This was perfect for our family! It was walking distance to the beach, had a pool
And hot tub that we only used one time but was awesome to have as an alternative to the ocean. It was also a great spot In Kihei… easy to supermarkets, good restaurants, shaved ice spots, and airport. Barbie was so easy to be in contact with regarding any and all communication about the condo!

We loved the roominess of the loft and that we could all gather together or have our separate spaces! It was cutely decorated and very clean! Barbie was great from the moment we made our reservations!
The place was great for our stay with friends and my hubby! We would take a walk in the mornings across the street to the the sunrise, in the evening for the sunset. We got beautiful pictures! We were close to all we had planned to do! We would come back here again!

It’s very nice!! It’s not new and the first impact as soon as you get in it’s not the best but in one day as you start living it you really appreciate.
Big kitchen, nice lanai where you can have breakfast and dinner, two big rooms and all the facilities you need. Moreover Barbie is always available to answer any question you might have. The beach in front of the resort is not so good but by car you can get to beautiful beach in 10/15 minutes (I recommend Big Beach). location is also very good since it’s in a good position to visit all Maui. Overall a very good stay!!

Barbie’s property is well equipped with everything you need to vacation in Maui. The location is convenient to go to Kihei, Lahaina or north. Its kind of in the middle. Washer/dryer are in the condo. Our flight arrives earlier than the check in time and Barbie was very nice to let us check in a little early. Overall highly recommended!

Overall as expected - condo is a bit dated but that was clear from the photos and descriptions. A/Cs take a while to get cranking/cool down the place but would stay again. Host was very responsive and provided everything else you could need for a good stay. Remember to pack your own toiletries as shampoo, conditioner, body wash are not provided.

This condo was great for our family's 10 day stay. It is roomy enough for four (2 adults / 2 teens). The he condo is centrally located between Wailea and Kaanapali and is across the street from the beach. The beach directly across the unit is a little rocky, but it was a nice place to sit and watch the sunset.
Barbie is a great manager who responds quickly. Everything you need is provided (kitchen cookware/utensils, beach gear). It worked out great! I loved having my coffee on the lanai.

We had 4 adults and 1 toddler on our trip to Kihei. Check in and check out was smooth and easy. Barbie is wonderful to work with, very accommodating and responds quickly to any needs or concerns. The umbrella was broken and she brought us a new one the next day. With our toddler we had a few extra needs that she was able to help us with as well. There are beach chairs, beach toys, towels and a boogie board for use. The home fit our needs well, and provided a wonderful place to stay, rest and eat some meals. The kitchen has everything you would need. The barbecues worked great for a few meals. My husband even did some remote work by the pool. The grounds are beautiful. We loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. There isn’t a better place for the price and this was right in our budget.
Yes, the home is a little dated, but everything is functional. The floors are pretty dusty, which was more an issue due to our toddler crawling around on them, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’m sure it’s not easy to keep floors clean when you’re so close to the beach. The upstairs bedroom has lots of closet space, but not much drawer room. The sofa bed is not very comfortable. As such, our au pair decided to just sleep on it as a couch and was more comfortable that way. The location is nice enough, but it’s not walking distance to any of the beaches that Kihei is known for.
All in all we had a wonderful time on Maui and are grateful to have found a place for such a value. We would stay here again, although I think we would still look to see if there was somewhere else available in our budget closer to Keawakapu beach.

My family travelled to Maui to surprise my daughter who lives on the island. It was a total surprise for her and thanks to her husband for making it happen.
The condo offered a great location with easy access to all the attractions on the island. The beach access was wonderful and the pool and hot tub were an added bonus. The accommodations were clean and quiet with beautiful landscaping.

The condo itself was nice and comfortable for us 4 adults and infant. It was well stocked with everything you need for the beach which was so nice!
One complaint is that the beach across the street is not that nice. It's just a little lagoon and beach access areas next to it are very rocky. We preferred to drive further down to better beaches.

The place was great, well equipped for the whole family. There were beach tools for the kids, snorkeling gear and beach chairs for the adults. The condo is a little dated and could use some remodeling but everything worked inside the house. The host was great and the communication was on point. Super easy to find the place, check in and out. I liked the fact that it is close to the beaches but will need a car to go to some of the nicer beaches and in to town for restaurants and shops.

The condo was well stocked with full kitchen, clean towels and linens. Very comfortable. The beach was right across the street and a quick drive to everywhere. Barbie was very responsive. If you have kids that require TV entertainment, best to bring a tablet with movies loaded, as the set up had cable but no Roku (not a problem at all, just nice to know for future). Highly recommended!

Our family ranges in age from 7 to 67. We adults enjoyed our morning cup of coffee on the lanai. There were plenty of blankets and extra pillows. There were three separate air-conditioning units so the temperature was always perfect. We prepared at least two meals each day in our well equipped kitchen. The beach lined with daily sea turtles was a 5-7 minute walk from our front door. Very family friendly! Highly recommend.

Excellent 2 bedroom and location. Pullout couch is a usual poor mattress so plan on getting a mattress supplement or is adequate for kids. Well stocked for extras. Grounds are beautiful, peaceful and quiet.

There were a few minor issues which Barbie, the host, addressed immediately and we were most appreciative. Primarily the master bedroom, being upstairs, where heat rises, was the hottest room and the air conditioner located up high was not accessible to change the settings (the ac remote didn't work). We were requested not to leave the ac on unless we were in the apartment, seeing as electricity is so expensive on the island. At night, the ac unit was very loud however I was happy to be cool enough to sleep! If I could have cooled off the space ahead, I would have liked to leave the ceiling fan on instead of the AC, however the ceiling fan seemed to go on and off with the ceiling light.
Our main observation upon arrival was the condition of the apartment. The floors and most of the apartment are quite worn and dated. The kitchen however was laid out nicely and well-stocked which we greatly appreciated.
Barbie was a godsend, always quick to reply to our requests and offering recommendations when needed. I give her 5 stars! Also, the location was very good, nearby lovely beaches , markets and restaurants.

