This property was everything we could have asked for and more! It was super clean and was exactly as described in the listing. It had all the conveniences of home, which made packing a breeze. Because the condo came with everything we needed, all we had to bring were our clothes! The condo had ample shampoo, conditioner, body soaps, laundry detergent, and plenty of paper products. We loved having access to lots of thick beach towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach toys, and ample bags to carry them all in. There were insulated water bottles and coolers available for our use as well. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed to cook a nice meal at home. The views from the deck were amazing! We could see whales breaching right from the deck while we enjoyed a nice meal outside. The owners and property manager were super responsive and easy to get a hold of if we had any questions. They were even able to accommodate an early check in for us. We needed an HDMI cable for one of the TVs and David, one of the owners, stopped by to drop it off for us, which I really appreciated! It was great to meet the owner in person, who was a great guy and made sure we had his contact info in case we needed anything.
This is my third stay in Maui Kamaole and this is the best property we ever stayed at! We have found our go to place whenever we’re on the island and look forward to booking this place again the in the future. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home!

First trip to Maui with the family. This condo was in a perfect location to be close to beaches, restaurants and shopping that you could walk everywhere. Well equipped with everything you would use to cook at your own home. Air conditioning units were pretty dated and not the strongest of cool breezes coming, but we saw a new unit in the closet so thinking that problem will be solved soon! Lots of beach toys, chairs, coolers, water bottles, beach towels and snorkel gear was a nice and convenient touch and made beach days a lot easier to organize, although it would have been nice if the snorkel gear provided was complete; mismatched and not enough for 6 adult faces. A small detail that may well be out of the owners’ hands with previous guests possibly losing or breaking pieces along the way.
Property had nice pools, but seemed more like adult style with strict noise rules. Not much fun to be had with over 60’s folks reading by the pool, looking disappointed that any kids/teens in the pool would dare make any noise or splashes.
Outside these little things, we will definitely be back! Beautiful views, quiet at night, easy parking, comfy beds, close to everything. We were happy with the value received!

My wife and I and our 26 year old daughter had a wonderful 8 night stay here Sept. 8-15. The beautiful condo is described and pictured just as it is. Furnishings, amenities and interior design were perfectly suited to our taste. The owners take pride in providing a wonderful experience for their guests.
The location is very central to town. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance and there is a beautiful beach and park across the street. The condo complex itself has well maintained grounds, nice swimming pools and is very quiet.
I am a bit of a research geek and I spent a good deal of time searching condos on Maui, we made the perfect choice!

We've been renting with VRBO for many years, and this is one of the best rentals we've stayed in. The view is wonderful, beds comfortable, and it was very clean. The condo is stocked with every amenity you might need. Kitchenware and utensils, spices, tupperware for the beach, beach gear, towels- you name it. We loved the complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash, and use of hair dryers. They also left a very generous supply of paper towels, toilet paper and tissue which was appreciated. We were very comfortable in this condo. The neighbors were lovely and the access to great beaches and Wailea shopping was perfect.

This was the second stay we had at this property and it was excellent. Wonderful owners, very well kept unit, great location right across from Kamaole Park III, beautiful sunset from the balcony each night, glad the first time we were here and even more so the second time!

We had a great time here! Communicate was great. The place was lovely... all the units in this condo complex have a similar layout and this unit was especially comfortable. We loved how easy the hosts were to work with, the snorkel gear, and the ac in each room (though you don't need it too much with the windows open). Would stay here again!

My children and I stayed here for 6 glorious days (which was not long enough!) There were 4 of us in total - 2 adults and 2 teens. Franca & David were accessible prior to our trip out and answered any questions we had upon check out. They updated us with what we needed for our arrival.
When my family and I walked into the condo.. cue the ooooh's and ahhh's...we were beyond happy!!. We had a treat waiting for us which was very thoughtful. The view was absolutely breathtaking. The pictures on the site do not do it justice. Being able to see that view all day was a treat in itself.The condo has anything and everything you need. It's clean, things are marked with instructions which was lovely, fully stocked kitchen .... you name it, it's there. The breeze that came through the condo was just glorious. We would play music from the stereo, open the balcony doors... heaven! The bonus was all the beach toys chairs umbrella, snorkel gear and bags. There was even a backpack cooler! The beach is walking distance which we loved! The condo location was also perfect!
The property itself is manicured, clean and even tho we are not early birds, the roosters were the best touch which helped us get up with the sun to enjoy every single second possible. Driving out of the complex has a glorious view. We also took advantage of the pools.
My family and I will definitely be coming back to our new home away from home. Thank you Franca & David for making our trip that much more memorable.

From the price and communication to the ocean view location, everything about this property is five stars. You will LOVE it! A beautiful beach is a two minute stroll from the perfectly located and luxuriously appointed condo unit. We were delighted to sit on the patio and gaze out over the ocean and West Maui. That breeze and the sound of the ocean… magic! Literally everything you need to enjoy your vacation is available at your finger tips (kitchen, bathrooms, recreational equipment) The owners have gone out of their way to provide anything you might need for the beach or for exploring. It felt like being at a friend’s house and anything you asked to borrow was right there. We were three generations (Grandpa, Mom and two teen boys) and the place had something for all of us. We will definitely visit here again!

