Uniti 1507 had the best location!! Close to the pool and all the amenities! Our two bedroom condo was very clean, fully stocked, lots of l extra towels, linens and extras! We can’t wait to come back!

The condo was in a very quiet location and it was very comfortable. I would book it again for sure. The primanry bathroom doesn't have a door, so that was a bit privacy from the bedroom area. The condo needs a few things that were missing and I think VERY important. In the kitchen there was no saran wrap or foil, no baggies, no napkins. Also no kleenex. One more soap, toilet paper and paper towels would be great. Also, the closet in the primary bedroom has closets so tall that you can't reach to hang anything if you are short. A small step stool would be a BIG help. It was really clean and very comfortable living area and lanai. I think some new linens would be nice to make the bedroom a bit more inviting and also the drapes in the living area are extremely dated. But all that said, we had a wonderful stay. I do think the things I mentioned would be a great benefit to the condo. I'm sure we will book again. Ohn we had a little problem with the ice maker and someone responed to our call ASAP and it was fixed ASAP.

Unbelievable panoramic views from the lanai and inside the unit. Lovely openness to back outdoor area. An expansive grass lawn rolls down into the golf course. Our little ones loved running around the grass and chasing geckos. There’s a wonderful propane bbq a short walk from the lanai, which shares the same incredible sunset views. One of the two swimming pools is directly adjacent to the unit and impeccably clean (and warm). The unit itself is beautifully appointed with a classic island vibe. The main bedroom is spacious with lots of storage space. The second room has a handy Murphy bed. There is no bathtub. We can’t wait to come back!!

We were in the condo for 10 days, would have stayed longer if it was available. The decor was perfect, well thought out, not condo cookie cutter. We wanted to rent it next year for a month but sadly it isn't available and can't find one that comes even close to this one.

This property was perfect for two couples. We traveled with my brother and his wife. It had all the amenities we needed. There was a small issue with the new washer that was installed and the condo contact was extremely responsive and the issue fixed with no impact on our stay. Absolutely beautiful views of the golf course and the ocean from this unit. Will definitely stay here again.

Such a beautiful place to stay. Quiet and clean. Great place for morning walks! Discover spicy peppers on the our morning walk down to the public beach thay is a 30 minute walk but trust me you wont even realize it was 30 minutes. We're mostly out during the day and then home at night. This place was homey and so thank ful for extra blankets, sheets and beach towels! After a long beautiful day in Maui sometimes your so tired you just knock out on the bed. Will definitely come back here.

This was our 2nd visit and we really like the view of the golf course and water. Unit is very nicely remodeled and attractive. Very close location to public beach and walkway, shopping mall and golf. We concur with several reviews that living room furniture is different - day bed instead of large chairs. Also living room sofas and outdoor chairs cushions are flat and need replacing. But overall experience very good!

Upscale area with ocean and golf course views. Overall condo is very nice but with a few issues: pictures were not 100% accurate: living room couch and chairs were not as shown (two aging feather-stuffed daybeds exist instead of pictured tropical-theme couch and chairs). Ants appeared in master bath on second day though nothing was present to attract them (i.e no food or liquids). A/C unit in master bedroom smelled very funky after a day of light rain. Otherwise, the condo was nice and well equipeed. Wailea is definitely in a nice, upscale area but .. it *is* at the southeast end of the island so almost everything is a drive (Hana 2.5hrs, Haleakala Peak 1.5+hrs, Lahaina 1.5hrs). Makena park and adjacent snorkel area are wonderful.

Wailea Ekolu 1507 was perfect. It was clean, well stocked and had a fantastic view. The lanai was always quiet and relaxing. The air condition worked great when we used it, but we didn't always need it. The condo was spacious, quiet and private. I cannot wait to return and enjoy another stay at Ekolu 1507!

We loved this place and will staying here again. The place was really clean and well stocked. It even had beach chairs and some kids beach toys (sand toys, body boards, and swimming noodles). I'd read reviews about noise from the road, but we didn't hear anything and thought it was very quiet the whole time. The views are amazing and we spent a lot of time taking them in.
We had to contact the property management company about the outdoor gas grill and they were very responsive. They sent someone out that day with more gas, and followed up with us too.
I highly recommend this place! 5 stars.

CB Island vacations was very easy to work with and very responsive with questions and communications. This is our third or fourth time staying at Ekolu, but our first with a non-owner unit. Everything was comfortable, very clean. Beach towels, chairs and toys were available in the unit, and the kitchen was very well organized. The unit could use a little more personal touches, and an update on the furniture upholstery.
