We have stayed in this condo before and we were so looking forward to coming back. The amenities in the condo, the cleanliness, it’s proximity to everything that is Kihei … it is perfect for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay!
We were unable to make the trip to Maui as my mother was ill. We worked with the management company to secure an arrangement with the property owner to allow us to partially gift the two week stay to a retired nurse and her foster children. Doing this allowed her to compensate us partially for the stay. We had asked to rebook for a later date and while that request was not accepted, at least someone was able to use our stay.
We are looking forward to rebooking in the future!

This is a great condo unit. All new Appliances and great sunset views from there lanai. You are a five minute walk from Charley Young Beach. Close walk to Kihei restaurants and groceries. We have stayed here before and will do so again.

Appreciated the supplies provided, was definitely enough for 1 week stay.Loved loved loved the air conditioners in both rooms! The location was great- just across the street from the beach and near the shops and restaurants of Kihei. The room was clean, had plenty of AC, and a lovely view of the ocean. We also thought it was nice they had beach and pool supplies for us to borrow.

Across the street from the beach, with a few buildings in between. View is slightly obstructed, but very nice, just as in the picture. Convenient to have chairs, beach umbrella, and towels to take with us. The way the swamp cooler in the bedroom is set up, it’s kind of like the window is permanently open, which means you can definitely hear the birds in the am or ppl walking by. And it accumulates a lot of dust (that’s hidden, but clearly not cleaned often.) Noise really wasn’t an issue for my stay though, the neighbors were quiet. Pillow and bed weren’t very comfy, but fine for a few days. Sheets looked aged and had a few stains, but no deal breaker. Great not having to worry about a key, just the code. Not super walkable for much, but there are a few. Overall would stay again

This unit is located right across from the beach and close to several places to eat in Kihei. The unit is a small apartment perfect size for a couple to stay. There is plenty to do with in walking distance from this condo. The only complaint was when we arrived there was a large stain on one of the blankets on the bed. We called the owners and had brand new bedding almost immediately. Everything else was clean. Overall a great place to stay.

We have stayed in Maui Vista #1307 numerous times over the last 10 years because we like it so much. The location is good, it’s clean, well-maintained, etc. This year, however was a challenge. The combination of nearby road work being done, work on the building itself, and the noise from the constant stream of hopped-up cars and motorcycles (there ought to be a law...) and the booming music(?) blasting from cars traveling on South Kihei Road made peace and quiet virtually non-existent.

I liked the location, convient to access the beach. The view from the deck was lovely. I enjoyed the extras like lawn chairs, fins and fun noodles. The air conditioners were extremely loud (think sleeping next to a small aircraft) and so was the highway so it was difficult to sleep. The bed could use a new set of mattresses. Overall a nice place from which to enjoy the beach.

Another excellent trip to Maui, and enjoyed another two weeks at Maui Vista unit 1-307. We had one minor problem with a slow draining bath tub after using the shower, I went down the street to “Rentals Maui” and explained problem to Brittany and within 24 hours a plumber came by and fixed the problem. While there we decided to put down a deposit for 2023 trip, but unfortunately discovered that our unit was already booked for 2 months, but Brittany found us another unit down the hall in same building at Maui Vista .For these two reasons i will always book through “Rentals Maui”, I was so happy to have a small problem resolved so quickly ( this would be much harder with VRBO, due to problem of finding owner and seeing if they are interested in fixing problem, Problems can happen and when you have ability to talk directly with rental company these problems tend to get resolved much quicker. Also booking with them is much easier to navigate then VRBO. Many VRBO owners make it very difficult to determine what building their unit is in, and usually ask for more money upfront. The cancellation policies can be very different from owner to owner.Rentals Maui is very clear with where each unit is located, usually 30 percent down for deposit, with final (only other) payment being 30 days before arrival. Their office is 2 blocks down the street, any problems just walk down to the office and someone there is always quick to help you out.Thanks again Brittany for all your help. See you next year.Jeff

Property location and the views were excellent. Easy, short walk to the beach. Kitchen pots and pans were a bit worn but, all in all, a good place to stay. Would stay at this property again.

The condo was just as we expected. Check in and check out procedures were quick and simple. We loved the convenient location of Maui Vista as we could walk to everything we needed and enjoyed hanging out at Charley Young Beach right across the street. Thanks for a great two weeks!

This was a nice condo. It’s just a little outdated. There are 2 ACs. They are both very loud. We had to turn off the one in the living room to get some sleep but then had to get up to turn it on because it was too hot. The AC In the bedroom is on a timer so we woke up in the middle of the night sweating and turned it on. We couldn’t keep the balcony doors open because the screen was broken. My husband put it back on its frame but there is a big hole it in. Overall a great location - just across the street from a very nice beach.

The property itself is a bit older and has that 70s smell to it, but ok for a few nights at a nice price. It had good views of the ocean and was close to a nearby beach. We did have some issues with the screen door continually coming off the tracks and there were some dust bunnies on the ceiling and such. We also noticed that the dryer isn’t vented correctly, allowing all the hot air to come back into the apartment, which can really warm the place up! There was also minor mold on the shower curtain, but it’s a beach town, so I guess it is what it is. I think the unit was priced appropriately for what it was, but next time we might spend a bit more for something with a bit more upkeep.

We absolutely loved this condo, the location was great for easy access just across the road. And to enjoy the beautiful Maui sunsets.
It was clean and the kitchen has newer stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook in the condo. There were beach chairs, towels and a cooler for your use. There is also a pool just in case you want to stay close to home. What a wonderful destination Maui is and this is the perfect condo for a couple.

We love 💕 our rental. It was neat, clean, and full of Good Vibes. The view was gorgeous and the beach was right across the street. A lot of restaurants, groceries store and ABC Stores near by. This is our 9th time in Hawai’i and our 4th stay in Kihei. We loved the location of this very comfortable ant clean condo. We had a beautiful ocean view but the only negative for me was the pool location was right underneath our balcony and since I am a teacher I wanted a 10 day noise break from children (My husband did not mind) We are from CA and went to bed early and stayed on our time so I had to close the balcony door in the evenings.