My adult kids loved the boogie boards, the snorkel gear was so very much appreciated..along with the 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs..
We felt very much at home, the kitchen was all ready for barbecuing with all utensils.
The barbecues around the corner were cleaned daily so liked that!
I could go on…as a Hawaii lover for over 40 years, this condo is top notch and I would highly recommend….

We loved our stay here! It has a beautiful view! The condo was well maintained and fully stocked with all kinds of things you might need. We were even lucky enough to have met the owner who was very nice. The beaches across the street are nice and their are shops and places to eat in walking distance. The sunsets from the lanai are only better at the beaches of course. It’s such a beautiful view. We really enjoyed the space- beautifully decorated Hawaiian style, plenty of supplies, pools and spa available. Free parking. You can walk to a lot of places in Kihei and just across the road to the beach. We were greeted with some Hawaiian treats and that was a nice touch. Beautiful photos in the home, lots of suggestions for food and activities in the home guide. We would come and stay again with our kids.

This property was perfect for our family! Kids (18,15,14) absolutely loved the space and options. Having an abundance of towels, kitchen needs, beach chairs, towels etc made it so ideal. Location was perfect as we could be Accessible to anywhere we wanted to go and wasn’t far away. Appreciated all questions being answered, very clear instructions on everything. Just a top notch experience. If we are blessed to go back to Maui we will stay here again. Thanks again !!!

I don’t even know where to begin as everything was wonderful for our family of 6. The location was perfect with Kam III beach right across the street. The condo was well stocked with boogie boards and snorkeling gear that we used often. It was nice not having to bring those along for the trip. The location is close to many shops and restaurants so often we would walk for coffee or for dinner. If we didn’t want to go to the beach, we would spend the afternoon at the pool. The condo was quiet and we appreciated the reserved parking spot. The condo is well furnished with towels and toiletries. If we could change anything, it would be a firmer king mattress for the room in the loft. Thanks for a great stay. I know we will be back!

We spent four nights at this property and it was perfect for our family. We have a family of five with three young children. The property was well-maintained and had upgraded appliances and television. Also came with the Xbox which my kids loved. The view of the ocean is incredible from the balcony. The location os perfect as you are right near the best town in Maui, with great restaurants and shops. We will definitely stay here again.

Location was great - at the south end of Kihei out of the bustle, but still close to great restaurants and easy access to Wailea.
Condo was really well stocked with everything we needed - beach toys, snorkel sets, beach chairs, etc. Kitchen had everything you could ask for and even reusable water bottles - very impressed with how well it was outfitted. Unit was clean, beds were comfortable. I will definitely recommend this spot to friends!
The only issue for our family was how steep the stairs were up to the unit and up to the loft bedroom. This isn't a knock on the property or manager, just a heads up for other families that may have mobility challenges that they are considering when looking to book a place. We have a child with CP that uses a walker and the stairs were steeper than we typically encounter and was a challenge for her to navigate safely. Shouldn't be an issue for most families, but was a challenge for ours and generally the property was designed before ADA considerations (all of the paths around the property had steps that made navigation in a wheelchair, stroller or walker impossible).

We have stayed at Maui Kamaole numerous times and this is the absolute best unit overall that we have stayed in. So many extras that you don’t need to buy at Costco, everything for the beach experience, gorgeous view and fast response from owners with any issues. This is a real find and we will book again and soon!

We rented this gorgeous condo for 3 weeks and wow, it was amazing! The owners have renovated it very tastefully with high quality products. The condo itself is thoughtfully appointed and guests are greeted with a bottle of pineapple wine and mac nuts. The lanai has an incredible view of the ocean and we were able to see whales frolicking. The check-in process was well organized. We had a bit of trouble with the door locks and the response from the property manager, as well as the owner was very prompt and the problem was quickly resolved. Whether you’re a family or a couple, this condo will offer everything you will need , plus things you didn’t know you needed!
We would rent this condo again in a heartbeat!

I was traveling with 3 adults and 2 8 year olds and this place was loved by all of us. We really appreciated the on-site laundry and that the house was stocked with everything we needed. The boogie boards were perfect for a beach day across the street. We would definitely stay here again.

We were so impressed with every aspect of our stay. This property was meticulously kept with beautiful decorations. The location was centrally located to excellent beaches in Kihei and Wailea, and the sunrise and sunset views were both spectacular. 2 best buddies that graduated high school, were lucky enough to have there moms bring them to Maui for a graduation gift. Great place that gave us plenty of room to cook and visit, yet space enough to have our private time as well! Plenty of water toys, coolers, snorkeling, etc. supplies! Well stocked kitchen with sharp knives! We had an issue with a smoke detector that went off every morning. We called and they came to fix it! Very comfortable, nicely decorated and very clean place. Would stay here again!
