The condo was exceptionally clean. There was lots of snorkel gear, beach gear, and towels. The layout was spacious and comfortable. There were plenty of dishes, skillets, pans, etc for cooking. My family of 5 (4 adults and a teenager)had a great stay at the property. It's in a great location to explore the whole of the island, in particular some of the best beaches. The property is well maintained, spacious and well equipped, with everything we needed for our stay, including everything required for the beach.There is also an excellent pool and fitness room in the complex.

We loved the thoughts that goes into providing things for traveling guests....coolers, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. Those things came in very handy. Beds were comfortable. Not a complaint but only as a FYI, the property requests that the temperature not be set below 74F because the AC may freeze. The master bedroom is comfortable with the fan running at the temperature setting but the downstairs bedroom is definitely warmer. Very convenient location. We would book again.

Beautiful community with great pool. House had every amenity needed and was so great to have the beach gear, coolers and extra towels available. Wilson was very prompt in response and made the stay very easy. Easy 2 min drive to A bay and shops, as well as several walking trails near Hilton.

This is our 2nd time staying here. We love the location, access to the pool, beach supplies and shops close by. Communication with management was awesome. The only wish is to have a little more back stock on things such as paper towels, bathroom toiletries (ran out on day 2/13). We also noticed what looked like mold on the vent on the ceiling.

Andrew & Valery’s place is amazing. It offered everything we needed. Their garage is like a candy store where you can easily get lost on what to take to the beach. Also, we were supposed to go in December but due to a family emergency, we asked to push it to June - they were very accommodating which we hugely appreciated. This was our third time to the Big Island, and this stay was fabulous. The location was central to the beaches we like to visit. There was plenty of room for the four of us. The use of the beach equipment/ towels/ cooler was fabulous. Although we have our own snorkeling gear, there was plenty we could have borrowed. My youngest son loved playing tennis. We will definitely come back!

I don’t hold that against the host but somedays were a little struggle to find a parking spot. Other than than that, I would highly recommend to anyone.

This is a beautiful townhome with plenty of space for the 6 of us. Tons of beach equipment, brought my own snorkel gear, but plenty of stuff to borrow if you don’t have your own. Enjoyed the island market nearby, plenty of prepared food, food to cook yourself, and souvenirs. Our favorite beach was Magic Sands, was a little bit of a drive, but lots of big waves. Hosts super easy to communicate with, thank you!

The property was just as it was advertised. It was spacious, clean, and well stocked. The owner provided clear instructions and also gave good suggestions for restaurants and activities nearby. There were also beach chairs and umbrellas provided. The property is near to shopping and at least two very nice beaches.

We really loved this condo and would highly recommend it. The only issues were that the shower head in the downstairs bathroom does not work well and the toilet runs unless you make sure to pull the handle up.Those were minor and we will be back!

The property is clean and very roomy. It was well stocked with towels, food storage containers and detergents. We like the beach but found that the really nice beaches are about 10 miles drive north. The Waikaloa area is loaed with condos and time shares but is lacking is restaurants. That was a disappointment.

Not too far from Kona airport. Well kept landscaping and pool area. Clean and neat rooms. We had minor problems with downstairs bedroom ceiling fan. It was fixed in timely manner. Friendly and communicative staff members. Quite and eye pleasing community. We would definitely come back here again. I would suggest to clean AC vents in living room as it accumulated some dust. Maybe to update bath and beach towels.

The villa is in a beautiful secure gated community. Two large pools one almost outside the door and the other with a rock waterfall and hot tub a few minutes away. The villa itself has everything you need for your stay. The only downside from my perspective is the housekeeping co. coubetter job.

The kitchen is supplied with everything you may need, and all the toys for our group of 6, plus more. although we didn’t have any young ones in tow, She had plenty for that too. This place is absolutely amazing- it’s private, supa clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the pools. Watched folks golf across the green belt in the morning. A/C works great. The dishwasher stopped working, and it was repaired in a timely manner. Owners are very responsive and helpful. We will plan to stay here again!

While we had a wonderful trip and would stay in this unit again, there are some things you should know before booking this unit. The location is amazing, but this unit needs some TLC. The beds are very hard. While our bed had a mattress topper, we actually had to go out and buy one for our daughter’s bed as she couldn’t sleep on it. And our son’s girlfriend had to sleep on couch cushions on the floor rather than on the bed. There are few amenities in the unit. While they did provide great beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, coolers and even a beach wagon, there was only laundry soap for one load, 3 garbage bags, no condiments, cooking oils, spices of any kind, no foil or baggies, one sample size shampoo, conditioner and soap for each bathroom, one sponge and a small bottle of dish soap. As we were there for two weeks, we had to go out and buy everything, and for the price we paid, those should have been included. The carpet needs cleaning, as do the couch and chair cushions. We also experienced cockroaches. We ended up leaving the trash outside whenever we left for the day, but we still found them in the kitchen and in the master bathroom. We should have contacted the management company and we didn’t, and that’s on us. A little cleaning and more amenities would provide a nicer stay for guests.
