wait to get into the garage can be a bit annoying after a long day (due to availability to public parking) Bed and pull out were comfortable, although the air conditioning is very loud when running. There is only one unit in the apartment located in living room so if the sliding doors in bedroom are cold it’s hard to maintain similar levels. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, thanks.

We went on this trip with other family members and everyone who walked in our room was mesmerized by the views. It gave my family of 4 the space we needed for the kids to have their personal space & the appliances for me to cook for my picky eaters. Excellent stay!

The apartment was very nice and had everything we needed for our stay. The views were great. Getting into parking garage was very slow most nights. They have public parking and these customers slow the whole process down causing backups. Other than that, everything was excellent. Highly recommend this unit even with the slow parking.

I usually book accommodations at a hotel located directly on Waikiki beach but I decided to take a chance on this condo. The condo was clean and the views advertised in the photos are not photoshopped. The beach, restaurants, and shopping are all steps away from the lobby exit. Free unlimited in and out parking made trips to destinations outside of the Waikiki area an easy decision. When I return, this unit will be on my list to check for availability.

First of all, this was our first experience with VRBO and we were so thrilled to find this wonderful gem. We stayed at a very nice remodeled corner unit at the 30 th floor of the Waikiki Banyan for 12 days. We were extremely pleased with the beautiful ocean views from the living, dining, and bedroom. The kitchen offered sweeping views of Diamond Head. We were happy that management provided us with very thoughtful basic necessities and all the kitchen supplies, appliances, beach towels, cooler, and 2 beach chairs . The place was very clean. The location was super great since the beach, ABC convenience store, and bus stop were a short walk away. There was also a beautiful Catholic Church that was 5 min walk towards the beach. We were delighted to find the air conditioner worked well to keep our place comfortable free Wifi and parking! Management were so nice and answered our questions and request for additional supplies promptly and courteously. One thing we highly recommend is to purchase the insurance offered since it came in handy when we had a mishap. This is a well kept secret and is truly a gem. I urge you to make the reservation early for this beautiful remodeled unit! You will be happy you did!!

The views are spectacular, with sweeping ocean views out of the living room and bedroom windows and balcony, and, because it's a corner condo, a view of Diamond Head from the kitchen window. The condo is spacious, and well-equipped, as well as spotlessly cleaned.

I went on a solo trip and having an ocean front view was important to me. I also wanted to be walking distance to Waikiki Beach (5 minutes) and have a bath tub ✔️
This condo has all that and more! The pictures are accurate, the view is breathtaking and I kept the curtains open my entire stay. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals. Even the toiletries lasted me most of my stay! Really nicely done!
My only suggestion for future visitors is to bring earplugs if you like to sleep with the air conditioner running. All of the units have the same type of unit so it is not unique to this one, nothing can be done to make it less noisy. I had no complaints but I always travel with earplugs and a sleeping mask.
Property management was great, I had no need to call upon them for anything during my stay. I will book with them again. Really great experience.

This is a great little place to stay while in Waikiki. The apartment has excellent views of the ocean/beach on one side and diamond head on the other. The a/c functions well and kept us comfortable. Internet can be slow at times during peak hours (and even my verizon 5G connection was very slow). Location is excellent - close to everything you'd want in Waikiki and just a short drive to H1. The apartment was clean, though I don't think the floor has ever been mopped (Swiffer just isn't the same...). Kitchen has everything you'd need for a visit and the bathroom had a hair dryer but no plug nearby! Garage parking is tight but available and make sure to take the garage key if coming in late (security locks doors for safety after hours). There is a laundry room right next to this apt which is extremely convenient, and you can pay for it via a phone app, so no coins needed.
Overall, I would stay here again.

This property is great! The view was beautiful, you have a nice city/ocean view. Parking was a plus. it’s hard to find parking in town so we were glad it was included.. It gets really bright in the morning, even with the curtains closed so when the sun’s up, you’re up! *Make sure you park in correct loading lot when grabbing the parking permit from the room* our rental almost got towed bc we parked in the wrong area. Nonetheless, it’s a great spot in town for a couples’ getaway or even a small family.

Close to everything in Waikiki beach area. The one parking spot included is a plus if you are renting a car. The listing said beach chairs were included but there was only one. The property manager was very quick to respond and provide an extra beach chair. The one recommendation is that the furniture out on the balcony is wearing out and the cooler probably needs replaced. Overall great place and great stay in Hawaii. Thank you!

The view and location was worth it all. Having a parking spot was key, street parking is almost impossible. The curtains are thin, so plan on waking up at sunrise... But that's a beautiful sunrise! Corner unit that's close to laundry room and trash room (super convenient), elevators can be slow/crowded since it's an older building (but well worth it!). Room was very clean and had a very welcoming feeling. Thanks for a memorable stay!

Excellent view from 30th floor to both beach and Diamond Head. End unit for both sunrise and sunset. Walk everywhere if staying in Waikiki. Parking is tight as noted but free! Rent a small car. COVID protocol enforced. Great alternative to a hotel. Would stay again.

Great and safe location. Walking distance to the beach Is less than ten minutes. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Property is very clean well maintained, as was the condo. Wonderful place for a couple of family. Sliding doors in master for privacy. Kitchen has everything you need. Nice view of the ocean from the living and bedroom. View of Diamond Head from the kitchen. Opened all the windows and had a terrific cross breeze the entire time. We will definitely be back!

Let me tell you.. everything you see in the pictures will be exactly what you get. My husband and I went with a large group of friends. All staying in the Waikiki Bayan Condominiums. Everyone complained about their condo but LOVED ours. Our first morning there, we woke up to a beautiful rainbow which for us was very touching because a week prior to coming on our trip we found out we were pregnant with our rainbow baby. So the rainbow was perfect. The check in process was smooth and easy. Location was walking distance to the water and all restaurants and stores. We would definitely book the same exact condo when we return to Hawaii for our baby moon in a couple of months.
