The condo has a very nice view from the back porch, and a ~10 min walk down to a couple beaches. Easy drive from the airport, located near necessary stores. Host sent great communications and every thing was easy to deal with. Would stay again.

We've stayed in Ekahi before but we enjoyed this unit a lot. The lenai is large with an awesome view of the ocean, trees/flowers and grass. The unit was very well stocked with all necessary things from snorkel gear, boogie boards, all kitchen utensils/spices/coffee/cooler cups and more. Communication with the owners was great and our family enjoyed our stay immensely. We will be back!

Our stay in this one bedroom condo was as amazing as usual. We are repeat visitors to this unit and the owners, Dave and Margie, are fantastic. They make everything about your stay so easy with quick response to questions, and the property is immacualate. The unit is stocked with whatever you may need for a beach day as well. We went down to the pavillion pool and the semi-private beach every night for the sunset. What else can you ask for?
We can't wait until our next Maui vacation.

We had a fantastic stay at Wailea Ekahi 46E. The condo is very spacious and clean and was very well stocked with lots of extras. It was perfect for our family of 4. Highly recommend. The hosts were very responsive and promptly resolved the little issue we had with the kitchen sink. We are looking forward to coming back to this property.

Condo exceeded our expectations. The only glitch was that we arrived after dark and had a great deal of difficulty locating the condo. The signs at the property cannot be seen at night so we couldn't find the correct driveway. I ended parking in one driveway and walking in the dark with my flashlight to find it. I fell once and bruised my knee in the dark.

This is a very well-appointed and well-maintained property and has all the necessities to make us feel at home. While we didn’t cook much during our stay, the kitchen is stock full of everything you need to prepare a hearty meal. The beach accessories were much appreciated. We enjoyed the gorgeous views of the sunset from the lanai.

Well maintained and very well fitted condo with easy access. Everything was as described and there is a nice ocean view down the green way to the beach,, pool and barbecue area. Check-in was a breeze. We had a problem with the A/C and the owners were quick to respond. There is some construction across the street where you turn into the parking lot but we really didn't hear any noise. I highly recommend this place for anyone and everyone.

The condo was in excellent condition and we had everything we needed to cook full meals. It even had coolers, a set of pickle ball paddles, boogie boards and snorkel gear. The condo was very well organized and with easy instructions on how to operate the AC, fans, TV, etc.
Dave and Margie (owners) were very communicative and proactive in getting us the information we needed to check in, code changes. They were available 24/7 and replied immediately to any of our questions.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay at Dave and Margie’s Wailea condo.
The unit was spotless, quiet and very well equipped for a family vacation with beach towels, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, snorkelling gear, boogie boards and a wagon for transportation to the beach.
Kitchen was well equipped for meals at home.
Really enjoyed listening to all the birds in the morning.

This is a great property within the Ekahi Village compound. Very close to one of the adult quiet pools but also easy to access the large community pool as well as beach area. The condo as well appointed and comfortable. Dual air conditioners keep the unit extremely comfortable. Also we are located within Wailea community for access to golf, shopping and restaurants.

This is a wonderful property - well maintained and comfortable for stays easily more than one week. The condo has all of the conveniences you could ask for, which made our stay effortless and relaxing. We only used the onsite pools once during our stay and the facilities were superb for hosting a group/large event.

I always stay at Ekahi Village when I visit Maui. The communication with Margie was great. The view of the ocean from the lanai was great. The condo was well appointed with everything you need.
There is one pool very close to the condo. The main pool is closer to the beach. Great exercise to walk up and down the green belt.

The owner's are the kind of hosts you want. They provided their place with all the accoutrements you can imagine. The kitchen is complete with everything, the bathrooms are modernized and include plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. When the HOA recently banned the use of deck propane barbeques, they provided an electric grill so you still have the convenience of cooking on their deck. The walk to the beach will help keep you fit. All that they delivered kept us engaged in what we chose to do and not dealing with any unnecessary shortcomings or challenges related to the condo rental.

When we walked in we were so happy to see what a beautiful, stylish, and well-stocked unit this was. The lanai was perfect for sunrises and sunsets. There’s a view of the ocean. I was most delighted by the comfortable bed and modern showers. We enjoyed our stay so much that we stayed an extra day, which Margie was quick to accommodate for us.
7 minute walk to beach, 10ish minute walk to shops at Wailea. Great location and helpful communication from owners! Hope to come back.

Property was far nicer than I could have ever anticipated. Essentially a home away from home. Every detail is covered and we wanted for nothing. Boogie boards, beach towels, tons of kitchen utensils, bathroom supplies.... I've stayed in plenty of vacation rentals that are outfitted with only basics supplies; this is not one of them! The complex is at the edge of Wailea/Kihei, so you get the best of both worlds. The walk across the property to Keawakapu Beach is about 7 minutes (and a nice stroll through gardens and grass), but for snorkeling, a 10 minute walk down the road (or 2 min drive) to Ulua Beach couldn't be beat! We were so pleased with the place, we extended by 3 nights and ended up staying a total of 10. It was hard to leave!

This condo was the perfect place and size for my wife and I. It has everything we need and it’s close to the beach and restaurants. We loved dining in the lanai with the view of the ocean. I grilled some ribeye steaks using the Weber Genesis grill. Also used the beach chairs, patio umbrella and the wagon during our beach time. Margie and Dave were excellent with communication. We truly enjoyed our stay.

What an incredible home! Dave and Margie thought of everything - from toiletries to spices to plush pillows. The condo is very comfortable and all beach gear is provided. The owners detailed everything in their manuals, which we really appreciated (esp how to use the remotes!). The size felt very comfortable for our family of 4. The view from the lanai was our favorite.
The location is ideal - very short walk to Ulua beach, the Waikea beachwalk and a quiet pool steps away. A little further to walk to the large pool and Keawakapu access, but we preferred Ulua for the snorkeling and shade.
It was a perfect stay and one of the best places we've stayed at in Maui. Highly recommend.

We’ve stayed at many rental properties, and this may be the best for the quality and quantity of amenities. It was great not to have to go to the grocery store for bags, paper towels, etc. The location, while up the hill from the beach, offers great views, breezes, and a small pool that is not crowded. We will certainly plan to stay here again on future visits to lovely Wailea.

We enjoyed the convenience of the beach and pools. The Forman’s provided all the extra’s you would need. Beautiful sunsets from the condo and the beach. We drove down to the beach a few times with trunk loaded with the snorkel equipment and boogie board. Can’t wait to come back and stay longer.

The condo was among the best we have stayed at here at Ekahi. Very well equipped, spacious and comfortable, we had everything we needed during our stay. Top quality furnishings, snorkel and beach gear was a huge plus. The lanai was the biggest we've had and we enjoyed the ocean views and sunsets - absolutely stunning.

The ocean view from this wonderful condo was fantastic! Each day we looked forward to watching morning sailboats and spectacular evening sunsets from our lanai. The condo is well situated, quiet, and a lovely 5-7 minute stroll from the beautiful beach. It was very clean, tastefully decorated, well-appointed, and even included a small beach wagon for toting gear. There is a parking lot near the beach access for those who wish to drive. Special thanks to the owners who provided very friendly, professional care and we highly recommend this unit to anyone!
