Welcome to my renovated oceanfront studio condo, located between Kaanapali and Kapalua and the warm waters of the Pacific Ocean. This lovely oceanfront unit has crown moulding, TV, Beauty Rest bed, free wi-fi and more. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with appliances, a microwave, cookware, dishes and utensils. Linens and towels (as well as beach towels) are also provided. Central air and a ceiling fan will keep you comfortable throughout the day and night.

The crown jewel of the Royal Kahana (besides my unit, of course) is the large heated pool and spacious sundeck with plenty of lounge chairs on which to enjoy the view, a good book, a leisurely nap or seasonal whale watching.

There are four gas-fired barbeque grills at the pool area, and a poolside Cabana providing a dining area with unmatched ocean views. The Activity Desk in the lobby can assist you with reservations for a luau, sight seeing helicopter tour, boating activities, restaurants and much more. Royal Kahana Covid19 Procedures
1. The association is continuing enhanced cleaning and sanitation measures. Public areas are being treated with
sanitizing agents, especially the areas deemed as “high touch”. These areas include railings, countertops, and
elevator interiors.
2. Hand sanitizing stations have been installed adjacent to the elevators on all floors. Free standing hand sanitizing
stations will be added prior to October 15th. We will provide sanitary wipes in the fitness room and pool areas.
3. Signage will be placed throughout the public areas including the pool, grill area, and fitness room limiting
occupancy and encouraging mask use and social distancing. Pool furniture will be sanitized periodically and set up
each morning to conform with social distancing, both around the pool and on the grass. Three grills will also be
made available.
4. The flow of foot traffic will be directed in such a way as to minimize congestion in the areas adjacent to the front
desk and lobby entrance. The Surf and Reef Rooms will remain closed to the general public for the time being.
5. All property managers will be asked to insure their housekeeping personnel are using disinfectants safely and
correctly while cleaning inside the apartments.
6. The wearing of masks and other measures such as social distancing will be in place as directed by State and
County authorities.
State of Hawaii
Beginning on October 15th, trans-pacific travelers will have the option to forego the current 14-day quarantine. In
order to do so, travelers to the State of Hawaii must provide proof of a negative Covid 19 test received within 72
hours of their mainland departure. Without the negative test result, travelers will be required to quarantine until
such time as a negative test result has been received. Should a traveler be required to quarantine, they can only
do so at an approved accommodation and there are very few open and operating on the westside that can accept
quarantine travelers. For those of you that manage your own rental program using online platforms such as VRBO
and AirBnB, please keep in mind that Royal Kahana is not an approved facility; we cannot accept quarantine
guests. Be sure your prospective guests are made aware of this and recommend they have an alternative plan for
accommodations should their test results be delayed and they travel to Maui without the proof of a negative test.
