My husband and I enjoyed your beautiful studio size condo which was perfect for all our needs. We ate breakfast in every morning and brought food in a couple of nights with minimal cooking but could have prepared a full meal if we wanted to. The place was quiet even with lots of children nearby. My favorite thing was jumping into the ocean first thing every morning and drinking coffee on the lanai. The nearby trails are awesome for exercise.I loved it and we will definitely stay again if we visit the North Shore in the future.

Beautiful property in a perfect location. It was wonderful being on the bottom floor and able to just walk right out to the beach every morning directly from the lanai. Our girls were able to play around in the open area out front and absolutely loved it. We appreciated all the beach gear that is included as well, super helpful to have all of that at hand straight away. Our family loved our time at Turtle Bay and would return in a heartbeat!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Ocean Villas multiple times over the last 15 years and this particular unit was disappointing. The unit was overall very dirty. The shower & bathtub had hairs in the drain, the kitchen and living area floors were very sticky with some type of residue and the curtain to the sliding door was covered in filth so badly we could barely touch it to open/close it. There were absolutely no cleaning products in the unit so we had to make a store run to buy Clorox wipes and disinfecting products. This unit needs a significant deep clean and possibly a review of your regular cleaning crew the furniture is also much too worn and beat up

Villas 102 & 103 were steps from the beach and pool and only minutes from Roys and the Turtle Bay resort. It was so peaceful to sit on the shaded lanai and view a perfect horizon of ocean & sky from sunrise to sunset. Our granddaughter had a beachfront seat for all her meals. The faucet in front of villa 103 used for rinsing off the sand turned out to be the perfect "beach" with a little sand and water to play in.The layout of the villas made for a relaxing stay and we never felt on top of the other guests. I was concerned about a steady stream of families going to and from the beach past our lanai. Instead, we saw few people and felt the set back gave us enough space and privacy. The evenings were quiet, restful and the air conditioning comfortable. Everyone was friendly. The beach locker is a plus that not all villas provide. The furnishings are tired but functional. You do have to always be aware of the step down. It might be time to replace the kitchen faucet. The view and location are what makes these villas worth it. Kudos go to Gina, Kimberly and Lea, managers of Oceanfront Vacation Villas! You were patient and available for my multiple phone calls. I appreciated that you added a sound bar just days before our arrival. Thank you for quickly responding to my request for an early checkin and late checkout. Being focused on our grandchild, I wasn't as organized as I usually am. Your enthusiasm for this magical place is contagious!If you want more space, a place to cook, an unforgettable view and location, with friendly and helpful people, this is the place to stay on the North Shore!

This condo was absolute perfection! We stayed on the ground level and literally walked right out to an amazing beach. It was picture perfect! The pictures in the listing are 100% accurate and portray everything as it actually is. We also loved being on the Turtle Bay Resort. It was so convenient to be able to go to the market, restaurants and cafes at the resort. The unit had everything you needed and we loved having AC, a washer and dryer and a closet full of snorkel and beach gear. We will not stay anywhere else when we come back!

My wife and I celebrated our 20th anniversary with a trip to Hawaii, and this villa is pretty spectacular. It's clean, spacious, and the view of the ocean is awe-inspiring. The rules are strict but didn't concern us. The villa itself has some slight wear and tear, particularly a clogged bathroom sink, which made it difficult to use. The biggest issue is that the adjacent hotel hosts outdoor events in the grass just outside the gate, which blocks the view and disrupts the serenity. For two out of five days, we had a pop-up tent perfectly positioned to obstruct our view of the ocean. We called security about it, and we were told it was the hotel and they can't do anything. So, we called the hotel to say the party is over, but the pop-up tent remains. They came and took it down, only to put it back up at 6:30 am the following morning, and there it remained the entire day and night and through the next morning, even though the party itself was two hours long. So, that diminished our enjoyment quite a bit. As beautiful as it is, we would likely stay elsewhere in the future.

Turtle Bay resort is beautiful and has so many activities. We went horseback riding, surfing, biking and snorkeling, all on property. Given we were a big group (14in all), staying 'on campus' made it easier. The location of turtle bay is also close to several food trucks and eateries. We enjoyed the 'Sunshine Shack' for breakfast and of course, Giovanni 's food truck, a few times. Working with the concierge at the hotel was a breeze. They were able to book us a photographer as well as a catamaran trip. Understanding the size of the group, they were able to make suggestions to make everyone happy.All in all, a fabulous trip of a lifetime.I should also point out that checkin, access to everything and the response of the property managers was like none I've experienced. We had no issues except for needing dishtowels, and when we called, we had them within the hour. All our questions prior to the trip were responded to immediately and accurately. Overall, a delightful experience.

