The pictures don't do the real view from the lanai justice, it was so good. Nice size apartment with the bonus of the beach locker. A great base for North Shore adventures, would definitely stay again.

This was our second stay in the Ocean Villas, but first time in Villa 202. I liked the location within the complex - very close to the beach. It was a good space for my husband and me, but if we were traveling with more people, we’d opt for a larger unit. Small fridge and lack of dishwasher didn’t bother us at all. We ate most of our meals at Turtle Bay or in nearby towns. Beach locker had everything we needed and we never had an issue finding a spot on the beach. This time around, we didn’t visit the pool, but I used it during our last visit and it was lovely. All in all, great visit. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again at the ocean villas: it’s much more cost effective than staying in the hotel. We’ll definitely be back next year!

My husband and I stayed here for our 10-year anniversary the first week of October. This was our first time in Oahu and Hawaii overall, and while the grounds, amenities, and location were amazing, the actual condo was average at best for the price. When we got to the villa we had been up since 4 AM, traveling all day, and with a 5-hour time difference, all we wanted was to take a shower and crash. Unfortunately, we were greeted with a broken AC and an 80-degree condo. Although Hagen and Gina were very responsive when we reached out it was frustrating to experience no AC after an exhausting travel day. My husband and I are very understanding individuals, but we were asked to do things that would fall under a maintenance person's responsibility which put an extremely bad taste in our mouths from the get-go. Additionally, and even more upsetting was that Gina did not bother offering any sort of incentive or credit back to us for our disappointing arrival experience, nor did she check back in at any point to ensure the AC was doing its job. It’s unfortunate that for our entire week, we didn't get a single night of comfortable, sound sleep. As I was writing this review, I received an email from Kimberly letting me know we would receive a $350 refund for the AC issues. I am not sure that is sufficient but it was more than what we have been offered up to this point. I would pass on staying at this condo.

Easy access to beach, pool parking, elevator. Inside needs a total overhaul. The abundance of "RULES" listed EVERYWHERE was not relaxing nor luxurious. Throughout the condo are posted written, specific instructions to baby everyday items: the kitchen faucet, the washer, the pullout bed, and worse was the A/C. If these appliances were working normally, these "RULES" to baby these appliances would be unnecessary. If i'm paying for a "Luxury Villa" I should not be limited to a an A/C temperature or a # of towels per washer without facing a threat or monetary fine or responsibility for breaking something that is already broken. Couch and chair terribly uncomfortable/old need to be replaced, The fridge is miniature, low to the floor and beeps when the door is open for more than a few seconds (while putting groceries away for example). The entire unit needs an obvious deep clean (check the, corners, and baseboards people!). Outdoor lounge cushions are filthy. Bed was ok, good storage, nice bathtub. Location was extraordinary and with some simple updates this would be a stellar rental. But in it's current state, disappointing and NOT a luxury accomodation.

3rd time we have booked here and had an awesome stay. Love the heated pool, loved the views and swimming at Turtle Bay is great as the rocks stop most of the big waves from coming to shore. The condo is as described and clean. Property manager is great to work with, check in was smooth, no issues during our stay. Only downside is no dishwasher. WIll stay again!!

This is a great studio condo in a great location. Everything worked and was in very good condition. The kitchen is well equipped, plenty of tableware and utensils. The fridge is a small undercounter sub-zero. It was big enough for the two of us for the week, but don't plan on freezing anything larger than a shoebox. There's a nice Yamaha soundbar under the TV that you can stream music to, and the TV has all the standard streaming apps you can log into. Big balcony with a table and four chairs and a lounger, so much more space than the tiny little balconies you can see on the big resort building. Plenty of room to have a big home cooked breakfast outside every morning. There's a whole bunch of stuff in the beach locker, like-new condition adult snorkel equipment, boogie boards, lots of kids toys, and chairs and umbrellas. What's even better is that there is pretty good snorkeling right outside the door. We stayed in December, when the north shore is not the place to swim or snorkel, but the semi protected cove right outside was nice and calm. There are codes to get in and out of property and unit, great once we memorized the code lol. There's a little shop in the hotel that has a surprising selection of essentials, but you'll want to hit Foodland to stock up. Also enjoyed the resort lounges and poolside bar.

