We spent 3 nights at Sugarbush on Maui. The location was great, central to so many other cool parts of the island. And the views were amazing. Staying at the beginning of the whale season was so much fun watching for their spouts out in the water. The management was great and made our stay very comfortable. Would stay again for sure!

This property is just lovely. It is well decorated, the bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We loved our daily walks on the beach (right in front of the apartment), swims in the calm water and sunning ourselves on the lanai. We left rested and rejuvenated.
We had one issue with the internet going down and were able to get help and resolution within a very short time.
We hope to be back over and over again.

My husband and I were visiting Hawaii for the first time. We chose this condo on Sugar Beach and were very happy with the location and the condo itself. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was well stocked. It was nice having the washer and dryer in the condo, and the airport was only 15 minutes away. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed a week with our teenage son. The space was perfect for us. Close to all of our activities. Unsurpassed views for morning coffee and evening drinks. We enjoyed our walks along Sugar Beach - the longest stretch of beach on Maui. Theresa was very attentive. Picked up an evening call to assist with electronics. Nice to have beach rentals and market just steps away. Weâd return!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great with a great view of the ocean. The bakery, shave ice, and ABC store are walking distance. The beach is very shallow, but we aren't much for beaches anyways. The bed was very comfortable. My husbands only complaint was that the cookware was old and worn. He didn't feel comfortable cooking eggs on the pans that were there as the Teflon was coming off.

There needs to be more work done to the bathroom. The vent for the dryer is above the shower so itâs not as clean as youâd like.
For that price per night it should be pretty spiffy. Something makes noise 24/7 in the kitchen area so itâs hard to sleep on the couch.
We still enjoyed ourselves but thought it was overpriced. Lots of noise in the mornings very early between traffic and mowing.

Great apartment with direct oceanfront view that can't be beat. Property was well stocked and had everything we needed including beach chairs and beach towels. Quiet and well designed complex that feels private on Lanai. Although power was out the first night we arrived and into part of the next day from the storms, check in was still easy and we would not hesitate to book again. Really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Itâs clean with gorgeous view and nice beach just few steps away. Itâs a windy part of Maui but waves are not high even on a windy day, perfect for small kids.
The property manager was not responsive. The safe inside wasnât working and we never got replies from the manager. There were some dishwasher pods and laundry detergents but not enough for our stay.

One suggestion to the owner: The extra boxes of flooring in the bedroom closet should be removed for more closet space.

My husband and I stayed at the condo for our first time in Maui. The space was perfect for two, or a small family as the living room space is small. The ocean view is beautiful and you can walk right out to the beach. The only thing missing was toiletries, there was no shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.

A beautiful space that is as pictured! Great location for accessing all points of the island, an excellent beach to walk down that never gets too crowded. Plus, it is within walking distance to some great food spots and Mauiâs famous shaved ices! We had a wonderful time in this space and look forward to going back!

Enjoyed our stay at this clean property. Would have of liked better quality toilet paper since the beach restrooms had better product. May want to have cleaning staff clean entrance area and door since it's the first impression and it was very dirty.

Check in was simple, the suite was just as described and the lanai was perfect! The building and complex is older but well maintained and clean. You canât beat the views or the ability to be on the beach swimming in minutes. We loved our stay here. Some hand soap for the bathroom was the only suggestion I have. This condo is perfect for a quiet stay! The view is spectacular and we spent lots of time on the patio, walks in the beach and loved the snow cones within walking distance. We loved coconuts and enjoyed their coconut shrimp! So many day trips from here and we loved coming home to a comfy bed. The furniture in the living room is not that comfortable, it would be nice if there was another comfortable chair! So enjoyed our time! Thanks for your hospitality!

As others have noted the check in process was terrible! Slow and the lady managing the desk was very unfriendly even though I kept trying to get her to be. Then to make it worse they give a parking tag but you have to get the door unlock code from the email. I had not seen my email when I had good WiFi and could not access the code. Standing in the parking lot with luggage and no access and no answer to my phone call was very frustrating. I had to go somewhere else to get good reception and then get into the unit. The property manager did not call me back for 2 hours!
The unit does look Just like the pictures and truly sits in a perfect location for sunset views. The waters at sugar beach are very calm. The perfect setting for children. The unit is small with only one bathroom in the master bedroom so it only sleeps 4 if you have children with you. We had my adult son and wife and it was not very comfortable for 4 adults. One review the owner said there is a new couch but the mattress is still very uncomfortable.
Overall I would Recommend this place for a couple or family with small children.
The location is convenient to all of the restaurants, shopping and other local beaches and the sunsets were to die for!

We loved our stay here, it has everything you need except toiletries and shampoo. I would recommend staying here longer that 3 days since check-in and check-out times took away a lot of the time. Easy to communicate with the management but you should definitely check-in with the front office first. The resort have 2 buildings, 1 all even 1 all odd numbers.

This was a perfect location for us, super close to downtown Kihei but on a quiet beach right in front. The restaurant on site, Dinah's, was a great place to have lunch, dinner, or a cold drink.

Outstanding views and perfect location for those of us who enjoy less of a busy commercial atmosphere. Beautiful beach and amenities. Love the onsite sandwich shop for lunch and Hawaiian Shaved Ice down the street! Enjoyed the evenings on the balcony. Great beach for swimming and long walks!

We love Sugar Beach for its long, quiet beach. Most of the buildings along the beach are old, but have amazing views and are steps away from the water. This unit was nicely remodeled, so it was very pleasant. The internet connection was slow at times, but otherwise great. The view from the lanai was excellent.

We had a great time at sugar beach. The condo was clean and had almost everything we could need. The pull out bed was not very comfortable. My kids slept there and their only complaint was the mattress. It definitely could use replacement. It is an old school coil spring mattress. Other than that the place was amazing.
