Myhusband and I spent glorious days at this condo in Lae Nani. Lae Nani is beautifully maintained and landscaped. I especially loved and enjoyed the large clean pool. The condo itself was wonderfully decorated. The showers were lovely. The bed was dreamy. My favorite part was the gorgeous view of the bay and the beautiful lanai. A real plus was the washer and dryer. With a safeway up the road and the farmer's market at Coconut marketplace, we ate many meals at the large dining room table. We did enjoy the Lava Lava club next door with its delicious food drinks and nightly music. We could not have wished for a more beautiful time and place.

After the events in Maui my wife and I had decided to go to the island of Kauai. We were scrambling to find lodging and just by chance this property came on the market after a recent remodel. It is just in a perfect location on the corner of a building so you get fantastic ocean views in two directions. The private beach area is less than 100’ away so you can enjoy the sound of crashing waves, long distance views toward Lihue and beautifully landscaped grounds including a nice pool 50’ outside the door. We spent so much time on the lanai just enjoying the scenery and sounds and you will too. The property is north of Lihue in the town of Kapaa and we really liked the local town as it had lots of options for dining and all the essentials like a grocery store without the crowds of Lihue or Poipu…not to say it was quiet but a little less busy and very central for touring about the island. The condo itself has two very spacious bedrooms and baths which appear to have benefitted from the recent remodel. The open area is very comfortable and the kitchen is adequate for your needs. This condo is just lovely and was a perfect place for us to enjoy the island. Please note that part of the remodel included adding AC units in the bedrooms so the issue raised in reviews about it being hot is eliminated. We literally had no complaints and would definitely look to stay here again if returning. I know it’s expensive, but one of the few places that I would say truly the cost.

Wonderful location, price and accommodations. It is hard to find a unit in Kauai with AC but this has it in all rooms. Wonderful view and it was recently renovated with beautiful art, furniture and laundry. The master bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of kitchen items for us to make meals. The grounds are amazingly well kept and stunning. It has great parking and the location makes it easy to go to markets, food and a quick walk to restaurants, bakery and other cute shops. We traveled all over the island but love this area because of its quick access to the airport and both sides of the island. I’ve stayed in other places but this is by far the best at a very good price. Everything went smoothly and without a single issue. Lovely property 🌴👍

This is the 3rd time I've stayed in this condo. Usually I come with Stacey Love, but brought my family this time and we love the location. loved the location! The property was not as clean as it has been in the past. Lost of visible dust, especially the lighting above the dining table. Living room drapes are loose, hard to open sometimes and need some minor repair. I've rented from Kauai Vac Rentals for years, and it's my go to company. I feel you need to know these thing because I know you value your service as do I. Gloria at KVR is amazing. We will be back. Mahalo

Overall we were pleased with the property. However, the ad said the unit was airconditioned, which is only partly true. The living room area has a mini-split AC unit but the bedrooms had nothing but fans. The night we arrived the unit was hot, stuffy and humid and we got almost no sleep. We recommend adding a mini-split to the master bedroom.

Condo was in a very nice, well groomed compound. Was relaxing and quiet. The view from the balcony was gorgeous, we ate many meals there. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. The location of the property was central to everything we wanted to do, see, and experience. Not a lot of great restaurants in the immediate area, but the island is small and so drivable that you can get to excellent restaurants within 20 minutes drive. Property manager was helpful and answered all questions quickly. I would stay here again.

The listing/photos of this unit do not do it justice, it is one of the best we have rented. It is both clean and comfortable while having a "million dollar view" from two locations. The main balcanoy has seating for 6 and looks directly at the water. It is steps from both the beach and the pool which along with the landscaping is maintained in a top notch manner. The management team did a great job with two small issues we had also. The unit is within walking distance of shopping and dining options.
I would not hesitate to reccomend this home to friends and family and next trip to Kauai I wouldn't bother looking anywhere else.