The property is very well maintained, perfect for the two of us . I was given check in instructions for the door code only via vrbo and didn’t realize to park you needed an access code to the gate. The property management was extremely thorough and responsive. Would definitely recommend and return!

You should have told us specifically that renting this Villa we would not have any amenities and hotel except restaurants. Very misleading you should be ashamed. Stove did not work, no place to get rid of trash. Punching in security codes to get in and out is stupid. Everyone we talked to complained too many numbers and just a real hassle. Couches smell, ruined by ocean air. You should use leather and wood chairs Will never rent again from any Villas. The hotel said this rule to use hotel facilities on November 1st. You should have told us, you misled us

Wonderful location with a beautiful view. Would highly recommend this unit and the whole property. The view from the unit was absolutely amazing and Turtle Bay is one of the most beautiful places on the island. Through the resort, we went horseback riding and kayaking. We also had lunch and dinner at all their amazing restaurants.

We stayed with family for a destination we6that was held on the beach at Turtle Bay. We returned in January of 2013, both visits were in 3 bedroom units. This was a no agenda vacation for my wife and me. We stayed in a studio unit and truly loved it. It the 9 year span we have visited Gina's villas the properties have been extremely well maintained. Our ocean view was spectacular and we loved being so close to Roy's for dinner each evening. We would not stay anywhere else on the North Shore.

Hands down we will stay at the villas on future trips. We still had access to most everything at the hotel with the amazing amenities at the villas. Gorgeous views from the lanai, all the beach paraphernalia you could want and the convenience of have a kitchen and room to hang out. Gina and Kimberly are so helpful and accommodating, they are wonderful! The grounds are beautifully maintained, the pool is so nice and all the staff are friendly and very helpful.

It was our first time there and wanted to have an amazing experience celebrating our nuptials. But...The management company charges a hefty cleaning fee which we didn't mind initially because of covid. But when arrived we found feces and urine on the bathroom floor, long strands of hair on the shower walls and pubic hair on the toilet. Not to mention the dirty dishes that were put away and the mysterious green dust behind the doors. There were many other things and the a/c seemed to stop working at night. We woke up every morning sweaty and couldn't change the temperature because it's against the rules. We contacting the company and still no response, it's been a week now.

The Villa was just the right size with all the amenities we needed. We loved being able to make coffee right when we woke up and sip it out on the lanai while watching the waves crash on the beach just outside our room. It was also nice to be on the second floor where we felt just the right amount removed from others staying at the resort. The room was clean and comfortable, which was very important to us. We also really enjoyed Lei Lei’s grill. The first night we arrived we went out there for dinner and sat on the course and watched the sunset while we ate. It was magical! We loved the location of Turtle Bay, it was slightly removed from the busier parts of North Shore, but close enough to enjoy a day in Waimea Bay or Haleiwa! We definitely recommend the farmers market at Waimea Bay on Thursdays, so much great food. We would love to return to this villa again one day! Thank you so much for helping to make this trip extremely memorable!

Plus- it was the first place we stayed on the island where we didn't hear roosters crowing all night! Bonus. We were able to walk to the golf course restaurant across the road to pick up dinner; although pricey, there aren't many options right now. Lots of nearby grocery stores, food trucks during the day, shopping, etc. Outside of Waikiki area, this region had the most upscale neighborhood environment (if you're looking for that). Beach and bay outside of this unit was fine for the time. However, when that hotel opens back up, I can only image how crowded that tiny beach gets with 300+ more peeps. Amenities were great- beach chairs, towels, umbrella, toys, etc. The only downside to our stay here was the construction noise from the Turtle Bay resort- all day, done by end of work day though.

