This is a very good condo with great view of the ocean and numerous sightings of whales. Wish neighbor did not play music during the day. We have rented at least 10 condos and houses in Princeville over the years and this one is in the top 2. Need to fix spring on dishwasher door. Very quick response when we needed help with dishwasher. Everything else was very good including well equipped kitchen since we make most of our meals. Would love to come back some day. W. and K. Glorious views and tremendous waves while we were there! Watched whales almost every day and several rainbows too ! It was a bit more stair climbing than we thought, should state in listing that you have two flights of stairs to get in and out ? Unit was comfortable with a lot of supplies to be used . Very nice stay !

The good...The view is unbeatable. The condo is very nicely appointed. The cross breeze is constant, thankfully. The bad...THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING. It says that in the description, way down at the bottom in the comments about the pool. I missed it. It was extremely hot, which was torture for my wife who has health issues. If you don't have a high tolerance for heat I would look elsewhere. The management company acknowledged that it was easy to miss the part about no a/c, but refused to do anything about it, forcing me to rent a small portable a/c unit and create a very imperfect solution. We left a day early due to the conditions. What a disappointment.

We stayed in this property for 9 nights and loved it! Very clean with everything you’d need for beaching, snorkeling, etc. Magnificent views and even a trail below to the water (not for the faint of heart but worth it). Close to Princeville Foodland and Hanalei Village. We went all over the island, and the north shore was by far our favorite area. Highly recommend!

This place was absolutely wonderful! Beautiful property with a gorgeous view. Very modern facilities throughout the condo. Sleep at night and listen to the sounds of the ocean. Everything you could possibly need for a great time in Hawaii. I would highly recommend.

We are a group of 4 female cousins. The property was everything promised. Anything we needed was at our fingertips. Very relaxing to sleep to the sounds of the ocean! We are already making plans to come back!

Suggestion regarding directions: Add that the condo is accessed at the far end walkway of building #4. There are 3 or 4 walkways into the building.

This property is beautiful. We were there only a few days but enjoyed every minute of it. The views are breathtaking! The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. The communication was fabulous with the management group. They even provided a list of places to eat. We will definitely go back!

Speechless! This place is beautiful breathtaking and the definition of perfect. The booking and communications prior to the trip was excellent. Check was beyond easy. This condo has been renovated since my previous stays and it done very nicely. The kitchen and bathrooms have been totally redone and are very lovely. The view is the most fantastic feature. You have a view from very window.
We were unable to get the TVs in the bedrooms to work and contacted the owners on 2 occasions. They responded to our queries very quickly. Someone came to check them out and they were not hooked up to cable, so we were unable to use them. We found that it wasn’t a factor that hampered our enjoyment in our stay.
My one recommendation to the owners would be to include a small ice chest to take to the beach with a secure lid and handle. There’s a large ice chest, but when only packing a few items to the beach, etc., a small one would be nice. The condo on the whole is very well appointed with all you need.

The property is well maintained and very clean. The view of the ocean from the lanai is spectacular. We spent a lot of time watching the waves crash and the turtles swimming. We will definitely stay here again!

View wonderful but due to weather we could not fully enjoy it the 3 weeks we were there. Wind was so strong the sport was watching deck furniture slide past windows even after we laid them down to avoid this. Wind and water came through the door and would even blow attic cover off when we opened door to enter. Being three stories up on a cliff overlooking the ocean in the winter means when the wind blows look out! I would suggest a mat to leave shoes inside the door. It would have been helpful as rain, wind and sand were always an issue. Bring slippers if you are not a barefoot person.
It had the best equipped kitchen we have ever had in a rental so cooking is easy. Nice full size washer and dryer and well supplied for trips to the beach. Left messages on a couple of small concerns and response was immediate but impersonal.
If the weather had been better I would have been more positive which is to say be mindful of the time you book your stay.

Magnificent setting. Beautifully decorated condo with every creature comfort. Yes, it’s breezy but that’s part of the fun! You feel like you’re in a lighthouse with the sweeping view, the waves rolling (sometimes roaring), and the fresh air. Whales were spotted in the distance. Great proximity to all the north shore activities. I loved the challenging descent to the rocks below, but it helps to be sure-footed. Everything was perfect and the owners are obviously attentive to every detail.

