From Honolulu Airport, it is just a 20-minute drive from your destination. Rent a car to explore or grab a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic. Look for signs on the way to the taxi area upon arrival. Enjoy your trip!

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.
HOUSEKEEPING:
Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.
The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
LINENS & TOWELS:
You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.
LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. There is a coin change machine next to the lobby in Tower 2. Laundry room hours are from 8 am-10 pm daily.
TRASH ROOM:
Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well. I took my daughter on a trip to Hawaii for her 30th birthday. I had originally booked another property but when we checked in the AC was broken so we were lucky enough to get this gorgeous condo at the last minute for a great price. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with nice, cool air :) The condo was well-decorated and had so much space. The walk to the beach was a breeze and so many restaurants are in the vicinity. We would definitely stay there again!!

This property was very clean and convenient for our family of five. The free parking, WiFi and location was great value. The kitchen had all we needed and a quick walk down the road to FoodLand was handy.
The 6th floor had BBQ facilities and a pool for use.
The Banyan cafe was handy and had great coffee and there was also a small shop that sold food and other items.
The view from the room of Waikiki beach was outstanding.
Overall we would definitely come and stay here again, highly recommended for families.

The location of this place is very convenient. It walking distance to everything; the beach, bus stops, restaurants and ABC stores. I highly recommend this place for family whose on the budget and wanting to cook at home to save money on food.

Mostly only 3 of 5 elevators were working. In addition, there needs to be a designated "service" elevator for staff and their carts. Tower 1 elevators were better therefore less wait time.
Not enough toilet paper for 3 adults for 7 days - they expect you to buy your own if more is needed. Dont expect help from front desk - they seem to only want to assist hotel guests.
BBQ area is terrible. Be prepared to pay to use them. Tables, seats are cement - not comfortable. Since pool is on the 6th floor, there is no wind protection. No extra towels - you get to use same one for a week. No dishwasher, so dishes are hand washed. Dont think they are sanitized between customers this way....

We enjoyed our stay at the Banyon !! The condo is just as the listing says it is. The beds are very comfortable. The AC keeps the place cool. We loved having breakfast on the balcony and watching the sunsets at night from there.
The location is excellent. It is 2 blocks from the beach and close to many restaurants. There is an ABC market close by for quick snacks and other necessities. Of course, Leonard's malasadas are a must stop and is a few minutes away by car. We also especially enjoyed Me-BBQ, a Korean restaurant a few blocks away. But the ultimate Korean BBQ restaurant is Soon's Kal Bi Drive In (898 Ala Lilikoi St, Honolulu, HI 96818) that is 20 minutes away by car.
Having included free parking is great. The clearance is low (6ft) and the spaces are tight but once you get the hang of navigating the garage, it is a big bonus.
The only cons to the condo is the shower water pressure from the shower head is low, there is no dishwasher, the TV is not a newer smart TV so streaming isn't available, and the starter supplies (paper towels, laundry detergent etc.) are minimal.
Overall, the pros greatly outweigh the cons and we would want to stay here again.

The condo was an excellent location. You could see the sunset every night. It was walking distance to everything. You could see the surfers surfing all day from the balcony window. They were restaurants everywhere everything was convenient, renting, surfboards, boogie boards everything was fantastic. The condo came with two chairs, which is very convenient to sit at the beach. I highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants to be in the perfect spot. We had a family of five and it was plenty of room.

Everything was exactly as listed. No issues at all with space. All communication was super clear and quick. So many great restaurants to walk to (check out Yelp for the area and you will see!). The beach is fine - busy but it's Waikiki beach over the 4th of July so what can you expect. We had a car so we traveled each day to other beaches too. I would 100% stay here again.

The room was safe, clean, well-decorated and it had (in our room) a beautiful ocean view from our lanai and the bedroom. For our family with kids, having a kitchen with a stove, microwave and large refrigerator were essential and they all worked great. Our room also had
- fast (300mb) free Wi-Fi
- a portable fan which we used every night
- small but effective AC unit
- large lanai
- beach chairs! Very useful
- a fold out bed in the living room. Not super comfortable, but great for our kids
- I was worried about the elevators as we were on the 18th floor, but they had 4, fast, working elevators and we rarely had to wait longer than 2 or 3 minutes going up or down
-protected, ample parking with easy access to the elevators
- 5-10 minute walk to the beach
-outdoor bbq which we used - $2 an hour to use but well worth it
- the pool looked clean and inviting but never used it
- really thorough and easy to understand check-in and check-out instructions on the DACK app (free app)
I read a lot of reviews about Bayan before booking and, for us at least, there was no construction noise, fire alarms or water shut-offs. The hall carpets looked like they were from the 70’s, but other than that the whole place, especially our room and the open lobby, with a coy pond, were all beautiful. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Exceeded all expectations!

Loved my Time in Hawaii but unit needs some serious help!

Cons: needs serious updating. Everything is stark white - forget the colorful Hawaiian print bed spreads in photo as bed covering is also white with a strip of color. Carpet needs to be removed. Stained and very impractical. The chair next to couch is in terrible condition, it is pretty beat up. Too bad i cannot send photo! NO Instructions on how to use TV but 2 remotes to work with!
And perhaps new weather stripping on windows as the wind whistles through it. Woke me up! It was like someone was inside whistling! Not fun at 4:00 AM. Plug in bathroom needs replacing. Cannot plug in hair dryer all the way without shoving it in ....DANGEROUS. Microwave on top of refrigerator might be good if you are 6 feet tall but not for shorter people. Perhaps when they update have it over the stov. NO dresser to put things in but a shelf with baskets. OK for 1 but not 2 or more.

Our unit was a little outdated, however, it was very clean and conveniently located for us. I would have appreciated the electrical to be upgraded. The plug ins were hard to plug into and then on the other hand, the plug would fall out of it. The beds were so comfortable. The unit has a beautiful view, but it
does need a bit of a renovation.

I loved the location of this condo! It was a short walk to Waikiki Beach and was close to many restaurants, activities & shopping. The view from the condo was breathtaking! The condo was comfortable and clean (with the exception of the carpet, which was definitely due for a shampoo). Overall, had a wonderful time!
