We have stayed here twice, both visits were great. The location is perfect for a relaxing get away… the pool is only steps from the lanai, and the beach is a short walk from there. We look to return again next year!

The room was so clean, well stocked with everything we might need and so quiet. We loved not being around all the hustle and bustle of whalers village but close enough to walk there if we wanted. We would definitely stay here again!

Thank you Jeanne for a wonderful stay. We felt so welcomed by all the personal touches. We enjoyed the basket with wine and local treats, and the fresh flower/greenery garnishments throughout the spotless unit. The decor is inviting and cozy and the bed is very comfortable. It was so nice to have use of the wagon full of beach gear, especially the chairs. This unit had everything we needed and more. Nice location on the property, adjacent to one of the pools and a short walk through the property to the uncrowded beach. We've been staying at MKV for the past 10 years and this is our new favorite unit, loved the old Hawaii vibes!

The unit was very clean, cozy and beautifully appointed. We loved bed the nice welcome basket of goodies and the charming special touches, like orchid blossoms placed on the towels and little candies wrapped in tropical leaves and flowers on the bed. There were potted orchids growing in several locations, so it really felt like a special tropical getaway. Communication with the host was excellent too!

Host did a great job making us feel welcomed. The supply of beach gear and wagon to pull it was a great touch in addition to the welcome setup. There is a slight walk to the beach but not bad and easy to navigate (especially with the wagon provided). A pool right out back and a larger one just off the beach with the restaurant. Only issue was tried to call host before leaving to discuss leftover groceries. Checkout procedure only referenced towels and dishes and didn't want to waste unopened food if cleaning staff would use it. Was unable to reach Jeanne that morning to confirm whether it was ok to leave it or to throw it away. Left is since checkout procedures didn't specify anything on the subject and was unable to reach Jeanne. Great location and setup and would stay again. Very nice.

We were very pleased and impressed! This was the cleanest and best appointed VRBO we've ever rented. Everything was very clean and organized. Fresh flower lei, fresh flower garlands on towels and pillows, a chocolate wrapped in a palm leaf on the pillows with the flower, a welcome basket of local treats coffee and wine was left for us. These were above and beyond the usual expectation and made us feel so welcome and at home. Plentiful essentials supply organized in a bathroom drawer. Kitchen well stocked. Mattress was comfortable. Parking convenient and available. Nice beach a short walk away. Beach essentials provided in a nice foldable wagon. Very nice gated pool and hot tub right out the lanai door. A short drive to restaurants in Lahaina. Pleasant resort neighborhood. We could not have been more pleased! We will definitely seek to stay here again in the future.

This was our second stay at Maui Kaanapalli Villas, and our 1st stay in Jeanne’s beautiful condo! It was even better than VRBO pics and description! This has to be the best setup VRBO we have ever stayed at. It had everything we needed and then some. The patio was perfect and very close to the smaller pool which was much quieter than the larger pool and perfect for chilling after some time in the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.l

I’ve stayed at 3 different units at this property and the experience with this unit was by far the best. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub just a few feet from the patio and often had it all to ourselves. The wagon full of beach tools/toys made it easy to just grab what we needed or take the whole wagon. When one of the fins ripped the owner brought a new pair within hours which was very gracious. The property is located on north kaanapali beach which has a nice snorkeling reef. For years I’ve heard the snorkeling was best at black rock so finally I went there on this trip. Nope, it’s better north of the rock near this property. Added on to this is the marvelous beachwalk/boardwalk which you can walk for miles— and we did each morning. i definitely recommend this unit which has everything you need for a paradise getaway. We absolutely loved our stay here! Jeanne provided everything we could’ve needed - all of the beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards), plenty of towels/linens, and all the kitchen necessities. The room was also pristine upon arrival. When we had a minor maintenance issue, Jeanne was quick to respond and resolve it for us! We loved this room and would recommend it to everyone! We can’t wait to come back someday!

We had a wonderful week staying at Jeanne’s unit at MKV. We were already staying on property and Jeanne let us drop off our refrigerated items while the unit was being cleaned, very nice. When we returned later in the day and checked in the unit was ready to go! Clean, tidy and ready for our stay. There was a wonderful gift basket filled with all things good!!! flowers throughout making for a welcome home feeling. We enjoyed our week once again here on Maui and look forward to our next visit (25 years and counting) I would recommend this unit with high marks and not hesitate to stay here in the future! We had such a lovely time in Maui. Jeanne helped make it happen. Her property is perfect as an home base for island discovery or spending a day at the beach. The condo is super clean and the attention to detail is amazing. Everything from ottomans covered in gecko print, beautiful linens, fresh orchids everywhere, a welcome basket with local goodies, and well stocked kitchen. Plus my favorite, a beach wagon packed with a great umbrella, boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkel gear, an insulated day cooler, and even pool noodles. The wagon was an amazing detail that made trips down to the beach a breeze. I would definitely stay here again. My only suggestion would be privacy sheers or reflective film on the sliding glass doors. They face the pool gate. You either have to have the drapes closed or be okay with people looking in your place when your hanging out. But all in all a great Maui experience.

This villa was the perfect place for our stay on Maui. As the reviews have mentioned, the villa was stocked with snacks upon our arrival which was a nice touch. There were native flowers spread throughout the villa to really make you feel the Aloha spirit. The location to the 2nd pool and spa in the resort were also very convenient since the entrance is maybe 30 feet from the lanai. This is a fantastic location and very close to a large beach as well. We would definitely consider this villa again should we return to Maui in the future.

This was a beautiful place to stay! We enjoyed every minute of it. We had everything we needed and then some. The welcome package was awesome and we thoroughly enjoyed the yummy things and appreciated the thoughtful presentations that filled the rooms. Flowers everywhere--a lovely touch. We were delightfully surprised with the outdoor play toys cart. It had everything! The pictures on the listing were everything I dreamed of when we booked it from home and we were not at all disappointed in any way when we got there. This is an amazing property and the host made it perfect with all the extra touches. We love this place!

We absolutely loved staying at this condo. The description and pictures were exactly as depicted. The fresh flowers were a beautiful touch and the welcome basket was exceptional. The condo was clean, quiet and bright. We loved the location next to the pool with less action and the use of the kitchen for breakfasts and the grills for dinners. Also really handy was the wagon to wheel to beach with beach chairs, umbrella, buggy board and snorkel equipment. We very much enjoyed our stay and we look forward to coming back next year!

The place was exactly as described in the listing and better. Jeanne has thought of everything as it is very well stocked for anything you would need. The welcome basket was a nice surprise after our 12 hours of travel to get there. The patio is a great spot for coffee in the morning. The property is in a central location for the beach and exploring (i.e. the road to Hana and Haleakala). Oh and fresh orchids in the unit! All made for a wonderful ambience. Jeanne was a great host. The airlines had switched our arrival and departure dates and luckily she was able to accommodate us. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Jeanne!
