The accommodations were absolutely incredible! The beach was within walking distance, and we were by a bus stop so that we could go shopping. The home was beautiful and comfortable. The lanai was perfect as we grilled out for breakfast, lunch and dinner most nights. Would recommend and plan to return in 2024!

Great property- great location- very nice kitchen and bathrooms- ICE cold AC. The only issue was the bed in the guest bedroom (not master) was INCREDIBLY squeaky. Every subtle movement would wake my partner up. It made for very restless sleeping, but hey, we're in paradise.

No issues, easy to get in and out, and perfect location. Beach, food, activites and proximity (15-18min drive) to Lahaina (groceries and night life) was a perfect combo.

We have never been to Maui and our family of eight ended up being so happy that this was the location we chose to stay in. The property backs up to beautiful green fields and tropical trees filled with native roosters and chickens and tropical birds that just made the backyard come to life in paradise every morning. The patio was outstanding and easily fit our large group. Inside was clean and modern. It was very helpful to have beach supplies available in the garage. Napili Bay is only about a two minute walk away and extremely easy to get to. The property is in a gated community, one of about fifteen other condominiums and the town of Napili is very quiet, relaxing, and beautiful. Our family would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Great location, nice kitchen, plenty of room for family stay, plenty of beach equipment.. Cons: 1) Mouse droppings in bedrooms. Mouse came out at night and snacked on bag of trail mix left out. (Stored all food in cabinets after that.) 2) Cockroaches occasionally appeared. Not surprising in a tropical location. 3) Central air conditioner failed on 2nd day of 14 day stay. Bill from property management responded right away to assist. A/C repair showed up and found that A/C needed new blower. Bill brought 2 portable units, one for upstairs & one for downstairs. Unit gets extremely warm in afternoons & hot in master bedroom. Bill had to contact owner to get permission for A/C repair. We were advised that repair would be completed within a couple of days (one week into stay). Repair never happened and no further communication. Property management refunded us for two nights stay and gave us a gift card to local restaurant. 4) Woke to a wide spread power outage one morning (not property’s fault). Unit has solar with Tesla Powerwall batteries, however, batteries failed to power unit. Not a problem except our car was stuck in garage with electric opener. Prop. management did not know where key is located to manually disconnect opener and open garage. Fortunately we weren’t heading to airport that morning. Also, battery backup for gate to driveway failed and gate had to be forcibly pushed open so other cars could leave property. If above issues are resolved, future guest will definitely enjoy.

No better location for a condo in all of Maui! We love this condo community. This particular condo is a bit worn for wear, but still serves its purpose. Beautiful big lanai for hosting our family! We could overlook the negatives for the fact that is was much cheaper than neighboring properties.

I experienced cockroaches several times during our stay, three times when opening the cutlery drawer and on our last night there a large one on our bed. The cockroach startled me so much I was glad I was able to sleep. The first day we got there we noticed dead mouse smell in the kitchen it was nauseating. I left 2 or three messages with the office number we had on our paper work and actually talked with someone once but nothing was done about it. Also there was a serious cracking noise in the master bedroom every day we were there by the windows. I seriously thought that the windows may bust at any moment. I think it might time to rebuild the place. I just want to let you know our experience thanks for the freedom to do that. Hope it will be constructive as you continue on in your rental properties.

We noticed the gorgeous Lenai when we first walked it! Very well set up with brand new furniture. Our favorite spot to eat and relax! The bedrooms worked out perfectly for our two married children. Our single son was able to use the sofa sleeper. We loved having a washer and dryer! The garage is stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers which we used daily and definitely enjoyed. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, and cooking gear. (My one negative, the kitchen is in need of a good cleaning, drawers and cabinets.) We had 7 people and only 6 beach towels. I called and they quickly brought two more beach towels over for us. There is a convenient clothes line in the garage. Everything actually dried quicker in there than on the deck, due to humidity. The only thing we missed were some extra blankets for our two cold sleepers. I did call and request some, but didn’t get a response on that one. They ended up using clean beach towels for blankets at night. The location was an easy walk to multiple beaches!

We enjoyed our stay here, mostly because of the location. The condo itself needs a lot of work, some furniture is broken and cupboards were broken, carpet is in need of replacement. The back patio is great, beautiful, shaded and relaxing. The condo is big and has a lot of space for a bigger family. The biggest issue was the AC. When we arrived the temperature in the condo was 87 degrees. We turned on the air and the first few days the AC was trying hard to work but never got below 80 degrees, then just stopped working all together. They did not come and fix the AC, but instead but in a few window units, The downstairs unit did not work, so it never got cooler than 80 degrees downstairs. They did comp us the last few nights of our stay which was nice, but it was so uncomfortable in the condo with the heat. I would verify that the AC is up and running before you book here for sure. The temps in Maui when we where there were high 80's and this condo faces the sun and does not have good window coverings or windows to open for a cross breeze so AC is very necessary.
