Welcome! to our newly renovated spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Villa located on a prestigious Princeville Golf course. This is one of the few exclusive homes in Princeville adjacent to the golf course with breathtaking panoramic views and direct access from the downstairs Lanais for a beautiful evening or early morning stroll. The high vaulted ceilings, open floor plan and large windows make the villa a perfect place for group/family or a romantic size for couples. With unparalleled views of the golf course, mountains, and waterfalls you will be transported to the tranquility of your own private paradise.
Our exquisite villa is nestled within a private, gated community alongside the lush fairways of the Princeville Golf Course, offering breathtaking panoramic views. The villa's high vaulted ceilings, open floor plan, and expansive windows make it ideal for groups, families, or a romantic retreat for couples. Located on the stunning North Shore of Kauai, our villa is part of the premier estates on the island, offering convenient access to the most beautiful beaches, Hawaii's top golf course, the picturesque sunset cocktail spot at The 1 Hotel Princeville, exceptional dining options, and shopping centers. Moreover, our villa is conveniently located across from the Golf Club shop, allowing you to carry your golf clubs without incurring parking fees. Depending on the season and day, you may even have the chance to spot whales from a scenic vantage point. Why not spend a day playing golf at Hawaii's premier golf course and then take a leisurely stroll to witness the magnificent sunset each evening?
Boasting almost 2000sq feet of impeccably designed Hawaiian interior, elegant furnishings, and a pristine pool area, our villa provides the luxury of a high-end hotel at an affordable price.
As a newly established private gated community with an onsite manager, you can rest assured that all amenities, including the pool, Jacuzzi, and BBQ (shared), are meticulously maintained daily. The owners use the house as their second home, ensuring it's always kept to the high standards of cleanliness and stocked with fresh supplies.
The villa features two master suites on the ground floor and one bedroom upstairs, each elegantly appointed with black granite in the bathrooms. One of the master en-suite bathrooms includes a bathtub, while the other two have shower facilities. There's one King-sized bed and two Queen-sized beds, with the upstairs bedroom slightly smaller than the downstairs master suites.
Enjoy romantic breakfasts and dinners on the private lanai upstairs, overlooking the golf course, and unwind in the evenings in front of the large flat-screen TV.
For business travelers who wish to stay connected during their vacation, we offer Wireless High-Speed DSL Internet throughout the house.
Policies:
Strictly no smoking, no shoes, no Pets of any kind, no Surf Board and no party.
Smoking of any kind is not allowed anywhere in the condo premises, not inside, not in patio, not in parking lot. However, you can smoke on the public path outside complex. Please treat the home and complex with respect and care.
Booking & Payment - Easy and Simple
The full payment depends on the period and how far in advance you need to book the Villa. We kindly ask for the valid photo ID of the primary traveler for Advance Check-In and emergency purposes before your stay, including your address through VRBO.
We will also require you to sign up for the $59 damage protection through VRBO. A refundable deposit of $300 will be required in addition to the rental fee. This deposit will be returned to you upon the satisfactory inspection of the property after your stay. We will share the welcome instructions and code with you once we have your details before your stay.
We are not offering any special discounts or house exchanges.
We will also contact after booking online and confirm our rental agreement/guest's details to be accepted via VRBO communication.

- 1 hand soap per bathroom
- 1 body soap per bathroom
Additional supplies can be requested in advance for an extra charge.

Cancellation is not accepted after the initial booking unless replacement guests can be found. However, we are willing to change dates with 3-5 months' notice, depending on the length of your booking.
We (the owners) do not take any credit card details from you as you are booking through the VRBO site.
We do not accept third-party bookings. Bookings must have a matching name, a copy of your ID, and credit card details submitted to VRBO. If it's discovered that a booking was made on behalf of a third party, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
Insects: We do pest control but Kaua'i is a tropical Island ~ although every effort is made to keep insects out an occasional insect (harmless Gecko, Mosquito or Beatle etc) may make its way inside. Kaua'i has no dangerous or poisonous insects. . To prevent this, ensure screen doors are always closed, and dispose of your kitchen waste in the trash daily.
The Guest agrees to maintain confidentiality, refraining from disclosing any information about the Owner's identity, principals, or those occupying the Property. This includes details about personal lives, habits, security measures, or any other business or personal affairs. The Guest commits not to post or share pictures of the Premises online or disclose the Agreement's terms or Owner's identity, unless required in an emergency or by law. Any breach of this provision will result in irreparable harm to the Owner, entitling them to injunctive relief in addition to other legal remedies.
We make every effort to ensure a pleasant stay, but occasional issues may arise, including with the swimming pool and jacuzzi. Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused by maintenance problems during your stay. Regrettably, refunds cannot be provided.