I have traveled and rented all sorts of vacation rentals. I am someone who likes to cook while traveling. This unit provided almost every household tool possible. On top of the incredible view, beautiful decor, cleanliness, all upgraded appliances...they don't miss a beat in this unit. The bedding , shower amenities, decor, all the things to accommodate you at the beach, even having a stick of butter and Saran Wrap! It is all very appreciated because not many owners set up their vacation rentals in this manner. You don't have to bring anything from home with this unit.
Thank you so much and I hope others realize that this isn't common practice and this unit sets the perfect tone for how a VRBO should be maintained!

This vacation rental has it all. Exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff was immediately helpful in checking the media center for us. The kitchen has everything you would need. Washer/dryer work great. And the bonus of BOOGIE boards and snorkels if you don’t have your own.
We will definitely recommend a return with family/friends.

This top floor condo is well oriented and functional out for 4 people. The views are outstanding. The appliances work well. There's a great cross breeze off the ocean that keeps the unit comfortable. Just a few minutes to the market in Princeville and 10 minutes from Hanalei. We look forward to staying here again.

We are 3 peat customers with going to princeville and returning to work with these managers. (They are so kind and wonderful people). When we researched and became knowledgeable on all our options to take my parents of 75 years on a dream vacation we went with this condo. We splurged and saved and spent more than we ever would on ourselves because it looked to be dreamy and everything we knew about it was going to be exactly what we hoped. Upon arriving we were greeted with a chain of stenchy cigarette smoke that filled the entire condo on the top floor. The condo was hot and naturally you’d open the windows to let in the Hawaiian fresh air. We did this and had to immediately re shut the windows as it was as if living in an ash tray. I then stepped out on the balcony showing my parents the place we would be enjoying together and we all had to go back inside. The cigarette smoke from the tenant below was like being in a hotbox of cigarette smoke. I was so sad. I felt very un welcomed, very disappointed and very heartbroken that I made a mistake. WE went to bed trying to sleep that night only to be woken up to coughing by me and my mom as the cigarette smoke filled our condo. We were given a very specific set of rules for the condo (like don’t use the washer before 9 am, don’t make noise before or after 9, close all windows when you leave) and we abided and respected these rules and yet a tennant below was puffing cigarette smoke through our windows and onto our balcony and no matter what we tried we were inhaling it. So the 2nd day came and once again it was a repeat of the 1st day causing us to leave as soon as we could and come back as late as we could not enjoying the view or condo that we had payed for. We finally reached out to the managers and we contacted the maintenance man who came by and told us he talked to the gentleman to try and lay off the cigarette but it was just something I feel should have been disclosed about this condo on the website. If you don’t mind cigarette smoke then it’s ok. However having no idea that would be the case because it’s not allowed in the condo we rented seemed very wrong to me. The managers gave us options on the 4th day of stay to move (as they were trying to come up with a solution) but by that time we had 3 days left and the new view was not the same and I didn’t want to move my elderly parents. So all in all if you can handle cigarette smoke for 7 days then this is perfect. Situation very sad😢

This was an excellent home for us while on vacation!! Thoughtfully decorated with up to date interior. The best stocked vrbo I've ever stayed in. It had all the kitchen supplies you would ever need. The location was most excellent. The sunrise and sunset views from the patio were second to none. We stayed in the middle of July and never got hot in the condo. Being on the third floor overlooking the cliffs provided a great breeze through the condo with the window and doors open. I would recommend this place for anyone looking to stay on the north shore!

This third floor end unit is worth the labor needed to schlep bags into the condo. I've never seen such a well supplied kitchen. Quality cookware and abundance of bowls, appliances and such were much appreciated. Visited several Farmer's Markets and thoroughly enjoyed preparing meals in this unit. The wrap-around ocean views are SUPERB, even on a drizzly day!
The only downside was the note informing us that any make-up stained towels would result in a $25/towel replacement fee. After paying a $1500 security deposit, we felt this was a bit much. Didn't even use the towels as a result . . . maybe WHITE towels should be replaced by terra cotta colored towels?? We bought our own washcloths at Foodland and wondered aloud about that particular quirk! There were rags by the front door for wiping off shoes, etc. but we didn't want to use rags to wash with! Otherwise the sound of the surf, the grounds and the view soothed our ruffled feathers. We checked out at 9:30 a.m. (ahead of the 10:00 a.m. check out) and housekeeping was waiting in the parking lot ready to spring into action. We left pristine towels behind!!
