Everything about the stay was beautiful. There is so much to do in and around the area. There was never a dull moment. We even enjoyed a distant view of the Lahina, 4th of July, fireworks from the lanai.

We just returned from a week's stay at this lovely place! The condo was spacious and decorated very tastefully. The views from the lanais were spectacular with both oceanfront and mountain views! The large wrap around lanai was spacious to accommodate lounging and dining outside. The kitchen was also very modern, sleek and well stocked. Beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrella were all provided, and the location of The Whaler was close to Whalers Village and great shops and restaurants and was perfect! Thank you for a fabulous week! We'd love to come back for another visit sometime! Aloha and Mahalo!

The pictures didn’t do this condo justice. It’s top floor and has a wraparound lanai so you get mountain and ocean views. Rooms are super spacious and it is stocked with everything you need to enjoy the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo is very spacious and comfortable. Allowed my two adult children to work remotely while my husband and I vacationed. The large balcony on two sides offers incredible views of the mountains and the ocean.

LOVED this place! Was huge, with plenty of room for us all, and the two balconies were a plus! While we were there, the tradewinds were blowing pretty strong every day, as were the nice little rainstorms coming off the mountain. Depending on where the wind or the sun was, we would move from side to side to make it work best. Watched whales blow and breach all day and had rainbows every day. Close to fantastic dining and shopping too! LOVE Kaanapali and nearby Lahaina for shoppingnand fresh fish. Wonderful place to stay! I hope to return soon!

1273 at the Whaler is divine! Even better than the listing photos can capture. My mom cried when we first walked in and she saw the stunning mountains behind and the huge ocean in front. This condo is spacious, perfectly set up and tastefully styled and decorated, had everything you could think of. And fantastic for whale watching! Loved it!

We loved our stay at The Whaler! Beautiful location, close to whalers village! Convenient to shopping, food, beach and pool! Was not thrilled with the lack of communication by our property owner once we got there. We stayed for 9 days and never heard back from her regarding the extra amenity fee- which I don’t recall was disclosed to us. Regardless- had a great time!

Condo was as discribed. Overall clean, but dated a bit could use fresh paint. Only big issue for us was having a non walker trying to pull up to couches and no area rug for soft falls, but didn’t think about that when booking so that’s on me. Would stay again!

Checking in was exactly as described to us. The resort landscape was nicely done and very welcoming. Once getting to our room, we were absolutely amazed with the view. The beach on one side and mountains on the other. The room was very nice, windows and sliding doors everywhere. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. Kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. Honestly, when you are in Hawaii how much time do you really spend in the room. The beach is just steps from the building. The room had everything we needed to use for a beach day. Ka’anapali beach is the best on the island. Easy to get around to restaurants and shopping. Absolutely would stay here again!

Unit needs a major cleaning. Old microwave on very limited counter space to begin with. Host wouldn’t take phone calls. Would only answer texts. Very poor communication.

From check-in to check-out, we had a great experience. The condo is very spacious and outdoor patios have incredible views! The pool and facilities at the Whaler are incredible, and for those interested in snorkeling, some of the islands best spots are in an eye shot of this property. Looking forward to our next visit at this property!

The location was great, the views were wonderful, very well stocked if you plan on preparing meals and the lane was wonderful and very specious for everyone to be on together. We were surprised with a few things, fan in second bedroom didn't work, light over dinning room table was burned out, needed to have a repairman there to fix leaking shower drain and also repair gap in slider leading to the lanai from living room. Being advertised as a luxury condo those should have been taken care of before we arrived. After saying that, we really did have a wonderful week and because of the location and space would come back again.

We were lucky to be able to book a few more nights to extend our vacation and this unit was available. It was the perfect ending to our visit. Such a beautiful condo!! Beds were so comfortable! The first portion of our stay was on a lower level unit and our adult children slept on pull out couches but we surprised them with having their own beds for the last part of our trip! It was so great to have access to the washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen is state of the art and the views are amazing, can't beat it. We would for sure return to this wonderful condo!!

Great place overall. Cons, no soap in any bathrooms or kitchen. No gift basket. Welcome letter said gift basket and soap. Please don’t say that if not provided. Beach chairs were broken as well. Fortunately hotel provided free chairs at beach. Would rent again, but will bring our own soap. Again, spectacular balcony. Great location.

This unit and The Whaler are great. The views from the 12th floor were amazing. The condo was well-stocked. The beds were very comfortable. Ease of use of beach equipment, pool, etc. Location is perfect. Unit could use a new washer/dryer and dishwasher in the next few years and a coat of paint. But, the layout and furnishings are perfect!

The views are endless and it is nice to have the views towards the mountains and the beach. The one picture viewing the pool is from the elevator lobby and not from the unit. That was the only slightly misleading photo supplied.
There was a person that complained about the restaurant smell from below that is on the adjacent property. We did not experience anything unpleasant and enjoyed the Hula Grill for multiple occasions so the proximity was beneficial to us.
The location to the shopping adjacent and the vast majority of boating excursions is so nice and convenient.
Fantastic beach, great views, unit was clean and spacious and had lots of useful kitchen items.
No complaints and if the opportunity arises again I would not hesitate in coming back to this property. The lanai is awesome as it extends all the way around the unit. All bedrooms and the living room as well as the dining room have access.

The condo is amazing! Perfect location, right next door to Whaler's Village. The beach is steps from the condo. The views from the lanai are incredible. Front desk staff was hit and miss on whether they were going to be helpful or give you an attitude. Communication with the owner what quick and easy. Having the pool noodles was great, as we used them a lot in the ocean. Pool chairs fill up quickly. Would definitely stay here again!
