The first thing I want to talk about this property is the perfect Lanai. It was almost always in the shade and it had the most gorgeous view. I spent every morning and evening just soaking in the sunrise and sunset. It was also very close to the pool but just far enough away that I was not bothered by noise. The condo itself was very well stocked and everything looked clean and new. The kitchen was perfect and I loved how big the master shower was. The beds were comfortable and I am pretty picky about that. We used the boogie board and chairs often. Thanks so much for those! The only thing I would have liked more of is towels but we did a load of laundry every day so it was not a problem. I felt the communication was perfect and we had a very easy time checking in and out. I would definitely stay here again. Oh and I loved my morning walk around the neighborhood and the beach was just a block away. The condo grounds were gorgeous as well with the natural creek and gorgeous palms and flowers. It smelled of Plumerias every morning. The Wailea shops were literally 5 minutes away.

We had a wondering stay - the property is spacious and well equipped with beach gear and kitchen tools! It's also a stone'e throw from the pool which was fantastic for our toddler in the afternoons. We really enjoyed our time and would recommend to family and friends!

We have stayed at the Palms of Wailea many times and this property is the nicest unit by far. The ground floor unit is in the inner ring of units so there is no traffic noise and the unit faces the landscaped area with a running stream that is quiet also. It is also close to the pool but far enough away so the pool noise is minimal. It is a quick 5 minute walk to one of the nicest beaches in south maui (Keawakapu).The unit is furnished nicely and very spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. The lanai is large and is shaded all day. The Unit has a porta crib, plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, and boogie boards. Our stay in this unit was a wonderful experience for our party of 6 (4 adults, 1 -13 yo and 1 - 2yo). We made sure to reserve the unit for next year during our stay there.

This condo is located on a BEAUTIFUL property. We absolutely loved it. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. The master bathroom is HUGE and the shower was perfect. The lanai was perfect at all times of the day and it's very close to the pool. (The pool rules are perfect for maintaining a quiet, calm environment.)
The only things we would change are the beds. Mattresses were a little too firm and the kit to convert the twin beds to a king didn't make it very comfortable.

Had a great 7 days at The Palms room 1301! House has all kitchen silverware, plates, utensils and more that you could need. Coffee maker and krueig machine. All house appliances work. House has boogie boards, sand toys for little ones, pack n play, towels, starter set of soap, shampoo, conditioner. AC has to be set to 74 but it feels a lot colder than 74. We all slept great each night. TV's are Roku enabled so easy to log into any app to watch tv. Extremely close to the pool! We had to drive to the beaches due to our kids, towels, beach chairs and toys but it is definitely walkable if you have people who can carry their own belongings. Grocery stores are nearby for shopping. We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Palms at Wailea and would definitely recommend a stay here to family and friends. This particular unit is very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well stocked and the owners also had beach chairs, towels, and a snorkel and mask for us to use. The unit is also located in a great spot in the community. It is quite close to the pool, but people cannot look into your windows from the pool. Even when there were families at the pool, we did not hear any noise from it. The air conditioning works very well. We also commented to each other several times that the Palms at Wailea is located in a great place to enjoy the Wailea and Kihei area.
Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish.
We moved to the Palms at Wailea after spending six nights at our Westin Villa timeshare in Ka’anapali. We both felt more comfortable at the Palms condo than at the Westin. We also found it more peaceful.

The owner didn’t do a very good job giving check-in instructions and we had an old door code so spent our first night in another hotel until we could get in touch with their handyman, who got us into the unit the next morning. They said they sent it two weeks in advance, but we never received it! Then we had numerous issues with a bad BBQ that they finally replaced, a loose kitchen sink faucet and the batteries in the front door code went out and it took them a week to get it fixed for us! All these issues should have been taken care of before we arrived. The condo was pleasant, but the stress made our stay less enjoyable!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here, the condo was as described/pictured. The Palms is a lovely community and the grounds were well maintained. The pools is literally steps away from the condo but not too close where it’s bothersome. We enjoyed having most of our meals out on the lanai, the condo had all of the necessary amenities to cook our meals there.
The rooms were comfortable and the beach umbrella & chairs came in super handy. The beach is maybe a 15 min walk, but with having smaller kids and have to tow all the beach gear we chose to drive.
We frequented Makena Landing Park because it was small and not crowded and it was a great place to snorkel and swim with sea turtles.
We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay here. The condo is very close to the pool/hot tub which is nice. The beach access is a short (1/4 to 1/2 mile? Sorry not sure) walk downhill and the beach is great, clean and not too crowded even in June. The AC was nice to have at night but it was a good temperature with cross ventilation even without it.

