The Master Bedroom is spacious and opens to a large Lanai. The Master Bathroom features double bowl vanity and a large soaking Tub / Shower. The second bedroom is bright and has views of tropical landscaping. The open kitchen design flows to a dining area and a large living area that also has views of the landscaped property. Access to the large lanai from the living area provides for comfortable outdoor dining and relaxing.
Our home is located in the desirable inner circle of the property. Which is one of the BEST locations. It adds to the private feeling and overall experience in Paradise.
Plantation at Princeville has very well maintained grounds, a gorgeous pool with waterfall and spa and (2) Stainless Steel Barbecues for poolside grilling. The Plantation at Princeville also offers a private clubhouse / business center and exercise facility. This unit comes fully furnished and includes a new washer and dryer as well as air conditioning and there is plenty of onsite parking near the unit.

Pool is small & not heated & was a bit of a bummer but beautiful complex & really nice unit. Owner was great to communicate with.

The home was in very good condition with great amenities and a very good attention to detail about what a guest would need or want during their stay. Walking distance to the golf course with a hiking trail all along a few holes. Very close (10min) from Hanalei Bay with a great kids friendly beach.

Hosts, Anthony and Julie’s place was awesome. Great location to do any activities on the north side of Kauai. They allowed us early check in as we stayed the first week on the south side! Anthony provided great tips and information throughout the stay. Condo was very clean, well equipped with everything you need and beautiful decor! Would most definitely recommend for a stay on the north side!

We stayed here for a week and loved it. It was nice to have enough space for the 4 of us to relax and not feel like we were on top of each other. The only thing we had a problem with is that they added rain gutters and re-did the roof while we were there. They started at 7AM and had treated wood that made the house stink like dirty feet. Being able to open all the doors helped with that. Loved having washer and dryer and beach stuff to take to the beach. Would absolutely stay here again.

They had everything., boggies boards, beach chairs, totally stocked kitchen.. It fit our family of 6. Two large bedrooms. Two very nice bathrooms. The pull out coach for kids. Lots outside space to eat meals. We just loved our stay. Princeville is magical.

Great spot to stay in Princeville. The property was very clean and it was very quiet at night. I’d say about 10 min away from Hanalei and there was a shopping center with a grocery store and restaurants just outside the compound. The owners were very nice and attentive. They kept in good communication. Getting in was super easy with a keypad so didn’t have to hassle with keys. They had lots of books on Kauai so it was easy to research what to do in the area. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook. They also provided toiletries and laundry detergent. Looking forward to coming back.

This property was fabulous! We have stayed in a few houses on Kaua’i over the years, but this is by far the best experience we’ve had. The house is beautiful, very spacious, quiet, and right in the heart of all things Princeville. A short walk to the shopping areas in one direction, and a short walk in the other to the cliffs overlooking the sea for that perfect sunset view. The house was soooo clean, with the best-equipped kitchen and bathrooms we have seen, and full of all the extras you would want for a beach trip. Coolers, ice blocks, beach chairs, parasols, beach towels- it really had everything.
One of the best rental properties we have ever been to, and our hosts were amazing!!

We love staying at the condo on Pepelani Lane. The neighborhood was quiet but beautiful. There was a pool and a hot tub open to the folks in the neighborhood. It was walking distance from Princeville with good food shopping, Clothes shopping, yoga studios and Lapperts ice cream. They were at least four or five beaches within 10 minutes drive of the condo and at least two that were walking distance. We had a lovely time. We relaxed and visited with each other and experienced some of the sites Of Kauai And some of the excellent restaurants nearby. We highly recommend staying there.
