We had stayed here previously a few times more than 10 years ago. When we returned to Kauai, this year we were delighted to see that this unit was available. The condo was well equipped, comfy beds, and freshly painted( looks great). The large lanai was our favorite spot for breakfast and dinner. The owner was very responsive for a couple of minor problems during our visit. We will definitely stay here again, when we return to Kauai.

The condo was beautiful, well equipped and spacious. It could not have been more comfortable. However, the location was disappointing. It was located in a high end, but generic, complex in a golf course community with other complexes and private homes that could have been located in any city. The area was beautiful but we did not feel like we were in Hawaii, much less Kauai. Although the listing said you could walk to the beach, we never found a way to walk out of the community and to the beach. We had to drive everywhere. With a party of 6, it was difficult to coordinate plans and departure times. If individuals in our party could have walked to the beach, as expected, there wouldn't have been so much lost time, the group could have split up to pursue separate activities without anyone being stranded and someone could have walked to the beach to swim, meditate, bask in tropical nature or seek some solitude.

This was a clean, well-appointed condo, conveniently located. Communication with host was prompt and helpful. We spent early mornings and late evenings on their beautiful lanai. Six adults stayed very comfortably here! Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Thanks very much!

We stayed in this beautiful and clean 3 bedroom, 3 full bath for 5 nights. We had a couple hiccups that I am hoping to help anyone else with. The unit number was not given to us and only the address. Someone in another review mentioned this as well. The owner has since updated her information so that should no longer be a problem. We were unsure of which side of the garage to park on. You park on the right hand side. We requested the twin beds be made into a king bed which did not happen. We did that on our own. It does not say where the trash is to be taken to. When you leave the unit, turn right. Walk down a couple units and it is on your left. The blue key fob attached to one of the house keys is used to enter AND EXIT the pool area. You can’t get out of the pool area without the key fob so make sure you keep that with you too. There is no pizza cutter, so we used a knife. The house is EXTREMELY clean!! We had plenty of space. The porch is amazing with quiet views and comfy seating. The beds are comfortable. The a/c has a low set point of 72 degrees and we kept all ceiling fans on in the condo to help with air flow as during the night it sometimes got warm. The garage has beach chairs and tons of other beach amenities to use as well. It’s in a great location in Princeville. This area is super safe with lots of walking paths. All in all we enjoyed our time here.

Very pleased w the property. Plenty of room for my family of 4 adults and 2 kids. Very clean, great lanai to view the complex. This condo was very close to the pool. The people respected the quiet hours. The Princeville center is very close with a grocery store, restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

We found this VRBO to be convenient for everything we wanted to do on the North Shore. It was clean, quiet and spacious enough for 4 adults and 1 child. The directions from the airport were accurate and helpful with one exception. We were looking for the number 4771 which is in the Pepelani Loop address but didn’t see it anywhere on the street signs or the house. It was only a minor problem though since everything else about the directions was correct.

We had a nice time here, clean and as advertised. Could benefit from more kitchen pans and replace batteries in remotes for fan/light in back bedroom. Air conditioner is a little wonky but worked. Pool is nice, but it is cold! Not the best area to walk to beaches…but that is the Princeville area. We enjoyed the easy drive into town and the Hanalei Bay Area. Overall, nice place but think for our taste, we will stay in the Poipu area next time as it is simply more convenient to what we would like to do. Clean, comfortable beds, nothing really wrong!

This was a perfect spot for our hiking loving family. It is close to Hanalei, Haena State Park as well as accessible beaches for hanging out. The grocery is REALLy close and convenient. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was perfect. The grounds are also lovely. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I highly recommend this rental if you are interested in staying near the northeast side of the island. The only challenging piece was the thermostat for the condo. It is Wi-Fi and the temp is controlled from afar. We asked for the temp to be lowered d/t the humidity during our time there (it was preset to 73'). The property manager does not have the code. It took an overnight to reach the owner to make that happen.

This was a beautiful temporary hale to stay at in one of the most beautiful places in the world. The owners showed excellent communication from the beginning of our booking and were very reachable and approachable as well. The condo itself was perfect. We had everything we needed and then some. After enjoying the island of Kauai, it was so nice having a comfortable place to come home to. Hope to return soon!