Great community, lovely mountain views. Nice walk to beaches. Property is OK, needs updating. Towels are musty and never get clean in the washing machine. Lots of flies due to holes in sliding door screen. Owner is a nightmare to work with. We arrived at 10:30 pm after traveling for 12 hours. When we entered the code for the front door lock, the lock was broken and we could not get into the property. The locksmith confirmed that a lever inside the lock was stripped due to wear and tear, and that there was no way a human could have caused this. A side window was left open (which the owner denies), and one of us crawled through the window to finally get in. We could not reach the owner because she was halfway around the world in a 10 hr different time zone. We couldn't use the front door, and neither of the 2 garage remote controls worked! We had to leave property unlocked for 3 days until locksmith showed. Owner submitted an insurance claim on my travel insurance to cover the cost to replace broken lock THAT WAS ALREADY BROKEN before we arrived. She refused to refund my $300 security deposit for 6 weeks until she got paid by the travel insurance company. She tries to manage a property from halfway around the world, and does a very poor job of it. Princeville is beautiful, but find another place. Not worth the heartache to deal with this owner.

We had a great time here over the New Years holiday. The unit was nice and spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Everything was clean, and communication with the property management company was quick and easy - they were very responsive to a small plumbing issue we had during our stay. The one downside was the lack of beach gear available for us to use, compared to other places we've stayed, but that was minor and not a huge inconvenience. I'd recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Princeville. One thing to keep in mind, is that there is no AC in the unit, but with the windows open and the fans blowing, it wasn't too much of an issue in the winter time.

What a great place to stay. Every window looked out onto a lovely view, be it mountain, trees, or golf course. The home is well maintained and very comfortable. As a family group of 6 adults, the only negative remark was that my tall sons would have preferred a King bed over the two Queens. Other than that, everything was wonderful.
The owner was always quick with a reply whenever I emailed with a question - usually within the hour. We were very impressed.

Beautiful location, villa was immaculate. Property manager was very responsive to questions. Best vacation ever! Just did not realize there were so many stairs in the villa. But my 89 year old father was a trooper and made it without problem!!

The location was excellent as walking trails were all adjacent. Condo was spacious for 5 adults. This is the 4th time we have stayed in the Villas over last 10 years and did find the unit was a little more basic in kitchen supplies if you like to cook. It was positive that Owner was very responsive when we

The Villa was in a lovely gated community. The community was easily accessable and kept up well. The house was very nice but lacked somewhat in the area of cleanliness. Just little things like; one of the beds wasn't made when we arrived, the upstairs shower needed cleaned before we could use it, and some of the dishes needed washed before we could use them. Other than that, the view was lovely, There is a patio with a table and chairs where you can drink your coffee in the morning and listen to the birds. The furniture and beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay there very much. The biggest issue was having to leave when it was time to go home.

Check in was easy, the house was great and in a good location. We walked to Happy Talk and Hideaways Pizza. Nourish the food truck is about a ten minutes walk, and the walk in the ruins below nourish was beautiful. The house was just across the street from the pool and hot tub, and a ten minute drive to Hanalei.

It was awesome experience. We were 3 couples we had 3 rooms with 3 bath so we had a good time. Kitchen was spacious. I really liked the balcony. The location was amazing. We enjoyed the Hanalei bay beach which is closer.

Bare bones. We do not recommend. We have rented in the Villas of Kamalii complex for vacations for more than 10 years and have always enjoyed it's upscale units. On a scale of from 1 to 10 we rate unit 3 as a spacious "Motel 6."
