Palms at Wailea #305 is a ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit close to the pool. It features split system air conditioning throughout the unit, a fully-equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, 2 flat-screen televisions, telephone with long distance to the US mainland and Canada, and wireless Internet. There is a California king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in bedroom 2, and a queen sofa bed in the living. The living room and master bedroom have televisions. Both bedrooms have a bathroom. For outdoor activities, Palms at Wailea #305 has beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, boogie board, snorkel gear, and a private gas grill on the lanai. Note: A $300 refundable security deposit is required for this unit. This unit sleeps 6.
