Our beautiful ocean view unit is situated in upper Wailea Ekahi Village. It is a 952 square foot unit on the second floor with one bedroom and two full bathrooms. It comfortably sleeps 4 guests. We are not equipped to host children younger than school aged. (5 years old and older please.) Two in the bedroom and two on the memory foam sofa sleeper. It is conveniently located near one of the quiet pools. Our double lanai has a barbecue and has a beautiful spot for outdoor dining and enjoying the sunset in one of our two chaise lounges.
The large master suite has new bedroom furniture (January 2019) with a NEW Sterns and Foster Rockwell California king sized mattress (February 2020). It is perfect for side, back and stomach sleepers. It is from their plush line and it is SUPER comfortable! The bedroom also has dresser space, and a library. There is an adjoining dressing room and a recently updated bathroom with a glass block step-in shower. The second bathroom has also been recently updated; with a step-in shower as well (No tub).
We updated the dining room furniture (February 2020): Dining Room table and chairs, barstools, coffee table, buffet and end table.
Our location in the complex is ideal for those who love to golf, shop, walk, and enjoy the beach. For those who want to have some tee time, the following golf courses are nearby: Wailea Gold, Wailea Blue, and Wailea Emerald. For shoppers, our unit is within an easy 15 minute walk from our unit to the Shops at Wailea. This outdoor mall has a bit of everything from casual dining to gourmet restaurants. It also has an ABC Store as well as a specialty grocery store. For our walkers and beach lovers, it is a quick 7 minute walk down a beautiful greenbelt to Keawakapu Beach and Wailea's beachfront boardwalk. On the beach, you can enjoy snorkeling, boogie boarding and sun worshiping.
When travel can resume to Hawaii again, we would like to offer you the peace of mind and confidence that our unit has been properly cleaned, sanitized and disinfected. Our cleaning care professionals have been trained to properly follow all CDC, VRHP (Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals) and VRMA (Vacation Rental Management Association) guidelines and protocols. The employees have trained on proper cleaning techniques, including how to properly sanitize and disinfect various surfaces and the safe and proper usage of chemicals. In addition, all linens and towels are washed at high temperatures and an extra-long cycle to ensure that it has been sanitized properly. We will also have some cleaning items available for your use while in our unit. There is an additional fee of $50 to cover this added sanitation to our unit per stay.
There is a 3 night minimum stay in our unit. 5% Discount for stays longer than 7 nights. 10% discount for stays longer than 28 days.
The cleaning fee is $170 plus tax.
We are a non-smoking and pet free unit.
The Pavilion project still has some loose ends, but it is now available for our guests to use. It is beautiful!
