Location of this place is great you can walk to the beach. Condo had everything we needed and a great view.
Kamaole Sands pool rules were ridiculous. We had substantial rainfall and the only thing we could really do is hang out at the hot tub. The pool was
Roped off one day and the hut tub was cold the next. BBQs we’re out of commission and we ended up throwing away the meal we planned on grilling. If you want to waste money on amenities you thought you were paying for this is the place for you.

Everything about our stay was great. This condo is conveniently located across the street from Kamaole III Beach Park, at the southern end of Kihei. Wailea Shops/Dining and Makena Beach are just a short drive away. The condo itself was very clean, quiet, and spacious. We’ve stayed at Kamaole Sands various times in the past, as well as at other properties in south Maui. 10-210 provided us with a very good experience and we would definitely choose to rent this property again.
I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the unit and that everything was in good working order. Our stay was over two weeks long so I also appreciated that the unit contained enough basic supplies to last for the duration of our visit. The only exception was laundry detergent. There was literally only about 1-2 tablespoons in the container. But in the whole scheme of things, that was a minor inconvenience.
We found the king size bed to be quite comfortable. The furnishings were basic and not particularly stylish, but they were clean and functional. I liked the choice of wall art.
The one change I would suggest is to get rid if the tall metal lanai table and high metal chairs. We are older, with a couple of joint replacements between us, and found this outdoor furniture to be difficult to use and too large for the small lanai.

This was our first time staying in Kihei. This condo was just as described. Loved that it was in the building closest to ocean. The road was busy and close but the fountains right outside the balcony were running all day and evening so blocked out road noise. Had no issues with loud neighbors. Grounds were beautiful. Condo was very well stocked and very comfortable. We like to snorkel so went to different beaches every day and although when we were there, the snorkeling conditions were not ideal, we still managed to find some nice places to snorkel nearby. Walking distance to many restaurants. One of our favorites was Cafe A Lei. Overall enjoyed our stay here very much!

well appointed condo! My mother in law stayed here during a multi family vacation and had everything she needed! One thing to be aware of, the patio furniture is bar height and was a little difficult for someone with a bad knee to relax at.

Condo pictures were accurate! It was fully packed with everything you could need for your stay! Lots of kitchen items, beach items, and linens. Safe neighborhood and very family friendly. We crossed the street to the beach every day during our stay. Lot's of food nearby too. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

It was great to have beach chairs and umbrella available for the short walk across the street to kamaole beach 3. Great location near shops and food. Nice unit; everything you need close at hand. Air conditioning was a plus but didn't need it much. Right across the street from Kamaole III beach. PMI manager was very nice and took good care of us when we had some internet glitches (all resolved quickly).

Wonderful condo with an ocean view from the lanai! Well equipped kitchen with all the essentials you need to prepare meals. Beach chairs, umbrella and lunch cooler available and so appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and entire condo super clean on arrival. Would definitely love to stay there again in the future.

Mostly, this was a good experience. the only negative are the ceiling fans...the living room one would only circulate on low and the one in the bedroom on high. We loved that the arcadia door and front door could be opened and a really nice breeze would flow through. It was a very clean unit and the grounds were very nice. We would stay again.

Very roomy for two people. Very short walk to Kam III beach park. Nice view of courtyard/fountains and beach across the street. Clean and well stocked. Good boogie boards (not busted up cheap ones), beach chairs, and cooler for use on the beach.

Good location close to beach. There were several dirty dishes in the cabinets. There was debris on the couch and under the end tables (straw wrappers, paper clips, unused condom). I used the dishwasher once - and noticed mold in the bottom. I discovered that is was coming from the bottom seal of the door. I wiped it many times, but could not get it totally clean. So I had to hand wash dishes during our stay. The fridge struggled to keep our food cold, so I froze bottles of water and placed them in the fridge around the dairy products. That worked. The microwave only worked when certain buttons were pushed. There are a lot of decor items on the end tables and desk. I just gathering it all and put in aside so that we had room to put our drinks, etc on the end tables and desk.Everything is dated in the unit, but the location is good. The unit provided beach chairs/umbrella. There is an a/c unit in the bedroom which cooled it down nicely. If that unit was not in bedroom, I think it would have been too hot to sleep.
