The condo was nice. We liked having a kitchen and the kitchen had everything we needed. The condo was well stocked with items to use on the beach. The beach was a short walk away. The view was nice.
The elevators seemed to take a very long time.
The property amenities were quite dated (pool area/ bbq area). It was noisy at night but that’s part of being in the city I guess. We had a great stay.

My partner and I planned two weeks in Hawaii. First week Kauai second week Oahu. Honolulu was a big change from our other experiences visiting Hawaii. It was sort of like the 60’ and 70’s era high rises meets the Las Vegas strip all set in paradise. This condo was dated but one of the best values and still quite nice. Free parking was a huge plus. The view, beds, kitchen, and TV were all top notch. Location was pretty perfect as we left Honolulu most days and explored the rest of the island. Could get everywhere in between 30 and 75 minutes. Food and groceries in the neighborhood were plentiful and more than we expected. Communication with management was great although handled mainly off VRBO which took a minute to get comfortable with. Otherwise they were timely, concise, and helpful. Would absolutely rent from them again. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Enjoyed our stay at the condo in Waikiki Banyan. It was central to many walking distance attractions and wonderful restaurants! The condo was very clean and had all amenities! Would recommend for families as two queen beds are located in same bedroom. Very comfortable and great communication from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I will definitely stay here again if I come back! The department is so equiped! (Beach chair, beach umbrella, kitchen equipment, sunscreen, snorkel gear, etc).The location is perfect, excelent view and comfortable beds. We were 4 adults and we were super comfortable.

VRBO arranged the stay very well for us. Checking in process is simple. The property is well kept. The partial view of the ocean is fine. Walking distance to Waikiki beach and restaurants is close. Have no issues of staying here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay here! The views were spectacular. The best of both worlds with the gorgeous water views on one side and the mountain city views on the other. The condo was equipped with everything needed including beach gear. We would definitely recommend staying here!

A lovely property with beautiful views of the ocean and downtown Honolulu.
Very clean and well stocked for beach needs. Comfortable beds. Walk to beach is fairly close. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by.

Great beach and mountain views. A great price for Christmas week compared to most places plus free parking! It was just a few blocks walk to the beach, stores and restaurants. It is at the quieter end of Waikiki which was nice. Loved there was a beach umbrella, chairs, snorkeling gear and toys to borrow. All things we didn't want to travel with. Our only wish was there were more bath towels available. We had 4 for 5 people. Luckily we could use the provided beach towels and laundry was just down the hall with a great app to pay and track the time. Had everything else we needed and would stay again.

Great location for our trip! It was super close to the beach and main strip. We rented a car for the week and appreciated the free parking. The condo was exactly as listed and for our family of five, fit our needs. My only frustration was with the A/C-it was very humid at night and the owners had requested for the A/C to be set at 72 degrees in the energy saving mode. The energy saving mode clicks on and off every 3 minutes and was very noisy. We were respectful of their wishes, but it was a nuisance. Besides that minor issue-everything was great!! We loved being able to use the beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkeling gear. Great setup!

I have stayed at the Banyan more than 10 times. The price has more than doubled. 1. BBQ’s now need to be booked 24 hours ahead of time, I didn’t find this out until we were on the deck with raw meat. The security was not helpful. The chairs included were great. The images on VRBO showed nice boogie boards but the items in the unit were sub par. Coolers snorkeling equipment and sunscreen were fantastic. Coffee and sugar were a great start. 3:00 check in is ridiculous. At 10:00 am on our last day cleaner was at the door.

The Waikiki Banyan Plumeria Suite offered scenic sunsets and a rainbow! The beach is in walking distance with restaurants along the way. The suite had everything you need. We cooked most of our meals at home. We highly recommend staying here.

I stayed with my four daughters for a week. It had everything we needed. We never felt cramped. Great location within walking distance to the beach. My youngest daughter loved the pool. I enjoyed the hot tub. The app for laundry was confusing so I ended up getting quarters at the lobby desk. Much better! Highly recommend. Can’t beat the free parking as well. Thank you!

Fantastic room clean and so much stuff supplied with saved us money in buying for our week stay. We have two young kids and the room was perfect one in the spare bed one on the roll out couch on the lounge. Would highly recommend this for anyone with a family.

The place was nice. We stayed 3 weeks. Would have been nice to have a vacuum in the unit. Sweeping floors didn’t work that great. The listing said there was a grill under the kitchen amenities but the grills were electric and on the 6th floor. Also it was $2 an hour. We have never stayed anywhere you had to pay for the grill. Washer and dryer were not in the unit. More quarters, $2.50 for the washer and same for dryer. Save your quarters. No dishwasher in the unit. Balcony was nice. Short walk to the beach for sunset.

My wife and I, plus our two college age sons stayed here for a week. The location was great!!! Condo was clean and ready to go. Having all the beach stuff there was great. The free on-site parking was a major bonus. If I'm lucky enough to go back to Hawaii, I hope to return to this condo.

Great location. Great views. Great little condo for our stay. Has many extras likes beach towels and beach chairs and umbrella and floaties. Kitchen was well stocked. Access is easy and parking was good. You do hear the elevators next to you but other than that, I’d recommend this rental to anyone looking to explore Waikiki.
FYI- for those renting surfboards during your stay, only 1 (service elevator) of the 4 elevators will fit a board longer than 9’6”.

We couldn't have asked for a more amazing experience with our vacation. The condo is amazing, newly renovated, and clean. It has a fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, towels, etc. We have stayed in this property before but other condos and this by far was our best experience. We will will not hesitate to rent a condo from this Owner. They are amazing and I was lucky enough to meet the Owner. Thank you for going the extra mile! Aloha and we will come again.

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful well stocked condo the first week in November. It is centrally located within easy driving distance to everything on the island. It is located about 2 blocks from a beautiful swimmable ocean. The pool and hot tub on the property was a nice respite after a long day of site seeing. I especially liked the beautiful views. You had a great view of the ocean as well as the city - not many places offer both views. I took so many pics from the balcony. I highly recommend this condo.
