This is what all VRBO experiences should look like. This place was extremely clean, well appointed furniture, so well stocked kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable as well as the the rest of the unite. We stayed at a VRBO at Nihilani about 12 years ago, so I had already experienced the wonderful pool, spa and neighborhood but his place was really something special. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

We loved this place, very comfortable and clean! Perfect place although we did end up having to drive a bit for most of our excursions as they were on south end of island. We loved Hideaway beach, were able to see turtles and fish galore a bit of a steep hike but so worth it. Highly suggest renting snorkel gear or at least having goggles. Many other attractions nearby, so beautiful and peaceful at this place. Highly recommend.

First time in Kauai, and we settled on Princeville. Solid choice. Gorgeous area with views and beaches. This condo is in a great location. Impeccably clean. Owner thought of every touch. Plush beach towels , a wagon, hair dryer, etc. The pool in the complex is really lovely with a hot tub too. I would rate this higher than 5 stars if I could. Tanya, property manager super awesome too!

The condo, property, and staff were great. The condo was ground floor with a large outdoor deck. The furnishings are generous and very comfortable. Leaving us with beach toys including surf boards, chairs, cooler, and a wagon to tote it all was very nice.
Of course Princeville is beautiful with easy access to Hanalei and tunnels, etc.
Communication was great.
A huge thank you for a great stay. We really enjoyed your place.

We really enjoyed staying here - it was impeccably clean, in a nice neighborhood and we had access to the shared pool. The host had left loads of helpful provisions for our 2 year old child - a high chair, crib, beach toys, a cart for getting to the beach, spoons, plastic plates etc. The only downside was that the people in the apartment above were pretty noisy.

My family and I enjoyed so much staying here. The condo has everything we needed and much more. The rooms are tastefully decorated, and the kitchen is well equipped. The location of the condo is perfect for golfers and beach goers. Lucy, the property manager, is very responsive and helpful. We only wish we could stay longer and look forward to coming back.

The place was beautiful as was the neighborhood. For the most part it was very clean. I would recommend the cleaner dust the vents really well though. Everything was updated and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need. I was a little bummed that the espresso maker mentioned in the ad was not there upon arrival. When I checked the ad again, the owner had removed this amenity from the description so I supposed it stopped working which is a bummer. The chickens and roosters that were around the property were so entertaining! I read another review mentioning they were waken each morning by them, but that was not our experience. I could barely hear them when we were inside.

We loved this rental in Princeville. Unit actually felt bigger than it looked from the photos. It is beautifully decorated and well stocked. There was nothing we needed to pick up other than our own food. We had four adults in our group and we were very comfortable and enjoyed using the spacious lanai as well. The roosters were noisy in the morning, but we found that is not unique to this unit, but is more a reality of Kauai. There was an issue with the owner not sending us the code when we arrived at the check-in time, but it was resolved shortly through two phone calls.

Our family loved staying at this property. You can walk to several beaches and all of the north shore sites are within a short drive. The property is spacious and exactly like it’s pictured. Owners supply everything you need for a great beach vacation.

The location is the best. Close enough to the Hideaway beach so we walked there. It’s a challenge to find a parking spot otherwise. The property has everything we need including the surfboards. The kitchen is perfect! The management is excellent. We arrived early so they accommodated us with several hours earlier check in. It’s amazing! Thank you so much!

We originally planned our trip for March 2020, but we’re unable to take the trip due to the start of the COVID pandemic. Due to the unusual circumstances we were able to receive a credit for our initial deposit as we were outside the cancellation window (without losing money). Tanya and I were in communications from 2020 to our trip in March 2022. She was responsive to my many messages and we were able to book a trip for March 2022. (Thank you Tanya!)
The condo is beautiful and exactly as described! The keypad entry was easy for us, and we found that we used the garage the most for entry and exit. The kitchen is well equipped and the garage has plenty to beach gear - 3 soft top surfboards, 2 boogie boards, 4 chairs, 2 umbrellas, kid pop tent, cooler, wagon and sand toys. We have a almost 3 yo, so this gear was perfect for beach days at Hanalei and also trips to the pool on the wagon. The condo also has a high chair, blow up air mattress and pack-and-play. We used the air mattress for our little one and put it next to the King bed; good set-up for a small kiddo too big for the pack-and-play. The bathrooms had everything we needed (soap and shampoo), and also had a step stool for our little one.
The condo is close to the grocery store in Princeville and only about 10 minutes from Hanalei Bay and about 15 minutes from Kilauea. We were also able to walk to Hideaway Beach to go snorkeling. Not sure if it’s because of COVID, but we did find that restaurants aren’t open late (many food trucks and smaller cafes closed by 5 or 7), so the grocery store + kitchen was great. Also a side note - we found that food does take a while to get ready when ordered - so just order ahead of you are getting takeout to eat on the Lanai.
We had a really wonderful family vacation and would highly recommend staying at Tanya’s condo.

We had a great stay here. The on site manager was very accommodating. Anything we asked was takin care of quickly.
The doorless shower took some time to get use too.
The kitchen is well equipped. Ample supplies for our 29 days.

My partner and my parents and I stayed here for two nights and it was wonderful. The place is beautiful and well stocked, with a lovely community pool and plenty of things to do just a short drive away. Beds are comfy and place is exactly as listed. All I can say is WOW. I had such an amazing stay at this condo and it was everything I hoped for and more. I felt so at home I didn’t want to leave! It was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and the beach gear available saved me from the hassle of renting. Even after a full day at the beach, I always looked forward to coming back to the comforts of the condo. I can tell a lot of thought went into providing the best guest experience. One of the best places we stayed. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. The information folder was very helpful. Great restaurants nearby and only a few miles from one of the best beaches in Kauai Hanalei Bay. Faramers market on Saturday is a must. I would stay here again.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay in Kauai. The property was spacious and clean and had all amenities covered including bags, coolers, chairs and toys for the beach. The location was close to everything on the northern part of the island from groceries to restaurants to beaches. We were there during a covid spike so didn't get to try many restaurants which made having the kitchen and all the supplies all the more necessary and appreciated.
My family and I really enjoyed the pool. It was so nice to come back after a day at the beach or hiking and relax by the lovely scenic pool. We also used the grills and we're able to dine pool side. The pool itself along with the pool scene exceeded our expectations.
Tanya was a fantastic host making our stay incredibly comfortable. She left a detailed binder covering everything one would need to know and then some! All of her recommendations were thoughtful and spot on.
We can't wait to come back and would for sure stay in this property.

We loved staying at this lovely and beautifully decorated and appointed house! The location is great, and the grounds are so well maintained. The inside is immaculate and very new, so it just was the epitome of comfort! It was well stocked with everything you need, and after a long day of adventuring, it's the perfect place to come back to rest, relax and rejuvenate. We loved the pool and hot tub, and it was nice to go rinse off from the beach in that shower so we didn't have to bring sand into the unit. The owner and property manager were so nice and responsive, and just really made everything perfect. We would absolutely come back and stay in this unit, and highly recommend it! Lovely place!

This property could not have been better. The unit is updated and has top notch decor. The location was ideal - right in the heart of Princeville and minutes to Hanalei. We walked from the unit to Queen’s Bath which was awesome. We were also able to check in early. I could not recommend this place more. It is so perfect.
