We've stayed at many condos on Maui - this is by far the best! Super clean, upscale condo that works perfectly for a couple. Comfy bed, quiet A/C units, full kitchen, and many beach toys/chairs/coolers. Great responsive owner and on island manager. What's not to like! We hope to stay here again.

We stayed for a week. The condo is very quiet and comfortable. It had everything we needed and was updated and beautiful on the inside. The condo is a very easy and quick walk to the oceanfront pool complex (an amazing place to relax) but you don’t see or hear the pool area from the condo, which is perfect. The owner was super friendly and responsive. We’ve stayed at Ekahi many times and would absolutely come back to this unit. Thanks for the great stay!

21C is located perfectly for our pickle-ball and beach needs. The beautiful common area pavilion and beach access are a short walk. We could hear pickle-ball activity by cracking a window. The unit received a high end remodel that is very fresh.
The patio could have been cleaner, but a hose and broom were available. Thinnest TP ever - we bought a dozen rolls for the condo.

Condo was clean and organized when we arrived. The space was larger and brighter than the photos! The pool and amenities were the best we had seen in Maui! The poolside communal kitchen made a lunches at the pool so easy. Also, the short walk from the pool to the beach was perfect. Terri and Dave went out of their way to make us knowledgeable about parties and events taking place during our stay, and even made accommodations for our infant and toddler. We will stay again.

The location was perfect-quiet and a short walk to the pool and beach. We loved being on the ground level so our kids could play in the grassy area. There were boogie boards, beach chairs, toys, an umbrella, and a cooler for us to use, which was so nice to have. The unit was nicely updated and had what we needed. We had a wonderful stay and the condo was equipped with everything we needed including a cooler and beach chairs that made our beach trips that much better. This unit is a short walk to the beautiful beach which on this resort property is a must since some parts are very hilly. We snorkeled right off shore and saw several different kinds of fish and sea turtles. The grounds and pool pavilion are absolutely gorgeous and seeing and hearing the ocean from this unit made everything even more memorable. Check in/check out process was very easy and the hosts are very friendly and offered information ahead of our stay regarding grocery stores, places to visit, restaurant recommendations etc. We will definitely come back to Wailea and would love to stay in this unit again.

This unit is situated very close to the beach access and very close to the pool/pavilion- but also very nice and private! Very clean and comfortable, and had everything we could have needed in terms of supplies. Great to have laundry available on site and a well-stocked kitchen. Also having beach chairs and towels was super handy! Overall, very comfortable and we would definitely stay here again!

We have been coming to Wailea Ekahi for years, and 21C is conveniently located for a short walk to the pool pavilion and the beach. The condo was spotless, well equipped and tastefully decorated, and the owners are very responsive and helpful. We had some issues with the smoke alarm and Spectrum cable, and their property manager, Shannon, had someone there to fix them within a couple of hours. Mahalo!

We had a very nice stay at the Ekahi and this unit is very well furnished. The grounds are nice and beach access is good. My comp-paint is that this unit is garden view but it almost feels as if you bare below ground. Our last two days the association fertilized the grounds and it smelled like dead rats inside and outside the condo. The people we traveled with rented 2nd floor units and I would prefer that next time.

This unit was a great location within the facility. The unit is well maintained; has lots of amenities (small cooler, beach chairs, kitchen supplies, etc). View from patio was really nice. This was my our first trip to Maui and this condo was perfect for me, my spouse, and two small children. The location was beautiful and quiet, with close proximity to the beach and pools. The owners provided everything we needed to to enjoy our time at the beach (wagon, chairs. beach toys, etc.) and we were extremely grateful. We would definitely love to stay at this property again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ekahi Village. Our king bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. Air conditioning was great and mattress was very comfy! We loved the rocker recliners in the family room and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool area was relaxing and beach is walkable in both directions and great for exploring. The owner gets right back to you if you have any questions. We would stay here again.

We have stayed many times at Ekahi Village and it never disappoints! The condo was exactly as the listing describes with the added bonus of being very close to the beach and pavilion. Teresa was very responsive to the few inquiry’s we had and that is something I put high value on out of a VRBO owner. Overall our stay was very relaxing with all the amenities and comfort of home.

The location on Ekahi Village is really ideal, with a nice club house and pool right on a fantastic swimming beach (3 min walk from unit), great walking either to the north or south along beaches and paths and near the businesses of Kihei or the resorts of Wailea. The unit is lovely and well sized, with a nice king bed, comfortable living room seating, pleasant lanais, and great kitchen. It was quiet and private with lots of bird song. We really enjoyed our stay!