We had originally looked into getting a room at turtle bay resort. At the time we booked, this apt/villa was just a bit more than the lowest tier hotel room they had. So, a no brainer for us. Plus you get the use everything except the hotel pools which we were totally ok with.I mean that beach is a few steps away! And the villas do have their own pool. we do like to cook our own food on vacation if it’s an option. Being plant based this always makes it easier for us. If interested Turtle Bay does have at least one vegan option at each of their restaurants. Wound up having one breakfast & one dinner at Alaia The kitchen in the villa is well stocked ( non food items) with what one would need to prepare meals. There is a foodland market ( closed sundays fyi) 10 min to the left as you leave and another about 15 min ish to the right. There are also tons of food trucks to the left. Highly recommend raised by the waves. Tons of great beaches down towards the. Right as well that all have a distinctive feel. Communication was great. But we really didn’t need anything during our stay. Everything went smoothly. Parking is a gated area in front of the villa block, and we got lucky as we rented a Tesla and there is a charging station ( slow charging) right on the other side of the villa gates in the main parking lot. Total win. There is a locker where you can access beach chairs and snorkel gear etc you can use a few steps from the front door. Being on the ground floor, was awesome, just sit on the lanai and have coffee. So many birds even peacocks!! .. walk right in front on the grass. Then walk on over to the beach that is right in. Front of you.. where you can also snorkel …or take a walk around the resort, do the easy hike to a private beach where the turtles swim. We also decided to do the morning kayaking Through the resort, and saw so many turtles. Highly recommend . Nice large bathroom. Washer dryer which really comes in handy. Huge closet. Comfy bed. Loving dining room. This is perfect villa for a couple. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Other than that, this villa was a dream come true. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Oahu.

This property is conveniently located on the first floor and legit beach side!! Can’t go wrong Having a private kitchen was amazing we sure saved money cooking! The only negative thing was you do not have access to the turtle bay gym unless you know someone who is staying in the resort to request wristbands. Other than that amazing place and location

It wasn’t crowded with due to Covid and we were able to feel safe and relatively isolated. The location is very protected from the wind and the beach there has no waves and is great for kids. The studio was clean and comfortable and nicely appointed. When we arrived we had an issue with the kitchen faucet and the ice maker wasn't working. They fixed the faucet the next day but the ice maker never worked. I also think for the rate they charge, we could have had more than 1 washcloth, and the bed should have had a fitted bottom sheet instead of a flat sheet.

Gorgeous view of the ocean and everything you could need for a beautiful vacation. The only downside was the dirty table and chairs on the lanai that were dusty and covered in bird poop. Also the first day there was someone doing yard work very early in the morning which was disruptive.

We've stayed at Turtle Bay before, but with the hotel closed for renovations, we decided to try a villa. Now, we'll never go back to the main hotel! The view is beautiful -- you have an ocean view (and access) right from your lanai, so you can wake up and fall asleep to the waves. The villa was spotless and beautifully decorated. The owners made check in so easy -- excellent communication and instructions. We will be back!

It comes with everything you will need to snorkel or spend time on the beach. The kitchen size was good enough and had everything we needed. Access to beach is just like in the pictures, just few steps away. We enjoyed the candle light outdoor dinners with breathtaking backdrop at Lei Lei’s and walked the trails through the stables and to the Banyan Trees. That trail is a MUST. The instructions from the owner had every possible detail that you may need for your stay in North Shore. Vince or Gina always answered the calls. We had an amazing vacation! The reason for not giving 5 stars all across..The only frustrating thing was that the toilet was blocked the day we checked in. There was an overflow and our 1st day was very unpleasant. But somehow it came across as though it was our fault. The previous renters probably caused it. But regardless, the communication was upsetting being told that we put too much paper. It was a Holiday weekend so the staff took a day to fix it. Once it was fixed we didn’t have any problems with it again and we had a good stay.

Everything is provided with instructions on entry , departure ,contact information, Villa appliances and the interesting places in the North shore area are all provided and very detailed. Villa 102 is a studio so privacy within the Villa is limited but , just my wife and I it was perfect. We visited the Turtle Bay hotel almost daily, it is a very short walk.The hotel staff was very friendly , the coffee shop was great, we had very good meals at the restaurants. We were staying at the villa when some very severe storms where hitting the island, we felt very safe and secure and we enjoyed watching the incredible waves made even more incredible from the storm, absolutely awesome. The only issue for me is it is very expensive, all the villas are expensive. I was able to rent this at a December rate and was happy we did. If money is no issue this is an absolutely perfect location any time of the year.

The villa was clean and all the things you need when you stay away from home were there. If anything needed a quick repair it was done immediately, such as a burned out light bulb or dish rack no longer working. We love our time here and will definitely be back!

The view is just as presented—lovely! Place was clean, and close to beach, trails and Villa pool (can’t use resort pool, but can use resort restaurants). Reno of lobby areas at Turtle Bay is beautiful. Close to lots of nice beaches with fun surfer watching as well as yummy food truck spots. Kitchen well equipped with pots, pans, Tupperware, glasses, dishes etc. Beach towels and other beach amenities (snorkel gear, chairs, umbrella, etc) provided. We would definitely stay again!

Good location, close to the beach! But the complex pool and amenities are older. The biggest issue was: no TV stations. Couldn't even get regular LIVE channels (the basics like ABC, NBC, CNN, FOX etc.) the entire time. Only a few previously recorded shows. Not an issue during the day while on the beach, but at night would be nice to not have to watch the news on our phones.

This was our second time at the ocean villas on Turtle Bay but my family has been renting from Gina and Vince since 2007. My Mom was surprised for a 50th birthday trip here and my family has been coming ever since. We unfortunately lost her in 2013. Being at the place she fell so in love with is comforting, it makes me feel like I still have a piece of her. We love staying at these charming villas wether it be with our whole extended family or with just my hubby. Absolute perfect location, right on the ocean! Super clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Will definitely be back again and again. Mahalo for sharing your perfect slice of paradise!

The accommodations were perfect and the location the best!! Everything was provided for our stay. We could walk out the door and we were at the beach! We would not stay anywhere else! Thank you so much Gina!
