We always stay at Maui Vista, great location, walking distance to coffee, shopping, and lovely beaches.
This unit is situated in a great location in the complex, its at the end of the hallway so you do not have any noise at all.
Would stay again for sure.

This condo is literally 2 mins from the Charlie Young Beach. If you love sunsets, this is an amazing place. The balcony faces west.So you will know about a good sunset right from the balcony before you get down to the beach. Very nice cozy apartment with everything you need. Rebecca, the host is very friendly and she will always be there if you need anything.

We safely retrieved broom/dustpan, etc. from a faulty hallway sliding closet doors was only problem. Would definitely rent again though.

Rebecca was great at communicating and giving details, but I found the property to be a little "dated". The laundry unit was tiny and required 3 loads to do our sheets and towels, and AC units where loud and clunky. In spite of that, I think this was a pretty good value for a property so beachside adjacent.

This spot is just great. Location is perfect, great amenities. The AC worked really well ( we’re from AK) and it had everything we needed. The owner is lovely and was helpful and responsive. We’d come back here in a heartbeat. Thank you so much Beckie and Troy.

Perfect location for a few days in Maui. Just across the street from beach access (amazing sunsets!), and just a couple blocks from the restaurants and bars in Kihei. Stayed here for 3 nights with a friend, and the condo had everything we needed (plenty of beach gear, towels, cookware, etc.). The location was so much better than other places I've stayed in the area - the perfect combination of close to the beach and close to other amenities. I'd definitely stay here again!

This condo is in an awesome spot close to great beaches, walking distance to restaurants/bars and even has a partial ocean view from the Lanai! Full kitchen, fridge, ice cold A/C and plenty of available parking. Beach chairs/towels, boogie boards, snorkels, and more are all in the unit and able to use
The only real downside is that It borders a very busy road.
Rebecca was very responsive & provided lots of great information for us! We will stay here again next time we are in Kihei!

This condo is perfect for a couple. It is in a great location…one of the best beaches is literally right across the street. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, gift shops and groceries are all within walking distance. There is a good local bus system and a stop steps from the unit. The condo is well maintained and very clean. There is everything you need for a comfortable day at the beach in the closet. The kitchen has everything you need too. We would definitely return to this property. The communication from the host is excellent.

We have stayed at the property before and wanted to again. We booked this condo because of the cost. It was perfect for our needs. It came with everything and more. No need to buy dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo and conditioner, Kleenex, paper towels. Includes beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gear, coolers, ice packs etc.
The furniture is a little tired and not fancy but it met all of our needs.

Everything about the condo was exactly as advertised. Rebecca was great at keeping in contact and up to date on covid restrictions. I had several flight delays/cancelations when en route to Maui and she was very sweet and accommodating, which took a lot of extra stress off me. I would definitely stay here again. It was so nice to walk across the street to the ocean every morning.

This tiny hideaway is near all the best parts of Maui. My husband and I stayed for 4 days and we beached in the morning with beautiful sunrises and traveled the island, to make it back and eat some outstanding food and top restaurants. This little condo had everything we needed and things we didn’t know we needed. Our host was very responsive to questions and went out of her way to give us recommendations. So weather you want to out on the beach or chilling and relaxing by the pool this place can be for you.

The condo was excellent from top to bottom, including a nice little ocean view from the lanai. The owner was very responsive and kept us updated with restrictions regarding Covid processes with both the island and the condos, truly a 5-star experience!

The condo is great! The bed and the sleeper sofa are comfortable and the kitchen has all that you need. There is also a good assortment of beach gear, chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, etc. The location is perfect. It’s right across the street from Charley Young beach and easy walking distance to groceries and restaurants. We’ve stayed in Kihei before and this location was the most centralized.

Location of the condo was fantastic - we were a walk or short drive from tons of restaurants and attractions and walking distance to excellent beaches. The condo complex was well organized and we appreciated the pools and tennis court (you can rent rackets from the office). The unit itself was clean and well maintained. AC units worked great. Communication with the property owners was excellent - very clear and detailed instructions, multiple check in’s to see how things were going, and heads-up about the latest COVID policies on the island which we appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at Maui Vista a lot of times and really love this condo. It is well stocked and in an awesome location across from Charlie Young beach. The lay out was very thought out and very comfortable. We will be staying here again. I highly recommend this unit and the Kihae area!!

I really enjoyed the stay, the communication with Rebecca, and the amenities and fact that this condo has everything you might need. Boogie boards, beach umbrellas, towels, beach toys, snorkel stuff, all the kitchen stuff, utensils, spices, condiments, you name it it's there. It's just like being at home except that you're a quick walk to the beach in Hawaii.
