The Vrbo was everything we could ask for and more. It was our home away from home- extremely comfortable and the perfect location for our Maui babymoon. Lisa was great to communicate with and made our check in very easy and smooth. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to stay while in Maui.

The condo has everything you could need and is kept in pristine condition. All the appliances, furniture and decor are top notch. Extremely clean and comfortable. The view from the lanai was amazing, especially at sunset.

The rental was as advertised. Great view of the ocean for whale watching from the deck. The kitchen was well stocked and there was everything needed to head to the beach.
Location was walkable to the shops, restaurants and beach.
Our party had 4 adults and two kids and the property fitted us all perfectly. The pool and bbq’s were close by and we’ll used.
We would fully recommend staying here and would do so again ourselves.

Our family of four had an amazing time thanks to these lovely accommodations. It is immaculate and in a perfect location — walking distance to pristine beaches, food, recreation (golf & tennis) and shopping. When not swimming at the beach, my daughters also took full advantage of the nearest pool in the development.

My wife went to celebrate our anniversary. The condo far exceeded our expectations. Everything seemed new and Lisa has everything you could ever need in the kitchen. Everything that we needed for the beach was available the view from upstairs was great and we will definitely stay here again, hopefully in the near future.

The pictures of this property do not do this townhouse justice. It is a wonderful place to stay. Lisa has her home fully stocked with pretty much any type of cooking item you may need. There are plenty of bath towels, beach towels, bedding, hair dryers, etc. You can tell there was a lot of thought that went into the design of this home and supplies provided.
I was quite surprised how large this townhouse is considering most properties on Maui can be rather small. Our party of 6 had tons of space to spread out. The bedrooms are extremely large and beds are comfortable.
Shopping is a quick walk away. The beaches are walkable but I would highly recommend driving if you plan to carry any supplies (e.g., cooler, chairs). We were grateful for all the great beach supplies that were stored on site.
One downside is there is no longer grilling allowed on the decks of the townhomes per the HOA. There are grills you can use around the pools in the common area which are just a short walk away. The management building also had several gas grills on its patio but I'm unsure if those were for renter use.
Couple of things to note:
1. Do not follow GPS directions. Both Waze and Google will take you to the wrong set of buildings. Follow Lisa's instructions that you get prior to your stay
2. This is a rather quiet community. If you anticipate spending significant time at the pool be aware pool rules state "No running, horseplay, games, such as take or "Marco Polo" allowed. Noise must be kept at a minimum; no yelling, screaming or loud noises." You also cannot use a frisbee or ***** in the pool. These rules are enforced by onsite security.
Overall my family had a great stay at Lisa's place. It was well worth the money we spent. Would highly recommend this property.

We all had a great time staying here. There was more than enough room for a family of 5 and was stocked with all the extras you could hope for while staying in Maui, from basic condiments to beach chairs. Both pools were great as well and not too busy. Overall it was a great place to stay and we do recommend it.

Lisa's property was the perfect place for our family vacation to south Maui. The unit is spacious, quiet, with more than enough room for a family of four to stay and relax after a day at the beach. The location was excellent and the views from the lanai made it the perfect spot to enjoy meals and unwind. Lisa's unit was stocked full of items, supplies and amenities beyond what we have seen in many previous rentals. We completely enjoyed our stay, it seemed to go way too quick and we would definitely return. Thanks for a fantastic trip!

Lisa, the owner, and Celia, the cleaner who was there when we arrived, were very nice and very flexible. Close drive to many restaurants and stores. Celia was very helpful in directing us to walks and sights. She went above and beyond to help us.

Lisa's condo is literally in the middle of paradise! The pictures in the listing do not do the views of the ocean from the lanai justice. The condo is modern, the furniture is comfortable, and everything was very well stocked (above and beyond what I have ever seen at any other vacation rental). The pool is about a 1 minute walk, and we easily walked to the Shops at Wailea and back. We had a great stay and are looking forward to going back next year!

My husband, our two kids (4 & 7) and our 84 year old GG stayed at Lisa's condo for over a week. We enjoyed our stay! Lisa answered the phone each time I called with a question/minor issue which was much appreciated. We spent most of our time on the upstairs lanai and cooking meals in the kitchen which is beautifully remodeled.
Lisa's condo us exceptionally clean and fully stocked with plenty of towels, linens, cleaning products and kitchen items to cook meals. The beds are very Goldilocks comfortable - not too soft, not too firm! The pools on the property are clean, not too crowded and well kept with bathrooms right there, which is handy!
I would warn guests who are sensitive to sound that this condo is very near main roads and we did hear plenty of traffic noise. I admit that I'm fairly sensitive to that, so it may not bother most people. :)
There is a storage shed on the lower lanai with plenty of items for the beach and pool. We stopped by goodwill to buy some puzzles, adult games and pool toys and we left them for others to enjoy.

This condo is beautifully remodeled and decorated, very spacious with two levels, a large open plan living space upstairs, and two large bedrooms with tons of closet space and two full baths. The location is convenient to all of the Wailea beaches (5 min drive), shopping etc. The host's communication was great.

I always read reviews when making vacation decisions, but I rarely write them. However, in the case of this beautiful condo, I feel compelled to share our experience staying here in August 2021, in case it helps others to make up their minds.
First, the location is AWESOME! There is a great view of the ocean, palms and Molokini crater from the upper lanai and it is a really peaceful spot to sit and enjoy the sunset. The condo itself is located near the back of the property and is pretty quiet. It was always easy to find a parking spot near the condo. The condo is also close (but not too close) to the upper pool. (It was under repairs when we were there, but the walk to the lower pool isn't far at all).
This condo has the bedrooms downstairs and the living area/kitchen/half bath upstairs, which was perfect for us since we didn't have to worry about our early-riser kids making noise for the people below us and us constant trying to shush them at 5 a.m.! The inside of the condo is even nicer than it appears in the pictures. The décor is really relaxing and the beds are really comfortable. There is a SmartTV in the living room for enjoying some "downtime" after being at the beach all day.
We have stayed in a few different condos and complexes on Maui and this one is BY FAR our favorite! The owner, Lisa, is fantastic to work with and the booking process was super smooth. You won't be disappointed in this place. It is fantastic! We'll be back!

Our entire family loved our stay from the beachy decor, ridiculously comfortable beds, fully stocked amenities to the location. Honestly, we were so sad to leave, which has never happened! My favorite part of her home is the view from the lanai. I drank my coffee in the morning listening to the birds and sipped my wine at night watching the beautiful sunset. The location was perfect too. Close to the shops and the most amazing coffee at Honolulu coffee and a quick drive to one of our favorite beaches. Having plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas was a huge bonus! We will be back!!!!!
