This place was exactly as described and as other reviews have said. We loved the unit. It has everything you need. It made for a good base camp for exploring the north shore. My only note is that I would not count on using the futon as a sleeping space. The futon itself is on it’s last legs and looks as if it’s about to collapse. We truly did have an amazing time there. Thanks.

This was a beautiful, two story house. The kitchen was large and well stocked. The neighborhood was beautiful. The location was great if you plan to stay in Princeville but to get to other parts of the island, the drive was slow and long. The futon was old and not great to sleep on. The other bedrooms were great. The bed in the main room was HARD. Not ideal for side sleepers. But the bathroom was huge and the closet was a dream. Overall, we really enjoyed our time at this house and would love to visit again some day.

The condo was roomy and clean. It had everything we needed for our stay, including a well stocked kitchen with everything we needed to prepare our own meals. There were a few minor glitches (the ice maker was not working, etc.) but the rental agency took care of it right away. The beds were comfy and the air conditioning was definitely a plus. The condo is in Princeville on the beautiful north shore and made a great home base for our daily outings and explorations. There are plenty of beach towels and a couple of chairs and sand toys in the garage. We will definitely look to Hawaii Life again for our next Hawaiian vacation rental.

Our stay was better than expected. The Condo is beautiful and served our 4 adults and 2 teenagers well. The kitchen was well stocked and we thoroughly appreciated the beach supplies! Walking/running routes were easily accessible and so many beaches just a very short drive! The pool was refreshing and grills easily accessible. We prepared some memorable seafood dinners in the grill area! We would recommend the location to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean “home base” with comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen to prepare meals at home, and beach gear for relaxing days in the sunshine!

My family and friends stayed for 9 days and we loved it! The condo was exactly as described and then some. We had everything we needed...even some beach gear! The view from the Lanai is gorgeous and of course there are the chickens running around. We will definitely stay again!

House had everything you need including beach stuff. We didn't cook except for breakfast. Not walking distance to shops and eating places. Nice area. Only cable in Living room, otherwise you need your own subscription service to use the tv in rooms.

Clean, great location, plenty of room for the family. Only downside was the beach equipment could use some serious updating. Broken boogie boards, old beat up camping chairs.... Would have been nice to have some decent equipment on site to use. Had to rent our own. Oh and ice machine did not work. But, overall a great time and would stay there again.
