KBM did an outstanding customer service job with our vacation. Very quick to reply to any questions or conserns. Some minor repairs are needed for this property, but KBM advised that they would be fixing them after our visit (our choice not to have them done at the time). Solid 4/5 and will be a strong 5/5 once minor issues are corrected by the owner.

What a lovely place to spend a couple of weeks. Amazing views. Access to a nearly private beach with epic snorkeling and giant turtles galore. Fairly short walk to get supplies. Lovely and clean pool. Super comfy beds and great showers. Windows, lighting, ceiling fans, appliances, furniture all really high quality. This place was awesome.

Perfect oceanfront condo, has everything. AC only in the bedroom. Ray texted us throughout the evacuation not far away up the hill during the tsunami scare. Quiet, with everything you need.

Our second time on Maui was way better than the first, thanks to this rental. You are literally right on the ocean front. I was able to see numerous sea turles and even a pod of dolphins from the balconies. There are 2 full bathrooms, including one located right next to the front door. This makes it easier to clean up after a beach trip.Speaking of which, you get access to a private beach. It's super convenient to not have to drag beach gear into your car and attempt to find parking at another beach. The snorkeling was actually pretty good, and we were able to swim with sea turtles pretty much every time. There are also tons of fish, sea urchins, coral, and more.Kitchen is well stocked. AC units in the bedrooms are nice. Overall, would be very glad to stay here again!

The condo was amazing. Great location on the beach. Beach access was great. The view was amazing. The sky was covered with stars that were easily seen from here. Shops and coffee spots were walking distance. The kitchen was fully equipped. There were extra towels. 10/10!

The location of this property is ideal. You can opt to stay in place and use the small beach area immediately adjacent to the complex or take a short walk or drive to outstanding beaches just minutes away that are ideal for snorkeling or boogiebording. This was our first vacation rental experience and it did not disappoint. Everything we needed was readily available such as cookware, beach chairs, and the ever convenient washer/dryer. The views from inside the living room and master bedroom gave you a feeling of being on a cruise ship looking out into the ocean! The furnishings are ok but the location, cleanliness, and communication with the owner are all top notch. We had the opportunity to check in early which we deeply appreciated even though they warn you not to expect it. The property managers take good care of the grounds and are there to remind folks to be courteous to all occupants without being intrusive. My family all appreciated the ability to be together without being on top of each other and we enjoyed several meals prepared in the kitchen. Being an end unit there was also a sense of privacy. I highly recommend this property that is priced well for the level of amenities offered.

We had a great 5 night stay at the condo in Lokelani. When we first drove up the front looked a little sketch along with the small pool. Once we got inside, we were greeted with the most amazing views with swaying palms and beautiful water outside the 2 lanais. The central AC seemed to be broke throughout the place. The had portable ACs in both upstairs bedrooms and the main room downstairs. It was hard to keep the Master cool in the afternoon with the direct sun , we ended up keeping the windows covered during the day. The condo had everything you needed, including a rice cooker on the counter. We loved the location , I feel the listing needs to be updated as there are tons of more places to eat that are only a few blocks away , compared to the listing. There is a newish pastry / sandwich shop next door to Badass Coffee , a close shave ice place and a delicious arepa place that is also pretty new. The water outside and views were an absolute dream. We saw honu resting in the evening and tons swimming around during the day from the lanais. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved staying here. It was the perfect place. We spent every night watching turtles from the deck and saw several beautiful sunsets. Beds were very comfy. Two bathrooms is a game changer for vacation. The view from the primary room waking up is spectacular! The location was central and the condo had everything you would need for a perfect trip. We really enjoyed staying here. Peter and Michelle are exactly the type of host you want when you stay at a vrbo. They were available and quick to help but they weren’t intrusive in any way at all. The perfect hosts! The place is so thoughtfully appointed and the location is one of our absolute favorites!!! The condo building is smaller and the parking is away from the street. Both big pluses in my opinion. We had such a wonderful time!! Highly recommend.

Quiet oceanfront property with a view not easily matched. Condo was clean and met our needs for two adults. Location of the property is very close to many amenities, but not in the middle of a busy and noisy area. Ownership was easily to communicate with and was very responsive to our questions. Fitted sheet was small for the mattress, but definitely not an issue that would keep us from returning.

We love Loke Lani. Its location to the shore with beach access and beautiful Rose pool make it a perfect place to stay when visiting Maui. The grounds are beautifully kept up and units have a wonderful view.