The property was absolutely gorgeous, clean and did I mention clean? I have a hard time staying in hotel rooms or ABNBs that do not meet my standards. This unit met my standards for sure! I actually got a full night's sleep not having to worry if the sheets were clean or not. The unit has all the amenities you'll need for a perfect get away. We were there for a family funeral but it was close to all the locations we wanted to be. We will definitely stay there again in the future as it was able to accommodate all of us.

We visited 4 islands in Hawaii and Kauai was our favorite. The condo was in the perfect location and more than fit our needs. We had a few minor plumbing issues but communication with the owner negated any detriment to our vacation. We would definitely stay here again when we get the chance!

I traveled to Kauai with my family: it was myself, my daughter and her husband, and their two children ages nine and 11. There was plenty of room for us all in this well equipped and beautifully appointed condo. It was wonderful to wake up and have coffee on the comfortable lanai, and then come back from a day of adventures on the island and relax once again on the lanai. The only problem we encountered was with a confusion about the combination on the lock box. I think that it needs to be made more clear exactly what the combination is. Once we figured it out we were in and loved all our time there. I highly recommend this property if you are traveling with a group. Plenty of room for everyone to relax and have privacy. When I emailed Debbie about lowering the air conditioning, she was very quick to respond and adjust the setting. The on-island property contact, Michelle, was quickly available to me when I had a question.

This beautiful condo was perfect for our vacation on Kauai's exquisite North Shore. We loved sipping our morning coffee on the spacious deck as we enjoyed the gentle breeze and chirping birds. The condo is just steps away from the paths of the breathtaking oceanfront golf course and within walking distance of a hidden gem of a beach. We appreciated the condo's central location and easy driving distance to all of Kauai's North Shore attractions. And the snorkel and beach equipment made our beach excursions so relaxing and delightful. Debbie was a gracious and responsive property owner. We look forward to returning to her beautiful rental in the future.

Amazing property as a rental, with three bedrooms and each with its own bathroom, in a great location within a beautiful development and golf course and close to everything in the north shore.
Only drawback was that the A/C which was set permanently at 73° and we experienced quite the humidity and at times were warm as well.
Regardless it was a great rental for the three nights we were there and would love to return some day, as long as we can control the a/c for our comfort.

Second time here. Loved our stay. Perfect for our group of three adults and two kids. We used the beach gear daily to our trips to the nearby beaches, the kitchen was well stocked, the lanai was the perfect size to hang out on in the evenings. Looking forward to a future trip to Princeville!

First time staying in Princeville, North Shore, and really enjoyed it. Previous visits to Kauai have been in the Poi Pu area, South Shore. This 3 bdrm 3 bath, 2nd floor town home was very nice, clean and great location for early morning walk or jog along the Makai golf course, easy access to some of the best beaches on Kauai, as well as many restaurants in the area including close by Hanalei. The Plantation at Princeville development is well maintained, offers nice amenities with a pool and hot tub. Loved the location of this unit within the Plantation development. We had two other couples staying with us and were very comfortable with these accommodations and would highly recommend to anyone. We'll be back again for sure. Thanks for allowing us to rent this unit. Mahalo the Taylors.

We decided to extend our stay in Kauai at the last minute, and found this fantastic property in Princeville. The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable and well appointed. The owners could not have been nicer or more accommodating. We had a fabulous time and only wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back. Five stars all the way around. This is the third time we have returned to Ben and Debbie's beautiful Kauai condo. We keep coming back for a reason :) We love the open floor plan, the bedrooms and how each has their own bathroom. This time, we came with my daughter and her new husband, and we both had plenty of space and privacy. One suggestion/improvement: it would be really nice to have (functional) TV's in the bedrooms - the Master, at minimum, just to throw something on while relaxing before bed. Other than that, everything is top notch, and we plan to have a fourth stay sometime soon!

This was a very nicely maintained and clean condo with quality furniture and decor. The lanai was beautiful, looking over the courtyard and pool (although far enough away for privacy). We stayed here for 4 days after spending 5 in Kapaa in a traditional hotel and before heading to Oahu. This felt like a "vacation from our vacation" spot because the place was so spacious, comfortable, and quiet. We felt right at home.
Actually, our ONLY complaint is that the pool rules were not followed by other guests. (I believe lots of the units in this complex are rentals.) Quiet time was supposed to start at 9 PM, but it was often quite loud until 10 or 11. Unfortunate when you're an early bird (aka, bedtime = 9 PM) and you're in a place where you want the windows open to let in the breeze at night.
Other than that, it was a WONDERFUL experience, and we would book this place again in a heartbeat.
