The pictures of the condo were beautiful but the condo was much less than expected. Very outdated. Towels were old and thin. Floors were very dirty. (Bottom of socks were filthy) curtains in bedrooms were stained terribly, and limited kitchen supplies. We were glad to leave. Sorry for the bad review but very true comments.

We stayed in Waikiki for a wedding and needed a place where we could have meals for our young kids. This condo having 2 bedrooms and a parking spot was a huge bonus for the area.

Property was as described. Fantastic that it comes with a parking spot. Easy to walk to locations. Enjoyed sitting on the lanai in the early mornings. Also, enjoyed the AC! Only thing I would have liked more is a curtain in the farthest room instead of blinds to keep out the early morning light, other than that its was a great stay.

Property was very clean. Beds were comfortable and the linens were really soft. Didn't use the kitchen much, but it had a good selection of utensils, pots/pans, etc. Really appreciated the use of beach items (chairs, towels, etc.) The lanai overlooks the canal and the mountains and was beautiful to sit on in the mornings/evenings. It's about a .7 mile walk to the beach, which we did not mind. Good selection of restaurants nearby. The building is near a hospital and you hear ambulances all day and night. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend ear plugs and/or a white noise machine. The property comes with a parking space which was so helpful. I also appreciate that the owner doesn't make you do dozens of chores as part of the check out process.

This condo is in a great location; walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Nicely furnished with beach gear and fully equiped kitchen. AC and ceiling fans in every room. The lanai has beautiful views of the city, mountains, and the canal. This condo comes with assigned parking, which is a real benefit, as parking is hard to find and is very expensive in Waikiki. Monica is a wonderful host, was very quick to answer all my questions. Will definitely be staying here again.

The location of the condo is perfect. Beach view from front door and canal view from lanai. Bed mattresses are perfect, no sagging at all. Owner provides full beach items for snorkeling and picnic. TVs screen is big and smart! Air conditioner is in each room. Even have a rice cooker. Our kids walked to the Hawaiian Royal Garden shopping mall in 17 mins. Parking is a little tricky but everyone manages to get into their own spot so no problem at all. Will come back next time in Honolulu.

The apartment and elevator needs cleaned. The bathroom had a dirty build up on floor and the faucet leaked. The carpet in the bedrooms was completely worn out and nasty. The bedrooms had a bed odor. It is located in an area that is easily walkable to the beach and shopping however would not be walking at night alone due to the homeless population.

The unit was very clean. We loved sitting in the porch every morning and evening. The views are breathtaking. The layout of the unit is really nice too. Two adults and 3 teen girls and we had plenty of space. The only thing that was a little bit of a hiccup was the check in process. But once we got past that we had nothing but great things to say. It has its own assigned parking space which was convenient. Laundry is just next to the unit, the best way to pay for it is to download the app, trying to swipe a credit card each time was a pain. I highly recommend staying here. I would stay here again in a minute.

This rental was adequate for our travel group. We were able to walk to restaurants and grocery stores quite easily. We were able to request an Uber with a nearby meeting location. The only downfall is that it could use a thorough cleaning. The bathroom in the ad was not the bathroom in our rental. It was similar but was different. The kitchen had all the necessities for an out of town traveler. The on premises contact person was available and checked in on us to see if everything was ok which was appreciated.

Great size for family of four. Location had great views and made it easy to get around Waikiki as well as the island, in general. Definitely nice to have a designated parking spot, though the parking lot is a little awkward to maneuver. Having beach toys, umbrella, cooler and towels were a nice touch. The bathroom sink could have used some maintenance, but admittedly it did not bother me enough to feel the need to have it addressed while I was there. Overall, very pleased with experience.

Older property but very comfortable and we'll maintained. Property owner very easy to work with, checking in was a breeze. Canal view but honestly surprising awesome and in the front of the unit you DO get an ocean view so you get the best of both worlds. It really is a nice little place a block away from 7 Eleven and your first of many ABC Stores. Don't be fooled that you are right on McCully Street intact your 3 minutes from Ft. DeRussy Park, eggs and things, Hard Rock Cafe and various other local restaurants. This place is a must as it has 2 bedrooms (private), a redone kitchen and tight but more than adequate bathroom.

This two bedroom apartment is well equipped, including everything you need for beach time. The location is great for access to the beach, shopping and touring. You even get a reserved parking space, if you rent a car.

We picked this location because we have dietary restrictions that require us to cook most of our own meals. Saves alot of money too. It was also very difficult to find privacy of 2 seperate bedrooms at this price. Place was very clean and well stocked. Lots of nice dishes, pots and pans, blender, toaster etc. Bathroom was fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, sunscreen, aloe vera, hairdryer, curling iron etc. Kitchen had lots of seasonings and misc. items in cupboards. Outside bin on balcony overlooking canal has about 10 beach towels, noodles, multiple snorkels and fins, 2 boogie boards, a cooler to take to beach, beach umbrella, and a cart to haul it all with. There are also lots of sand buckets and toys too. Great for families and kids. We were very impressed with the whole experience and felt very safe. Walking distance to just about everything, but just enough off the beaten path to be more peaceful. I would definitely go back. Our daughter got married and we spent a week running aroung. Having your own parking spot gated in included in price was the icing on the cake. Highly Recommend!!! Thanks for a wonderful stay. Mahalo!

