Welcome to our island lifestyle vacation rental unit. Located in the Royal Aloha building within the gateway of Waikiki and the beautiful Ala Wai Canal, this fully furnished apartment accommodates up to 6 travelers.
This is a legal short-term rental apartment. Price is before tax, comes with a free full-sized parking spot. Free high-speed internet. Excellent walking convenience to everywhere in Waikiki!
Enjoy a private lanai with city and Ala Wai canal views. There is one king bed in the master bedroom for 2 guests. The second bedroom has a full-size bed accommodating 2 guests, and a twin bed for 1 guest. There is also a queen-airbed accommodating 2 more guests. Both bedrooms have a closet and a makeup table and chair which could be used as a laptop-friendly workstation provided with a power strip and USB charger port. The living room has a sofa, a dining table and chairs; the TV and DVD are connected to high-speed internet WIFI. There is a baby crib and beach toys. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchenware and dishes ready for your ultimate convenience. There are beach chairs, bath & beach towels, beach mats, boogie boards, linens, iron, hairdryer, and other bath amenities. A surf board and beach tent will be provided upon guest request in advance.

For those not driving, Lyft, Uber and cabs are usually available within a minute. The building is 2 minute walking distance to Bus Stop. Honolulu has excellent public transportation (The Bus) that can take you all over the island, or the Waikiki Trolley if you just want to explore Waikiki. Guests are provided compliment travel guide books in the unit. Car, bicycle, moped, and motocycle rental are in multiple locations within a few minutes of walk.

The laundry room is next to the elevator on each floor. It costs $3.50 per wash & $3.50 per dry. The washer & dryer operate by credit card or app. There is a bigger laundry room in the basement of the building. The Laundromat at the 7-Eleven store next door is an alternative.
Guests have access to Aloha Royal's swimming pool and BBQ area with tables and chairs. There are two snack and drink vending machines and a restroom in the lobby.
There is an entrance on Ala Wai Blvd accessible for people who may be challenged by stairs. The McCully entrance has eleven steps.
The building access is 100% secured; there is a building manager and security officers on site. A key FOB works for all entrances and the elevator. There is a $250 replacement fee for key loss. Guests will be provided self-check-in with lockbox instructions before arrival.
