My family of 4 stayed at this lovely condo while in Maui. The condo was very clean and comfortable and met all of our needs. Our girls felt that the sofa bed was quite comfortable. Lots of fans and two air conditioners keep things cool. The location is great - beach just across the street where you can see turtles and whales and close to all the beautiful beaches further south. Beach equipment like chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards are provided. Excellent communication with the hosts and property managers. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The condo was perfect for my wife and me. It had everything we needed for a stress free holiday. The property is well maintained and the unit is at the back of the property away from the road. Dimtry is attentive and the overall experience rental was great. Highly recommend this unit, except when we want to stay again!

Wonderful property across from the beach. Great for families with young children. Even has a playpen. Well stocked with four beach chairs, sand pail, boggie board, and everything you may need to cook with in your condo! Also great communication and prompt reply’s from the owner and property manager.

We liked many things including the main room design and layout, with an open kitchen counter leading out to the living room, plus amenities like washer/dryer and dishwasher, and two boogie boards. I enjoyed the lush central courtyard and pool/jacuzzi (despite an initial mix-up about the open hours). The stateside host was available for questions, as was the local contact. One caveat, which may be Covid-related: I wish the per-night fee more closely reflected the total charge; the various markups seemed disproportionate.

So many amenities to make a stay very comfortable: AC in both - leaving room and bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, beach towels and chairs, snorkeling masks, coolers, ice packs.
Great location - 4 min walk to the nice beach.

This condo was exactly as described. The beach is across the street, a few minutes walk. The 2 sets of scuba equipment were a special treat. What was more than expected was the beautiful landscaping. It was like being in a small rainforest as we could hear so many birds. Also, we never needed air conditioning because of the shading and breeze. Susan quickly responded to some questions we had during our stay and went out of her way to assist us. We just happened to meet the onsite property manager( he lives on the premises) one evening in the pool who was very friendly and encouraged us to contact him with any needs. Dealing with a real person, like Susan, rather than a condo management company, is the way to go.

My husband and I stayed for a week at Susan’s condo in Kihei while we began our honeymoon and it was the perfect home away from home. It was a great location to stay in to allow easy access to all of our activities and it allowed us to feel like we had a safe space to cozy up when the day was done :)
Such a beautifully decorated space for the two of us and we were so grateful for the beach chairs and ability to use the laundry unit inside the condo after spending a week on the Big Island - we underestimated how hot and humid Hawaii can get compared to our home in New York, needless to say we had to change more than we expected.
Although we didn’t use some of the other items available to use, we appreciated knowing they were there for use - dishes, silverware, glassware, cookware, beach towels, and more.
We would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a home base for some peace and serenity during their stay on Maui to book here. We are massively grateful to Susan for allowing us the pleasure of staying here 💛

My family stayed here for four nights and had a great time. It’s in a good location for exploring Maui in all directions and just a quick drive from food and shops.
The listing and photos are accurate. With the windows open and fans on, we were comfortable enough not to run the AC, even on 90 degree days. There is a small beach five minutes walk away and we really enjoyed sitting on the lanai in the mornings and evenings. Even though the lanai faces a footpath, the plants block the view so it feels private. We didn’t use the kitchen much but were happy to have it. It was well stocked as was the bathroom with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the beach towels and coolers. The washer and dryer worked great. We would definitely stay in this lovely condo again!

We had an excellent stay at Susan‘s place in Kihei. The location was awesome for being close to town as well as close to beautiful beaches! Also the property location was away from the street which made for a nice, quiet stay without any traffic noise. The place was just as advertised and was nice and spacious and had all the kitchen amenities needed. We would definitely stay again!

We were here for the 4th July weekend with kids and absolutely loved it. Susan is a great host and she replied to all my queries within minutes. We wanted to extend our stay by a day and she went above and beyond trying to see if another of her property is available and also did searches for us on other local resorts in Kihei.
The property itself is clean, well equipped - stocked up kitchen, washer, dryer which was very useful, wifi, TV with cable , games and puzzles, beach chairs/umbrellas, cooler, boogey board and even snorkeling gears!! Check in process was super easy. The gardens around the property is beautiful and the pool is great… small and secluded. My kids had a blast at the pool. The location is fantastic… close to beaches, restaurants and also easy access to Haleakala and road to Hana. It was way beyond our expectations at such a reasonable price. Will definitely come back again!

We stayed for 4 nights and used this as our launching point for our Maui activities - beaches, road to Hana, and Haleakala sunrise. It’s a great location to access Maui and the property was well equipped for us. The place was clean, AC worked well, easy to get to. The only issue we had was that the lanai was super wet and dripping from above from another unit’s AC, so we didn’t really use it.

New to VRBO so was not sure about the process. Was pretty easy although I could not find the unit info from the confirmation email which was sent under Homestay and not VRBO.
Our stay in Kihei (north side) was very central and easy to go to Kahului or other locations on the island. It was also very good for my wife who played pickleball nearby.
The unit was nice and located at the back of the property, very private and quiet. The BBQ are also at the back and it generates great heat for steaks. Kitchen fully stocked with cookwear and utensils.

