Location of this unit wowed us! Once we opened the door to our unit our eyes locked in on the view of the ocean framed by green grass and palm tree. “Aloha, we are in paradise!” There were turtles swimming in the beach just steps from our lanai ! And we have never seen so many whales from our unit! The sandy beach just steps away from our unit comes and goes with the tide, but the water was warm and this was a great place to swim or snorkel or paddle board! The unit is well appointed. The mattress is very soft. The condos have a heated pool, shuffle board and tikis. At sunset there is the blowing of the conch shells. So fun, we are already talking about coming back! I wish I could say something to disuade you from renting this unit cuz I don’t want it to be booked up and not available for our next visit! Lol! Thank you for renting us this great place! Can’t wait to come back!

If you want to be close to the water you can't get any closer! Absolutely beautiful. Not much "beach" this year, but the location is stunning, the property is clean and well done, and the property management team was absolutely on top of it. A great stay!

This property is exactly as shown in the pictures! you cannot get any closer to the ocean! It is well maintained, and very quiet - the only problem we had was with the security - we were ticketed for not parking directly between the lines lol - other than that - it was absolutely amazing

The condo was amazing. Clean, easy to check in and out and basic necessities to get you through are there. Having the walkout was perfect to access the beach and watching the turtles swim by was nothing short of amazing. I would definitely book here again!

Truly paradise. Very comfortable for 2 people. We loved sitting on the Lanai in the morning watching for sea turtles and whales. It’s truly amazing to be able to go swimming, snorkeling right out your door. We loved to watch the paddle boarders. We also enjoyed being able to swim in the pool every afternoon and meet wonderful people. My husband’s favorite place to grill in the world in the “common” area watching the sunset, whales and having conversation with others. We are so appreciative to be able to stay. Mahalo.

We are NOT resort people, we like the freedom to be able to cook for ourselves. Our unit, in my opinion, was the BEST on the property. Literally feet from the beach and a super short walk to the pool. The actual location is close enough to local shops for a walk to coffee every morning, but still far enough away from things that it's very quiet. Parking is plentiful and safe. Gorgeous sunsets!

The Good: The price of this unit is hard to beat, the view is incredible, unit is nicely updated, very friendly community.The Bad: not the best location - although it's right on the beach the waters are rough and it is tiny (we found ourselves making the 5 min drive up to Napili Bay every day), no in-unit laundry, tiny parking spaces, shower is built for people under 5ft tall, woke up with bug-bites and found small bugs in the bedroom, wi-fi does not reach the bedroom.Overall: this is a comfortable unit if you don't plan on spending much time in/near it. Being able to enjoy the sunset right off the lanai is the best part about this property.

This is a good but not great property. Things I liked; good location clean decent size space good amenities Things I didn't like; some things didn't work well (glass sliding door wouldn't latch easily and screen door wouldn't slide easily) bedroom air conditioner was very noisy parking is poor (spaces are 2 ft more narrow than a standard parking spot) lots of mineral build up on shower and exterior window / glass slider Would I stay here again? Maybe...

Location Location Location! This place is in the perfect location. There's a sandy beach with shaded areas and the snorkeling as this beach is better than the big boat snorkel tours. Kuleana 706 is ideal because the beach is just a few steps away from the patio. The condo itself was comfortable. It was the perfect size for myself and my two kids (ages 15 & 11).

the view is exactly as pictured! A little surreal when you get there. We liked that it was not the hustle and bustle of a big resort. We loved that they had grills to use while watching the sunset. lovely place, you wont go wrong.

Beautiful location just steps from the beach, condo with high-end details, and wa family-friendly community. Sunsets are perfect here. It was an almost perfect stay. Only two low points, air conditioning didn't work despite telling property management and the shower was slow to drain. Air conditioning was not a big deal, we were used to humidity.

Book this room. Now. The resort is gorgeous. The view from this room is breathtaking, and you walk out directly onto a small beach. We honestly enjoyed this beach more than any other we visited on Maui. And when you read other reviews talking about turtles, they aren't lying. There is a turtle sanctuary steps from this condo where we counted up to 20 at once! The room itself won't blow you away, but it was clean and had everything you needed so who cares! All the other owners and guests were very friendly. Overall amazing place to stay on your time in Maui.

Beautiful views and just steps away from a small beach. The condo's location was perfect. The AC was just a window unit in the bedroom, so only that room was cooled. It worked out ok just kept the sliding door open when we were in the living space.

Our condo was great. The location was perfect. With our infant daughter, we loved that fact that we could just open the sliders and walk onto the grassy lawn, then onto the beach and into the water. We watched many turtles daily from directly in front of the condo. Although, the condo was a bit tight for 3 adults and an infant, it had all the necessities. We really enjoyed our stay.

The condo was exactly as described. Fairly clean and well taken care of. Location is unbelievable. When we stayed there, it was quite windy and the ocean got pretty loud, but we still enjoyed it.The sofa bed mattress in the living room is not that comfortable, but for a few days you can get over it......the rest is great.The manager is very helpful and quick to respond to answer any questions. We had a great time !

Great location a few miles north of downtown Lahaina. It's a ground-level condo so you can walk out to the small beach just a short stones throw away. We cooked breakfast one morning and all the appliances and items we needed were there. We ate sushi from miso phat on the patio outback one night which was really nice. The king-size bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner, while loud, kept the room quite cool. The bathroom is nice and overall we were very satisfied.

This is a wonderful property. We were treated like royalty in a very clean, modern condo. It takes less than 20 seconds to walk across a narrow lawn before you are swimming in the ocean! We loved watching the sunrise/set while sitting on the porch.