We were so glad to find such a gem for a last minute booking. Teresa was so great answering all my questions prior to renting, and provided very detailed and easy instructions for arrival/departure. Included in the check in package was very thoughtful suggestions for dining experiences.
The unit itself is in an amazing location, walk straight out to the incredible pavilion and the beach. We brought all our beach gear, but it was not needed as there is a plethora of things available for us to borrow (chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, coolers etc) so leave your stuff at home! The kitchen was fully stocked and the bed were comfy - even the pull out sofa!

We had canceled in 2020 due to covid and the owner was so nice to work with and helped us to get rebooked for 2021. We loved the condo and the location is absolutely the best in Maui. Each morning we used the nearby beach trail to run/walk and enjoy the ocean views. So close to the beach. Lots of great restaurants in the area. We really enjoyed our family Christmas vacation.

I stayed at this property when visiting Maui for almost a week. It is very nice. The pictures are accurate. The launa had a small yard that the kids loved to do a little running. Check in was a breeze. Teresa planned well. Only needed to contact her when arriving and to let her know we left. Internet worked well for working online and streaming. It was also clean and modern. Not all the units in Waila Ekhai Village are updated and I would consider this unit one of the nicer ones. The area was also good. Shopping was nearby along with a market made it convenient to get necessities and food. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the unit and there is a pavilion by the beach with a full kitchen and grills. The fam enjoyed bbqing and hanging out there. It’s a great place to stay and would recommend.

Talk about easy access to condo, pool, car, and of course the main pool just off the beach! An easy quick walk from the condo to the pool/beach. The pool offers refuge from the wind in the afternoon and the open covered area is great to escape the sun. Kitchen was closed for us but didn't need it with the small cooler and the beach bag. The beach is great, we snorkled right out in front and saw a ton of fish and two turtles. Its an easy walk to the boardwalk that takes you in front of all the big resorts which was fun to go hit for happy hour.
The bed was on the firm side but I prefer soft so that was just a me thing...the house was well stocked with anything and everything you need.

We've stayed within the Wailea Ekahi community before and loved it so much that we returned. This unit is so conveniently located near the main pavilion and beach access, yet the lanais also provide plenty of privacy as they face greenery instead of a walkway. We were so thankful that the unit provided beach umbrellas and chairs for our use during the stay. Compared to the crowded beaches further north around Kihei, there were far less people at the beach next to the community.
The unit has air conditioning and upgrade appliances throughout. The cabinets are fully stocked with cookware and dinnerware to make meals at home. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby, which the host provides in their binder of recommendations. We were so grateful that the "starter pack" of toilet paper, dishwasher, and laundry detergent were sufficient for our entire stay.
Communication with the host was great since the moment we booked. They provided very detailed instructions and a guide on things to do nearby, and kept us apprised of the constantly changing COVID requirements from Wailea Ekahi. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and we did not encounter any issues that required us to reach out to the on-island caretaker.
The only point that would have improved our stay was the comfort of the mattress and pillows. They were far too firm for both of our preferences, and so we had some restless sleep. Otherwise, a perfect vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Maui and this condo more than met our expectations. This condo is in one of the best located buildings in Ekahi Village. The main pool and beach are an easy 2 minute walk and a nice quiet pool is just across the parking area. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for preparing meals during our two week stay. On the lanai there is a gas grill and dining set where we ate all of our meals. We really appreciated the cooler, beach chairs and umbrellas that were provided. Having these really made beach time a lot more comfortable! The furnishings, bedding and linens provided were all in good condition and comfortable. Communication with the owner was quick and timely. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend to our friends.

We have stayed at Ekahi before so knew the complex/resort itself was wonderful before we went, but this condo made our stay this time even better. The condo is in immaculate condition and has everything you need, including being a very short distance from the family pool, beach and Wailea beach path. Our kids are 3 and 5 so we also appreciated the selection of beach toys and games that were available for them - and the parents loved making use of the body boards too! The condo is wonderful!! It is very well done with a great deal of attention to providing all the items you need for your comfort. The kitchen is fabulous and it was extremely clean. The patio is wonderful for breakfast, lunch or dinner if you elect to not go out for meals. The Island Gourmet Market at the Shops of Wailea is very convenient for shopping.Ekahi Village is a beautiful well maintained property and the condo is one of the closest to the beach and large pool. Ekahi is also very convenient to the Wailea hotels and to Kihei. We can't say enough good things about the condo and the location. We hope to be able to return soon.
