Good location with a nice ocean view and view of the golf course. Quiet top floor location with easy access to the community pool and BBQ. Within walking distance of the Wailea shops and a short drive to lots of public beach access. Smaller but functional kitchen perfect for four people. Very responsive communication with owner prior to and throughout our stay.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay! Gil's condo was clean, comfortable, and offers the best sunset viewing on the lanai. It's location in Wailea is perfect. So many great shops,restaurants, and beaches within walking distance.

This is at least our fifth or sixth time at this condo and it still is our favorite Maui spot! Awesome location and view, the condo is clean and very nice, plus Gil is a pleasure to deal with. You can easily walk to anywhere in Wailea from the condo and it’s right on the Blue Course. Coffee is less than two blocks away! Mahalo again!

This is a very clean, well appointed, and well maintained property. There is an unobstructed view of the ocean, and lots of amenities within a short walking distance. It is within walking distance to the beach, but it is easier to drive, especially if you have kids and their beach toys. The quiet location and proximity to everything else more than makes up for it. We would absolutely stay here again.

The condo is very clean and quiet, and the location is great. It’s walking distance to coffee shop, groceries and golf. Snorkeling at the Ulua Beach is only 3 min drive. Our family had a wonderful time eating dinner at the lanai and watching sunset!

The pictures listed understate the beauty of this property. The highlight to the property is the lanai and the ocean sunsets you can see from it. The condo is perfectly located in the upscale community of Wailea just minutes from top rated resorts, beautiful beaches, shops and restaurants. The property is quiet and sits away from main road. You have uninterrupted views of the ocean from the lanai. The condo is positioned along the golf course which did not cause any issues during our stay. The condo was well equipped with all the essential needs including the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and beach gear. It allowed our family to feel at home away from home and take in a little bit of heaven! We will be booking again in the near future.

We were so happy with ekolu 306. It has the most amazing view and amenities!! It came completely stocked We were so happy to not have to run to the store for paper towels, toilet paper, and all necessary spices and condiments

WE really enjoyed this property we have stayed in multiple VRBO on maui and this one has a view that is amazing. The washer and dryer were so nice to have and worked great! We have very good instructions from Gil and he had all the necessities and we didn't need to get anything! I can see why this is always booked.

The Condo is at a great location, walkable to Shopping, Beaches. and Restaurants. The view from living room is Awesome. You can see great sunset views from there. Condo is equipped with beach chairs, cooler and other stuff for use by tenants which was really helpful.

We've been staying in Ekolu Village for over 20 years, this was the first time renting unit #306. The condo was very clean upon arrival, normally I have to wipe things down but it was sparkling clean. We were amazed at the ocean view! We looked forward every evening to the full view of the sunset, the pictures don't do it justice. Communication with the owner was top notch. We enjoyed every single minute here and will definitely be renting this condo again!

Lovely spacious condo with a beautiful 180 degree view overlooking the Old Blue course. Perfect for watching the sunset. The condo was meticulously stocked with everything one could want . The Master Bedroom was extremely comfortable and the sea breezes meant that we only had to use the aircon a couple of nights.. We had a superb time and everything was perfect. Communication with the owner was great. He was extremely accommodating and helpful, allowing us to add an extra night at the end. We would love to come back every year!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The expansive ocean and sunset views from the lanai and the property were fantastic. It is steps away from Akamai Coffee and you can also walk to The Shops at Wailea and Wailea Gateway Center. We enjoyed our daily walks to Ulua/Mokapu beach where we saw rays and turtles! The unit was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property in the Wailea area of Maui. Gil was very easy to communicate with before we arrived and made sure we had all of the information in advance. The unit is both well located and furnished. The view is great and had dinner on the Lanai multiple times. It was easy getting in and out to all of the attractions in Maui. Also it was very well organized and we had access to beach supplies. I'd recommend this unit to anyone staying in maui.

I’ve stay in this complex before so I was familiar with the location and knew it was the best area to stay. Gil was easy to communicate with and the condo is well stocked and had everything we needed. The air conditioners in each room work great and where able to cool the place down nicely on hot days. The property is exactly as pictured, and although furnishing may be a bit dated (according to personal taste) everything was super clean and comfortable. Super clean is what you need during covid! The condo is close to the pool and shops. It was perfect for our family of 4 (kids ages 11 and 9) - enough space for everyone. Gil was very responsive, especially when my husband locked us out of the condo on accident. This is really a perfect location to shops, beaches and anywhere you want to go on Maui. Thank you!

I’ve stayed in many VRBOs, and this one is up there when it comes to convenience and amenities. Kitchen was well stocked with every conceivable kitchenware anyone could possibly need, incl lunchboxes for packing sandwiches for day trips/hikes. Everything was neatly labeled and easy to find - from instructions to use the dishwasher to operations of the A/C. A/c in both the living room and the 2 bedrooms made it a very pleasant stay. Gil was excellent on the communication front and very responsive. It also had all the beach gear - chairs, towels, umbrella etc. I’d definitely stay here again in our next trip to Maui. Views from the Lanai were even better than what you see on the pics.

We had a such a wonderful time during our vacation in Maui. Gil's place was spotless with a lovely view of the golf course and ocean. Sunsets were breathtaking! It is centrally located in the perfect spot. Very close to shops, the beach and restaurants. The grocery store is 10 mins away which was great when we wanted to eat in. There were tons of things available for our kitchen needs. Gil was wonderful to work with from start to finish! Always in communication with us and available to answer questions with quick communication. Our first time staying in Wailea and it won't be out last. Thank you!!

We loved Gil’s condo. Has everything you will need for a family trip. Would be great for two couples also..
Walking distance to great beaches, shops and restaurants. The pool in the complex was great too, and never busy.
Kitchen was well stocked and air conditioning was welcome too :)

Just returned from a quick getaway and this condo was the perfect place to stay! Great location in Wailea close to shops, resorts, etc. Grounds are beautifully landscaped. Beds were very comfortable and condo is equipped with everything you need! Amazing view from lanai! Wish we could have stayed longer, would definitely stay here again. Host is professionally and easy to communicate with. This was my first time using VRBO and experience was great!

We have rented from Gil at this location multiple times after staying in a few other units on the property. This place is perfect, and that’s why we keep coming back.
The location is wonderful with great views. The condo is well stocked with everything you need and more. Lots of dishes and glassware, towels, washer/dryer, beach gear, etc. There are several coolers, which Gil let us borrow for a few hours after checkout so we could keep our food cold before checking in for a few days at a hotel (someone had rented it the last few days of our stay).
We love this place and the owner and hope you do too; just don’t book it when we want it – LOL!!!