We enjoyed our week long stay at this condo. The rooms were very nice, and the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pans, everything we needed. The lanai was wonderful for enjoying morning coffee and relaxing on. It was convenient to have the spray hose there to rinse off sand after a trip to the beach. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and well maintained. There is a lovely little stream running down the center of the property with beautiful plants and flowers. The pool was very clean and very spacious. Beach access was convenient either by foot or car. We definitely thought this was the perfect spot for our stay in Maui, as the location is perfect.

Pre-arrival communication with Bonnie was timely, courteous and helpful. The unit was spacious and clean. Three AC and ceiling fans were a real plus on warm afternoons; not needed in the evening for our stay. Kitchen is large, and well-equipped with plenty of plates, utensils, cutlery, etc. The lanai is spacious with a large overhang and well-furnished with dining table, extra chairs and grill. Enjoyed sitting there many afternoons and having our dinners there, steps away from a wonderful sunset view. We were well prepared for beach days with their 4 beach chairs, cooler bag and plenty of beach towels. One of our favorite beaches, Keawakapu Beach, is only a four minute drive away around the corner. We would definitely consider this condo again on a future trip to Wailea.

Let me start by saying this condo was beautiful! We enjoyed the location, close to the pool, and walked to the beach. It was so nice my husband wants to return and stay here again. We liked not being by the big stores and having more local options to eat. The condo itself was very comfortable, had everything we needed and it lasted long enough for our stay. 4 adults and an 8 year old had plenty of space to move around and the patio with grill was perfect for evening dinners. Our family of 5 enjoyed a 9 night stay here in June 2022. The accommodations were excellent. The master bedroom was very spacious and the shower was delightful. Plenty of room for us for a long stay. The kitchen is very large and was well stocked with pitchers, trays, many many extras beyond the standard cups/ plates/ silverware. This was well appreciated as we used the grill and stove to make several lunches and dinners. There were also beach towels, chairs and even a cooler we could use. The location in the complex was very nice. We were steps away from the pool which was so convenient! Out teens could come and go, and we could easily have an evening trip to the pool.
The ocean was a bit of a walk. This did not concern us as we were there to try out many different beaches. And just keep the chairs etc loaded in the car. This location is very close to Kihei which had plenty of shopping and restaurants. When we return to Maui we would not stay anywhere else. Thank you Bonnie for an excellent experience!

This was our second trip to Maui and we had a fantastic stay at this wonderful condo. The unit had a lovely view of the peaceful grounds, was close to the pool (but thankfully, not right on top of it), supplied everything we could need for our stay, and was very clean and comfortable. This property was so beautiful! The first floor Lanai was perfect for early morning Yoga in the shade. We were close to the pool area and you could watch the sunsets from the courtyard lawn. We liked that we were about a half mile from the beach and the condo supplied 4 beach chairs and towels for us. The kitchen was great for fixing a few quick meals and taking snack breaks from the pool and activities. This condo was an excellent choice for us and our 2 teens. It was very relaxing to be there and just hang out on the Lanai with a nice ocean breeze going by. Parking is right out in front of the condo. We would absolutely stay here again! Mahalo!

We loved this condo and would definitely stay here again. Our favorite part was the lanai with lots of comfy seating, a fantastic view of the gardens and you could see the ocean in the distance too. We loved taking our meals and reading out there. The living room and kitchen were also very spacious, which we appreciated. The kitchen was quite well stocked with good pans, spices and basics, which we appreciated as we love to cook. The unit is also quite close to the pool which is great, but it was quiet too. Would definitely stay here again. :-)

This place was spacious and comfortable for my husband and I and our two kids. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies so it was easy to make meals. The pool was steps away and was really nice. The beach was a little too far to walk while lugging chairs etc but there a bunch of amazing beaches within a 5-7 minutes drive. There were beach chairs , towels and boogie boards for us to use!
We had a few hiccups with using the fans and TV but the owners responded quickly or we figured it out.

This is a nice ground floor unit in the Palms condo complex in Wailea, south Kihei area. It is clean and spacious with updated interior. Our family enjoyed the stay here for full nine days! Close to the pool. 5 minutes to the beach, Wailea shopping and downtown Kihei. The whole family enjoy it.

Clean, charming and modernized 2 bedroom with a big lanai and 7 minute easy walk down to the beach. The beds were comfy with a homey feel to the kitchen, dining and living room. The little touches were always present especially in the kitchen which was never for want of a needed something. Big lanai designed for grilling and relaxin. But the nicest surprise was the closet filled with beach chairs and an umbrella. We grilled, chilled, watched the sunset and walked the beach every morning...Pool was 30 steps away from the Lanai...quiet, peaceful, flowers everywhere and even a few frogs at night outside by the pond....So glad we skipped the hotels and stayed at the Alfriends. So...if you're reading this review there's no need to look further. We will certainly be back... loved Maui.