The check in process was easy and convenient. As for exiting with your rental car someone would have to open the gate for you and leave the remote in the condo then lock up . We left about 9-10ish am upon check out. I was walking to place the key in the lockbox the property manager was already standing outside requesting the key In hand. (Which was fine but caught me off guard) I would rent this airbb again ☺️

I was not expecting to like waikiki this much! This condo is well-located near the action, but overlooking the canal and right across from where the outriggers are launched (very zen,lol).beautiful patio- having the kitchen was great- we.ate b'fast and made some dinners here throughout our stay and the washer/dryer is just outside the unit- perfect!

My bf + his parents stayed at this property for 6 days and it was amazing. Super close to shops and the beach. Right off the canal. Free equipment to use. Leftover food and lotions if you need some. Was very easy to get ahold of the property manager. Only needed to one time when someone was parked in our parking spot! Would definitely stay again!

The property was clean and comfortable. It would've been helpful to have an instruction book at the condo as other condo owners often provide. Parking was difficult at first until we discovered a 3-minute parking spot available on McCully Street, around the corner from the parking garage. Bedroom televisions did not seem connected to cable TV, but the television in the living room was fine. AC worked well, and was needed as it was pretty warm in Honolulu. Overall, a nice place to stay while visiting Honolulu/Waikiki/Oahu.

All your needs will be covered. Good size kitchen, good WiFi, TVs working properly.
You will even have beach parafernalia such as chairs, towels, etc. Which we used a lot.
The not so good
It is an old building and lobby is not inviting at all
Pool is super small and you won't even think on using it
Apartment A/C unit was rumbling quite hard, specially bathroom area.
Not all the light fixtures worked.
All in all we have enjoyed our stay. It's not fancy but is quite a good price for what you get

We had a great time. The condo was in a great location. The condo had all we needed including some beach items and a rolling cart to transport. The only negative was noise of the central a/c unit at night. The window a/c unit complemented the central unit for complete comfort. The dryer associated with the condo could not dry the towels. The parking spot was gated and security in and out of building was very reassuring.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was spacious and nicely furnished with two separate bedrooms with comfortable beds. We enjoyed the view of the mountains and the canal and appreciated having all of the beach equipment available for our use. The unit is a little off the beaten path of Waikiki, but it is certainly close enough to walk. We actually appreciated being out of the main area a little bit because it made it easier to explore the rest of the island without all of the traffic.

My family and I enjoyed every moment in our home away from home. There were multiple benefits. There were beach toys, chairs, towels, scuba masks... the kitchen had everything needed * except a cake pan for a birthday cake. The bedrooms were the coolest in the house. The living room got the morning sun and it was very warm when we awoke, this was quickly remedy by opening up the back door to enjoy the breeze.
The walk to Waikiki is a little far and not ideal.
I would like to give a big thank you to Diana - property manager for answering all our questions and making our stay a memorable one. We will be back again.

Appartment located near everything. Our flights changed and Monica let us check in early. Kitchen great. It's a bit warm in the morning Sun....but hey..its Hawaii!!! I would book it again. Bus is great...whole island 5.50 a day. So it peeps.

The check in process was new to me but manageable. Host and building manager were very helpful. The condo had a view of the river. Streey is a bit busy (couple of blocka from waikiki beach) but did not bother us. We had two rooms and one shower and toilet. It was clean and most kitchen appliances / utensils are available so making your own food is good. It had laundry area and a small pool. This is a perfect home away home for a family with kids.
Parking slot was also available considering the cost of parking is expensive in that area. Be mindful though that the parking space is a bit compact. We rented a nissan murano and it just fits on the parking space provided. Had we rented a bigger SUV we will struggle to get it parked.
I would go back to this accommodation given a chance.

Nicely presented property on 10th floor above most of the noise. Clean and comfortable with all the amenities required for 2 couples. Everything worked although couldn't find any remote for the gated carpark so ended up managing a parking meter on the street for a couple of nights. Great coffee shop next door and close to bus routes and walk to the beach. Would book it again.

We (family of 3) found this apartment very comfortable. The rooms weren’t crowded with unnecessary furniture (we have found this to be the case in other places) the beds were very comfortable. The directions from property management were spot on, it was close to amenities, and the outside noise level wasn’t too bad. Point to note is this it is an old building so it is a little worn down. The best part of the apartment (for us) is that it’s off to the side so you don’t get the foot traffic from others walking to and from their apartments. Will definitely recommend to others and I would stay here again.
