The property was just as listed. We had everything we needed in the condo. The view from the lanai was perfect. Even though the on site restaurant was not open and there was maybe one open close open, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was so immaculately kept. We would love to come back to the villas again.

Our stay in Maui Kaanapali Villas was everything we hoped it would be! The condo was beautiful and really looked just like the pictures! It was very well stocked with all the kitchen supplies that we needed! We especially enjoyed the view from the deck and how pleasant it was to drink our morning coffee eat breakfast and even a few dinners out there. We could see the sunset from the deck every night! Gina was an amazing host, and very easy to get a hold of if anything came up. I would absolutely stay again in a heartbeat!

Just minutes from Lahaina. Golf close by along with Royal Lahaina luau at your back door. Highly recommended!

This was our second stay in Gina’s condo. The unit is beautifully decorated with everything we needed. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, the high-end appliances, the comfortable bed and the two shower heads. Beach chairs and toys were available for use.
We regularly stay at MKV, and Gina’s condo is the nicest unit we’ve rented. I can see why it’s typically booked months in advance!

This unit is absolutely stunning! Beautifully updated with separate bedroom. The kitchen is fabulous with lots of storage. The bathroom is gorgeous with ample storage as well. Truly enjoyed our time in this unit and on Maui!!

We have stayed at several units at MKV and this one is by far our favorite! Super cute vintage Hawaiian decor, attention to detail, very comfortable bed, awesome shower! Beautiful view of the ocean and private balcony all made our trip amazing!

Nice condo in a great location with a beautiful view. Only drawback was the poor lighting in the living room area. Only one lamp. Great lighting in hallway/kitchen and bath. No lighting over the dining table. Other than that it was a great place and we would rent again.

The location of this property is superb. The ocean/beach is steps away and not very crowded. I do wish the bar/restaurant stayed open a bit later but otherwise I will be visiting again. Gina was an excellent VRBO host. Thank you 🌸🏝🌸🏝

We visited Maui for a wedding and chose this property for location close to the wedding venue -- it was right next door. We loved the layout, updated kitchen, comfy bed and bedding (I bought the same pillows!), and lovely furnishings. The artwork was also very fun. The deck is right above the beach path, and we enjoyed sitting in the morning with coffee and watching the foot traffic go by! But be careful, the smell of bacon from the nearby Castaway Cafe will call to you and before you know it, you'll be having a yummy breakfast and bloody marys on the beach! For our brief stay, we did not take advantage of property amenities, but location was perfect for us. Recommend!

me and my husband stayed at Gina's property and absolutely loved our experience. It is hardly a 2 min walk to the beach, has a nice balcony to watch sunsets and is very spacious apartment. Gina was very prompt in her replies and also allowed an early checkin which saved us a lot of time. We will love to stay at this property again!

My husband and I consider ourselves so fortunate to have had the opportunity to stay in Emerald 289. Furnishing, decor, and appliances were all spectacular. One of the best views of the resort is from the private lanai. Gina was quick and attentive to all our communication from pre booking to the end of our stay. We can't wait to stay here again. We stayed in an owner unit that was perfect. Well stocked with all the needs of home. The little pool on the other side of the property was quiet. The beach was beautiful and we snorkeled from right there. Even saw a turtle. We would definitely stay again.

We had the best experience at Gina’s property! The condo is very comfortable with a definite Island vibe and we enjoyed looking out over the pool and ocean from the lanai. Everyone there was so friendly! The condo was stocked with basic supplies and even some extras! Our favorite restaurant was just steps away as is the fabulous beach! This is a most beautiful property. The condo is tastefully decorated with everything you can possibly need. The bed is very comfortable which is nice on vacation. Fantastic view of the pool and ocean off in distance. We loved sitting on the lanai watching the activity. The pool and beach are right there and very accessible. Our only complaint is we had to leave this paradise. Don’t hesitate to book. This is a wonderful find and we hope to return.

Gina is an awesome host! Any questions I had while I was staying was answered in a quick timely manner. The condo was in the best location at Maui Kanapalli Villas and the condo itself has been upgraded beautifully. Everything from the comfortable bed to the stocked kitchen was fabulous. Her taste in decorating is so great.... Tropical decor is beautiful!! Walking distance , on the beachwalk to Dukes (which is a great restaurant) and the Myths of Maui Luau is right next door. Took 30 seconds to walk to .I look forward to staying here again and would choose staying here over any other place in Maui.

My daughter and I absolutely loved our stay! The location of our condo was steps from the beach and the view from the lanai was just amazing. We spent every morning walking the beach on the super soft sand and eating breakfast on the lanai. The condo was really beautiful. Very cozy and equipped with everything you’d need. Definitely looking forward to booking this condo again!