Our multigenerational family loved staying at this condo for a long weekend in Maui! The unit was clean, quiet, and had tons of amenities. We especially appreciated the sand toys/beach gear, games and movies, and kitchen that was nicely stocked with appliances. The onsite pool and jacuzzi were a plus, and the location was perfect for accessing all of the activities on our checklist. We'll definitely bring our family back here next time!

This condo was great for a family of five( 2 adults and 3 kids-13, 10, 8).
I greatly appreciated the big kitchen, it was well equipped and lost of space to work and move around in, which was good when there was 5 of us there. It was great to have the extra space in the loft, everyone could get some space from one another when needed;) The grounds are beautiful and clean, it was so nice to sit on the lanai in the evening, very peaceful.
There was everything we needed in the condo ( beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, umbrella, coolers). Huge plus!
The resort was quiet and private but everyone there was very friendly and enjoyed having the kids around:)
The pull out bed isn't the most comfy, but my 13 year didn't seem to mind! After a day of adventuring in Maui, you will sleep like a baby anyways!
Barbie was a great host! She communicated clearly and promptly and was always very kind and helpful!

Absolutely loved our stay at this condo in Kihei. The unit was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to make the couple of meals we had at the condo. Everything about the condo was great, but the best part was Barbies service and attention above and beyond! She reached out to us on several occasions to make sure everything was going well and even did a mid-stay cleaning to make sure we were comfortable. Service above and beyond! We will definitely be hoping this place will be available the next time we come to Maui.

We had a great 5 night stay here. We traveled to Haleakala, Lahaina, and explored the numerous nearby beaches and restaurants. The listing is as shown in the photos. It was clean and comfortable, with a washer and dryer that came in very handy. One minor thing is that the AC in the downstairs bedroom was not as cold as could be. Otherwise no issues!

The courtyard is breathtaking, the lanai is peaceful and a perfect for evening meals and morning coffee! The location is perfect with the beach across the street with the most sea turtles we’ve seen all trip and a beautiful sunset!!! Could not be more thrilled with the experience!

This was a central spot on the island and a short drive away from Lahaina, the airport, and Wailea. My kids enjoyed the calm water in the morning at the beach across the street. There were boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and sand toys, etc. that was very convenient to use. The afternoons were a bit windy, so we opted for the pool. The pool was a little small, but usually pretty empty and quiet! Barbie was very responsive and wonderful to communicate with. We can’t wait to go back soon!

We had a lovely time. Location was great. Toaster didn't work and notified Barbie so she was aware. Unfortunately, we didn't have a regular toaster, which was a bummer because the small convection toaster took forever to toast. Other than that it was fine. She did get it, but once we were leaving.
Great communication!! Easy check in and wifi connectivity. Upstairs bedroom is a bit updated, but for us was fine.

The Condo was perfect for a family of four. We were close to everything. And, the amenities and extra items such as ice chests, boogie boards, and other gear was super useful. Also, the kitchen made it super easy to save money by having a few meals at home. Of course, the meal recommendations and suggestions provided by Barbie were great as well.
I believe we saw most of the main “must see” places on the island. And everything was super close and accessible.

My family really enjoyed staying in this condo. The location was central to a lot of the activities we wanted to participate in. There was food and shopping close by. The included parking was amazing! The condo was well taken care of with a lot of extras that my family appreciated having (Beach Towels, Beach Chairs, Umbrella, Coolers, etc.) The property manager was very helpful in answering questions and the one time I had to call her she was very responsive. The only concern we ran into was it seemed to be more of a retirement community. We had two neighbors who were very particular about what we did in our space. If there is some rules such as a HOA I was not aware but was made aware of a half dozen rules from a few of these elderly neighbors. (No hanging beach towels on the balcony, don't leave my sandy footwear in the entryway, etc) I did see a few younger families staying at the condos as well and the pool area was a nice area for the kids to socialize with the other kids although there is very limited space. If we were to travel back to Maui, I would look at staying in Kihei again it was a very affordable location.

We had a lovely time in Maui. The condo was well appointed and clean. Everything we needed to relax and enjoy ourselves. When we had a very minor issue, eg beach umbrella screw mechanism wasn’t working, Barbie was helpful and responsive and dropped a new umbrella off right away. Location is close to Kihei and quick access to the highway so you can easily get to all the lovely Maui beaches and shopping. It was a great stay.

This was the perfect place to stay in Kihei. The pool and hot tub were amazing and the grounds were extremely well taken care of. There was a nice little bay across the way with turtles which we enjoyed every day. Great food right down the street at Threes. Barbie was an Incredible hostess. We had a wonderful gift basket waiting for us when we arrived. The place had everything that we needed. I did have one question and Barbie who responded right away. The condo was clean, had a lot of beach equipment, quiet and was located to great food staples and attractions. Its a great location as you can cross the street to the beach and a 5 minute drive to Kihei Caffe for breakfast (highly recommended) and go to Foodland for some awesome poke. You can drive out to Lahaina in 20-25 minutes to walk along Front Street and do shopping. Barbie, the property manager, was very responsive and communicated effectively. She wants to make sure all guests are taken care of and her ability to make you feel welcomed goes a long way. I'd definitely recommended this place if you are on your honeymoon or traveling with a companion. Mahalo!