The minute we walked in the door to our condo, we knew that we had found the right place to stay. We were greeted with a sweet little welcome gift, what a nice touch! The condo was exactly as described and more. It had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. We didn’t have to buy any extra supplies, which was wonderful. Plenty of toiletries, soaps, and detergent. We were thankful for the beach amenities, chairs, coolers, umbrella, and beach towels. But my favorite thing was the view from the balcony. We saw sea turtles every day and a pod of spinner dolphins one evening. But that beautiful sunset every evening was the best! We would 100% stay here again.

It is everything you want in your holiday and then some more. Waking up to beautiful, calm blue sea right by your lanai or a morning snorkel and hanging out with turtles by the private beach. Or cooking your fav tropical meal watching breakthtaking sunsets. What a week. Can’t recommend this place enough.Bonus: Coffee, bakery and food trucks at a walking distance. Bus stop right outside for a quick run to grocery store or beautiful bay at Napili.

Our stay at the Lokelani condo in Maui was nothing short of exceptional. The unit was *immaculately clean*, incredibly well-equipped, and just steps—literally 10 feet—from the water’s edge, offering breathtaking ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves all day. We especially appreciated the thoughtful and detailed instructions, which made everything from check-in to checkout a breeze. Access was easy, and every amenity had clearly been considered with care. This condo was just right for us. If you're looking for a resort vibe with pools and beach service, this isn’t that. But we don’t spend much time at “home” when we’re in Maui, so it was perfect.The kitchen had everything we needed, the place was very clean, and the A/C and laundry in the unit were great. The views from both lanais (one off the living room and one off the main bedroom) were amazing. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of outlets for charging.There’s one bathroom upstairs and one downstairs, which worked well—we gave the teens the downstairs one and used the upstairs for ourselves. The beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, and umbrellas were super handy.Overall, a great place and a really good value.

Our family of four (2 children 8 and 2) loved our time at Lokelani it has beautiful views, the beach is so close and great snorkeling so you don’t have to go anywhere to enjoy a day at the beach. It was quiet, had a clean pool and it’s in a great Central location.

Our family of four adults loved the condo! Communications from property were very clear and concise to include emails and texts. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need to make meals. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was perfect. We saw turtles multiple times a day from our balcony as well as two that came up onto the beach twice during our stay. Location of condo was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

As always, Lokelani was the perfect family vacation. I spent my childhood vacationing here and now we are here with our own kids. In an ever changing world, Lokelani stays the same- as it should, the perfect getaway from the world. The price is a fraction of staying at a resort and you get so much more. Just quiet enough to be peaceful but enough activities for the kids to enjoy. As we say every time we come to visit... Why would we go anywhere else?

Location is awesome. Condo is pretty nice as well. Not super modern but we don't care too much about that. Only real complaint was that the A/C solution was three independent floor units and the ducting to exit had leaks and/or just wasn't very elegant (looked bad and was inefficient). For 9ne of them it took me a bit to figure out how to turn it on since it was connected to an extension cord that went off thr 2nd floor balcony down to the third floor balcony (I assume this is done to not overload the circuit, but took me a bit to figure since it wasn't plugged in). But maybe this A/C situation was just a temporary solution.We also couldn't find any hand or dish towels or oven mitts in the kitchen, but maybe that was just an oversight/mistake by the cleaning crew.

We were certainly close to the water even though the beach was miniscule. The condo had everything that we needed. The furniture (sofa and recliner chair) needs to be replaced, but the bed was comfortable. The pool was right outside our bedroom window and was noisy in the evening while we were trying to sleep. Driving after dark was tricky for us seniors.

I loved everything about this place. It had everything I needed. The view is stunning and it’s right off the lanai. Ray was responsive and informative. The A/C was especially nice. Ten or more turtles were feeding off the barnacles right in front of the condo. Several of us were entertained for quite a while. I highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful stay overlooking the ocean with the constant sound of the waves. Close to shopping and dining and bakeries. Ka’anapali resort area about 10 minute drive. Great snorkeling beach at Airport Beach just a 3 minute drive. We watched turtles swimming in front of the condo on most days. Nice quiet condo!

Loved the decor and layout of this unit. We have stayed before in the same complex and enjoyed both stays. Lolelani ia a perfect location for us and there is plenty of room for us. Two areas of consideration were that the check in instructions never arrived prior to use getting there, I had to call multiple times as no email was arriving despite having reserved and confirmed with the exact same email and there were not junk emails either. Escapia software may have been the problem. Also, instructions for the TV remote & cable remote would have been very helpful for those that are not cable box, universal remote and spectrum knowledgeable. Despite the little hiccups, we would gladly stay again in the future.We saw whales and dolphins and turtles right from Lanai.
