Aloha and welcome to the newly and tastefully refreshed 2 bedroom and 1 bath 9th floor condo. Located at the northwest Waikiki corner, it offers easy access to and from the highway. It is a short walk to the Hawaii Convention Center. It is ½ mile away from the beach. Location also offers walking distance to every Waikiki corner and also to Ala Moana shopping center. 9th floor offers beautiful views from our lanai and the back of the building to the canal, ocean, mountains and Waikiki skyline. Hours can be spent sitting on our lanai, sipping drinks and enjoying the view. Master bedroom features queen sized bed. Second bedroom has twin (single) and full (double) sized beds accommodating 3 people. Living room features a multi-position back leather futon that easily folds down into a comfortable sleeping space – another full (double) sized bed. Other notable amenities are fully equipped kitchen ready to cook, laptop computer with printer available for your convenience, Wi-Fi Internet for your own smartphones or tablets, and a metal safe for your valuables. Flat screen TV’s are in both living room and the master bedroom featuring HD cable with local programming. Sony Blu Ray WI-FI smart player allows access to Netflix, Pandora, YouTube and many other streaming sites. Telephone line with free local and long distance calling (Canada and USA). RING door bell allows for two-way talk, in case of unlikely access problems. Swimming pool and BBQs are accessible from the main floor. There are beach chairs, body boards, water balls and other beach toys available for you to use. If you are not planning to leave Honolulu, many will be fine without car rental but for everyone else we offer free on-site parking. Why pay for expensive Waikiki parking or waste your time and take a risk to park on the street when you can use underground, assigned and secured parking in our building. No indoor smoking please.