Loved this condo! For starters, the Lae Nani complex is a gem, very well laid out, grounds beautifully kept, by far the best condo complex in that area. And this unit is one of the best in the complex in location, a corner unit in the center of the complex, which allows for panoramic views of the ocean, the views are truly stunning. This alone made my whole stay.
In addition, the condo was clean, well maintained and it was very comfortable overall. Yes, it has carpet, oh well, not a big deal. The little annoyances that I see mentioned by other reviewers melt away with the overall package and experience. In addition, a couple of little surprises: kitchen knifes that cut, and rain shower heads (appreciated coming from the highly water conserving CA).
I would have booked again for Spring Break, but it is not available, so will get another condo in the same complex. Re the complex, a couple of suggestions: (1) provide pool umbrellas, there is absolutely no shade in the pool and (2) fix the 3 broken washers (6 total), it gets hard to do laundry with only 3 functioning washers and all the housekeepers doing the condo laundry for towels and sheets at the same time.

Property had not been cleaned on our arrival but management was quick to get someone over there. Had small issue with AC that took them couple of days to get to and even after it was repaired the bedrooms were pretty warm at night. This place is great and the view is outstanding but it does need a few upgrades. This is a small thing but it would be nice to have a coffee maker with a timer on it. I would still recommend this place to anyone but if you like to sleep cool I wouldn’t stay there in the summer. But absolutely beautiful view and location

The view is incredible. Have stayed at this complex often but first time in this unit. We love it and already made reservations for July. The master bedroom desperately needs updating & less mirrors! The bed is fortunately very comfortable but the heavy marble wrap around head board and end tables are very dated and walls/ceiling need new paint. Beautiful kitchen and bathrooms and such a gorgeous space relaxing on the wrap around deck listening to the ocean. This entire complex is so convenient and beautifully kept. The rental agents so friendly and helpful as are the on-property employees.

A lovely stay in a beautiful setting. Lae Nani 321 is a great condo with a wonderful view. Perfect for our party of 4. The grounds are very well maintained. Even though there was exterior painting, it caused us virtually no inconvenience.

It couldn't be more central to everything we wanted to do on the island. The beach was kid friendly with even a section for babies. It's 5 minutes from Lydgate which is a great snorkle beach for kids. The pool was a salt water pool which sounds weird but no chlorine was awesome! The bbqs were perfect for grilling up a quick dinner. The grounds are so beautiful. Geckos everywhere you go (they are good luck). Lava Lava next door is a oceanfront restaurant with live music and good happy hour. Coconut market place is also next door and has free hula show Wed and best shave ice around. This condo had a few extras like boogie boards, noodles for pool, small coolers, beach chairs, and even a game cabinet for game night. This condo definitely made our trip unforgettable :) The rental agency was so great and helpful with any questions we had. :)

Your concierge, Thomas Duffy, was such a help in every way possible. He booked our activities, helped us find the best places to eat, and even saved us when we locked ourselves out. Service from Lucy and the staff at Kauai Vacation Rentals was exemplary. Our condo was not air conditioned, and we couldn't live without purchasing several fans, which ran 24/7. The groundskeeper deserves a shout out, because the horticulture was so beautiful and amazing. Every morning we came downstairs to find beautiful flowers all over the grass. The pool was well-maintained and refreshing. I'm not a fan of the artificial beach. The sand was too rough and deep, maybe a finer grade gravel, or actual sand would be better. The views were breathtaking and spectacular from our unit. The beds are soft and lumpy. The shower needs a handheld attachment. It would be nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit, but for the price I cannot complain. Kauai, as always, was fantastic. Thanks for everything.

Beautiful condo with a wonderful view. Grounds are well-maintained. Great location for Kapaa restaurants. Also a great location between West side of Kauai and North Side of Kauai.

As usual with rentals small things need attention to bring in the wow factor, electrical plugs nearly falling out, bathroom needs reno, dust on fans everywhere and thrown onto walls.
With a few extra minutes of cleaning fans, exhaust vents will go a long way and is easy to do.
A built in AC unit would be great but for sure coverings on the eating area will help keep the condo cooler. Overall a great choice to stay, good restaurant next door.

Beautiful landscaping and pool area. View was spectacular. Manmade beach wasn't swim friendly for older folk, but the rock wall pool was nice. No air conditioning was very hard for me. The condo was very comfortable and pretty. There were so many items in the outside closet to help us! I loved staying here and would choose this one again.