Well away from the craziness of Waikiki, this peaceful oasis made for a perfect honeymoon. The location at Turtle Bay offers gorgeous ocean views, reserved gated parking, and a number of quality restaurants onsite. When we did leave the property, it's an easy drive just minutes away from many great attractions such as the Polynesian Cultural Center, Waimea Valley, and famous North Shore beaches and food trucks. The villa itself is very comfortable with all the amenities we could want and the in-room washer and dryer makes packing light much easier!We will forever treasure our Hawaiian adventure and highly recommend staying here!

We loved our stay at Turtle Bay Villas. The studio apartment was sufficient space for the two of us. The condo was well equipped. The kitchen does not have a dishwasher, but we were notified of this. The view of the crashing ocean was magnificent. We enjoyed being close to the famous surfing locations. We also loved having great restaurants within walking distance.

The condo is at the Turtle Bay Resort, a well maintained resort and a beautiful one too. The condo and beach locker has everything you need to cook with and enjoy the beach. It is quiet and the grounds around the condo are beautiful. Management was very responsible and great to work with.

Unit. It cleaned properly at all. Wet towels in washer, hair on floors and all over toilet area. Sheets smelled like mildew. Water heater barely works and not even close to hot enough for a bath. Bath tub drain inoperable. Appliances make beeping noises all night. Had to fix them. Texted maintenance person, and got no response.

It's difficult to put into words just how great our stay was! The location was fantastic and the Villa was GREAT! Plenty of room, well stocked with everything we needed and super clean. The constant sound of the waves from our Lanai was so peaceful. Add the daily visit from the Peacock family each morning and the nearly empty trails that we had to meander or run on and that added up to a 'Just What We'd Dreamed Of' vacation! Much Gratitude❤️

This property is what Hawaii has always looked like in my dreams. It is beautiful, quiet and not too crowded. Honolulu and Waikiki were insanely busy the couple of times we had to drive in and around there. Other neighborhoods near Turtle Bay were busy, but laid back and casual. Turtle Bay itself was beautiful and relaxing. This condo's proximity to the beach allowed us to enjoy the ocean from our lanai. If you want a relaxing vacation, I doubt you could find better than this.

Hands down we will stay at the villas on future trips. We still had access to most everything at the hotel with the amazing amenities at the villas. Gorgeous views from the lanai, all the beach paraphernalia you could want and the convenience of have a kitchen and room to hang out. Gina and Kimberly are so helpful and accommodating, they are wonderful! The grounds are beautifully maintained, the pool is so nice and all the staff are friendly and very helpful.

We like staying on the north shore. This property made it easy because it had a full kitchen that we can make our own food for our picky children. There are not a lot of restaurants on the north side so having the kitchen was great.

We’ve stayed at Turtle Bay many times, but this is our first time in the Villas. The place was roomy, VERY clean and very well stocked (just needs a rice cooker :) ) THE LOCATION!!! We didn’t miss the resort amenities at all (hotel was closed for renovation). The lanai was perfect for sunset drinks and sunrise breakfasts. The community grillls we’re emasculate! We can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

Very happy with booking, communications, and how the unit was equipped. Priced very competitively for the location and Perfect for a couple. Not having the Hotel amenities next door at the Turtle bay resort (covid and construction)makes you seek out food and social fixes in the community. And the food and community are both welcoming and gift to experience. We will absolutely continue to stay at this property.

The Villa was just the right size with all the amenities we needed. We loved being able to make coffee right when we woke up and sip it out on the lanai while watching the waves crash on the beach just outside our room. It was also nice to be on the second floor where we felt just the right amount removed from others staying at the resort. The room was clean and comfortable, which was very important to us. We also really enjoyed Lei Lei’s grill. The first night we arrived we went out there for dinner and sat on the course and watched the sunset while we ate. It was magical! We loved the location of Turtle Bay, it was slightly removed from the busier parts of North Shore, but close enough to enjoy a day in Waimea Bay or Haleiwa! We definitely recommend the farmers market at Waimea Bay on Thursdays, so much great food. We would love to return to this villa again one day! Thank you so much for helping to make this trip extremely memorable!
