We absolutely recommend this condo! It has a great location, amazing views, and awesome amenities. The beds are very comfortable. The property manager, Greg, was extremely helpful and very nice. We stayed for 8 days as we had a meeting at the Hilton Waikoloa (walking distance). We have travelled extensively and this condo is by far the best ever! It has everything you need; the decor is up to date and well maintained. The kitchen is big and very well stocked. They have thought of everything! There are condiments and baggies and appliances in excellent condition including a washer and dryer. It is quiet and the 180 degree views from the two sided lanai are incredible. We enjoyed the salt water pool and the hot tub. The bed (master) was so very comfortable. It was in immaculate condition. We loved eating on the lanai and watching sunrises and sunsets from there. It is walking distance to the Kings and queen shops with stores and restaurants. 25 miles to Kona and a Costco and Walmart and Safeway. We absolutely loved it. We enjoyed our stay in Vista Waikoloa. I’ve stayed in several units here over the past few years. This condo was well appointed with comfortable beds and outstanding communication with the owner and manager. We particularly appreciated having beach chairs, beach towels, and some spices and condiments in the kitchen. The weather was outstanding this trip and the sunsets amazing! Thanks for the flexibility with checking in early as we were already on island.

We loved our stay at the condo. It has wonderful views of the sunrise, sunset, and golf course. Peekaboo view of A-bay and the ocean. The large windows in the living room invited us onto the lanai day and evening. We loved the condo’s location - a quick walk through the golf course shortcut right down to A-bay. We enjoyed many sunsets and beach afternoons and loved the proximity to King and Queen shops. The owners had ample beach gear including: chairs, umbrella, coolers, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, sand toys.

great time in beautful home. had everything we needed and more. 5 min to beach to watch sunsets. maybe 7 mins to swiming on A-beach. great pool and hot tubs. exceeded all expectations. very quiet complex. restaurant/bar next door was 2 min walk.

My stay at E305 was wonderful. The condo was as listed and very comfortable. The views from the living room and the lanai are just amazing. We ate all meals on the lanai. Irena the property owner was wonderful to work with especially since this stay was supposed to be in 2021 but couldn’t due to Covid. Greg the property manager was also wonderful to correspond with. I’m hoping to stay at this property again in 2024. I would recommend this property, you would not be disappointed. Mahalo Irena and Greg

This property lived up to its online representation in every way, which isn't always the case. Beautifully appointed, lovely view of sunrise over the volcano and sunset over the ocean on a private, large lanai on the third floor. The comfortable furnishings, nice art, and excellent kitchenware made our stay so lovely. Mahalo!

This condo had plenty of room for two couples to relax and stretch out. The kitchen is incredibly well-stocked and even included some basic food items for our use. Beds are comfortable and the unit was very clean. We appreciated the beach towels, coolers, and beach chairs for our excursions. We would definitely rent this unit again. The photos are accurate -- this place is a gem!

Really enjoyed staying at this spacious two-bedroom condo in Waikoloa Beach. The balcony (lanai) has a million dollar, 270 degree view of the mountains, golf course, and ocean. That was our favorite place to hangout. The condo is very tastefully decorated with Tommy Bahama-type decor and the kitchen was well-appointed. The MBA has an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd BR has a smaller bathroom adjacent to it. The Vista complex where the condo has a great pool area, is gated, and has an upscale feel. A short 5-10 min walk from A Bay and the King and Queen shops. Would whole-heartedly recommend.

The location is fantastic. Walking distance to the King's Shops and Queens Marketplace where you can buy groceries, dine and shop. There is a beautiful beach where you can swim, snorkel, kayak within walking distance. The condo is huge, spacious, very clean and is equipped with every possible thing needed to make your stay comfortable. We really loved sitting on the huge lanai, with the cool Tradewinds and beautiful views of the mountains, golf course and partial beach view. Irena always responded quickly to all of my inquiries and the property manager on site was very responsive as well. It was a great place to vacation and really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend staying here.

This is a beautiful condo that is very nicely decorated. We loved relaxing on the lanai
and enjoying the beautiful view. It was so nice having two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The location is near restaurants and beautiful beaches.The owner has left a notebook that is most helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a snafu on VRBO’s end not sending us how to get in the unit, but thankfully the owner was incredibly responsive and hospitable. The unit was lovely with amazing views and the best wrap around patio area, giving an amazing spot to watch the sunset.

The views were relaxing, the location within the complex was fantastic and the unit itself had everything needed. All of the mechanical systems worked well. I appreciated the privacy of being at the end on the third floor and the decorating was calming.

Clean, probably the most comfortable VRBO bed/pillow set up i've experienced, walking distance to beaches/shops, and had everything you'd need to have a great vacation. You have a local contact there that helped us out a couple times, gave us advice on getting around (as we didn't rent a car), and was so nice. We will definitely be back!

We had a delightful and peaceful time at this property. Very convenient location with a nice use of the golf course, mountains, and ocean. Easy access to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Short drive to other beaches, resorts, fine dining, and tourist attractions. Easy check-in followed by feeling like you are comfortably at home! Would love to extend the stay.

What a lovely home-away-from-home!! Wraparound lanai with sunrise and sunset views. Lovely linens and down pillows. Plenty of dishes and cookware. We love the Vista Waikoloa location, walk to ABay, Kings Shops, Queen’s Marketplace, plenty of sidewalks for runs and walks. This is our favorite Vista W. unit because of the ideal views. Owner and local manager very friendly and responsive. Can’t wait to come back!

When may we return? This apartment was so quiet, peaceful and relaxing and just a short walk from snorkeling and very close to local surf spots, too. They had so many comforts and amenities to relax and enjoy yourself. They have an awesome coffee maker too so just make sure you stock up on the best Kona coffee at a location nearby, including the grocery just a couple of blocks away. We loved this place and the surrounding nature walks and beaches. You will love it too!!

We didn't end up staying here, because Irena was kind enough to alert us to some construction work happening on the property during our stay. We decided to go elsewhere and she was lovely and understanding about the last minute change. We would definitely stay at her place in the future! It is so nice to be able to know that the host is understanding when the unexpected happens. Definitely the aloha spirit! Mahalo, Irena. ;)

My husband and I spent a fantastic week in this very clean, well stocked condo. Description of condo listing is accurate. Greg, the onsite manager very helpful. Everything was perfect except for the noise of the road and all of the landscaping machines. Also, the chemicals used in cleaning products, especially the laundry detergents, triggered my allergies so if you are sensitive to aromas then let the manager know beforehand so they can use a different, unscented laundry liquid.