Stayed here with my partner and this condo had all the essentials you would need for a home base. There’s a coffee maker, pans for simple meals, simple toiletries, and beach chairs and umbrellas if you need them. The bed is comfy and we didn’t need the AC on. The ceiling fan worked just fine for us. We especially loved the Maui Revealed guidebook that was provided. Super helpful in supplementary info we needed to plan our days. Location was also great for getting around most of the island.

Myself and my son 10, my friend and her daughter 11 spent a really enjoyable week here and we loved the location and the property is beautiful and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are very nice. Easy walk to beaches, lots close by. The host is very kind and easy to work with. I loved how easy check in and out was. Would definitely stay here again!

As advertised, clean and had everything we needed for family of 4 and some bonus items. Pull out couch was like no other. Amazing mattress. I mean it. I was skeptical but my 2 daughters slept on it and slept well and I checked it out, too! Unit 116 tucked into the back of the property and quiet. Ceiling fans in common living area and bedroom, along with AC. Beach gear was a big plus: umbrella, 4 backpack style beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, boogie board, etc. We would stay here again if (when) we travel to Maui again. Central to all island activities. Great hospitality.

This is a really nice and comfortable condo in the northern part of Kehei. The unit we stayed in is toward the back, so away from road noise. There is some roofing going on at the other end of the property, so there are currently some distant construction noises. The host (Ms. Shore) is outstanding: very responsive, nice, and has done a great job of keeping this condo up-to-date, and working well. Excellent! Excellent!

We were pleasantly surprised with how many items were available for us at Susan’s condo. She had everything you could think of for days at the beach (beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels, snorkels, boogie board). This unit was away from the road too which was perfect. The unit is a nice 1 bedroom unit with all the amenities. We were caught in a severe storm that flood the parking lot and was full of mud. We all had to make due of the situation. The on-site managers were very helpful in the light of the terrible situation.

Susan Shore is the best. The condo was wonderful—comfortable and beautiful! She checked in with us, got us reservations to a fabulous restaurant. Our stay could not have been better! Everything we needed was, beach towels, chairs, umbrella! I highly, highly recommend Susan and her condo!
Also- We were there just after substantial rains and flooding, Susan came and checked on us to make sure we were OK, and as mentioned above, not only made us reservations for dinner, but paid for dinner as well- Just an incredible act of kindness and generosity. She’s very sweet, it’s a very lovely place to stay, across the street from the beach and close by many wonderful beaches and vacation hangouts…

The grounds on the property has some over grown dead plants the hot tub switch was broken but just had to cover your hand on the button to get the jets going..

This cozy condo was the perfect home away from home and just a quick 15-min drive from the airport. It’s conveniently located near the beach and just minutes away from a nice variety of restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. The place was beautifully furnished, very clean and comfortable, and fully stocked with everything from cooking supplies to sunscreen. I was very impressed and appreciative. I also enjoyed my time relaxing on the private lanai surrounded by the resort’s lush tropical landscape. On top of the wonderful condo itself, I can’t rave enough about the property manager, Susan. She responded to all inquiries in a timely manner, checked in to make sure that I had everything I needed, and was extremely kind and accommodating. We enjoyed everything about this property! It was surrounded by lush greenery. The unit was well stocked with everything you could think of which made it so convenient. From coolers to sunscreen, condiments and all kitchenware included. Really felt cozy like our own little home away from home! Susan was so accommodating and communicated well. We are a family of 3 (parents are in their 30s with a 2 year old). Our goal was to settle in asap. Just a 15 minute drive from OGG, this condo was ideal for us. It was a 1st floor unit, toward the back of the resort (away from the busy road), steps away from our designated parking space. The check-in procedure was a breeze. We like to cook a few meals during long trips, so we loved how the kitchen was fully furnished with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. We were very pleased that the unit had a travel crib (aka "pack n play") and all the beach props (e.g. toys, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, goggles) one would need, so we didn't have to lug them over from the mainland. The living area and bedroom were very spacious to hang out and relax after a long day of beach play and swimming. Lastly, the washer/dryer set was essential for us since we stayed for a week.
We visited a new beach everyday. For the families with little ones, we highly recommend Ho'okipa beach park -- shallow pools for the kids thanks to the rock formation, surfers riding the best waves off in the distance, plenty of sea creatures, a shower/bathroom area, and ample parking. We easily checked off our must-eat foods and restaurants and capped it off with an aloha dinner at Lineage. Simply put, our focus on this trip was hearty food, tropical drinks, and kid-friendly beaches.
Most importantly, Susan (our property manager) takes communication very seriously. She checked in with us numerous times leading up to and during our stay. She made sure we enjoyed our stay and she very much exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
