Can tell the owners take pride in their property. Location is amazing to get to the beach, close food and watch the amazing Maui sunsets. Communication was easy and no issues. Love this complex and this property didn’t disappoint. Bed was comfy and owners had access to many beach items. Exactly what we expected. Would love to stay again

I used to live in Maui so I am familiar with the Aloha. This was my girls first time here since she was a baby and sharing it with her was super special.This condo is perfect! Great location. Nicely decorated. Owners so personable. We plan to come back!

I've been coming to Maui for 20 years and have stayed at many different condos including my timeshare just up the road and I would rate this as the best location for the price. Well stocked including beach gear
Had a great time enjoying the deck with a cup of coffee every morning with a great view of beach across the street.

My husband and I have stayed at KKN before and enjoy the location of this complex. This was our first time in this particular condo and I liked everything about it. No carpet and a washer/dryer in the unit plus a great ocean view we’re the highlights for me. I would definitely stay again!

Unit 202 in building 1 was wonderful!
Clean, quiet, close to the beach and dining!
There was a lovely view of Kamaole 2 from the lanai. The condo was well stocked with beach chairs/towels/toys and the kitchen had plenty of spices and cooking items. The king-sized bed was very comfortable.
You will enjoy your visit in unit 202!

Really enjoyed our stay here overall. It's located directly across the street from Kam II beach where we saw multiple sea turtles and it's also relatively close to multiple shopping and food options. The condo itself was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the AC was nice to have as well. The only thing I can really complain about is I wish there was multiple boogie boards and snorkle sets in the lanai cabinet (there was only one of each) and the TV remotes were a bit confusing to navigate lol. Either way, I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking in the Kihei area. Solid option

This was the PERFECT spot for my wife and I to actually relax in Maui. We loved how walkable this property was to many restaurants and beaches. Even some of the beaches we wanted to snorkel at were only 5-10 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome location. It was exactly like the pictures, no surprises. Quick responses when I emailed questions. They came same day to check the Air conditioner. It was wonderful to have it in both living room and bedroom. Great view from the lanai. Pool was great too.

Communication with hosts was amazing! Check in and out was easy. The AC’s in bedroom and living room were wonderful for evenings when we were trying to sleep. The timer on the bedroom ac is not long enough to get you through a hot night so you do wake and have to reset it once. The provided beach chairs and boogie board were appreciated. Parking was simple and near the entrance to the condo. The beach across the street is great for sunset viewing and the surf was nearly flat in Dec so would be good if you were traveling w children. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets so soft! The living room is quite packed with furniture so if you intend on using the living room pull out, you will not have space to walk around in the living room area. We visited the condo pool once on an afternoon that got too windy on the beach. It was small but clean with plenty of lounge chairs all around it. The washer and dryer were nice to have and saved on overpacking! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for our minimal amount of cooking. We saw some ants on counters but found ant traps under the sink to put out. The lanai overlooks the parking lot but does have a side view to the beach and steer below. It was fun watching the passers-bye each evening. All in all it was a wonderful condo with a great location to serve as home-base for our daily adventures. Nothing fancy but perfect for us as we are only back during bedtime hours.

This has been our best rental ever! On arrival the condo was spotless and very well equipped. Once on the lanai the view takes your breath away! Jennifer was so lovely and helpful and very quick to reply to questions. You could not have a better host! We are already planning our return to this unit! We have been to Maui many times this is the first time our place felt like home.

The place was very nice when we got here it was very quiet the entire time we were here. Very close access to the beach. We did a lot of activities. The bed was comfortable, shower was wonderful. Just overall a great time. Not only will I return to this exact unit but I will tell my friends about it as well. Thanks for the great experience!

Perfectly located, beautiful ocean view, literally 2 minutes from the beach, small grocery store 4 min walk, great eating an dining all within 5min walks.
The condo has been updated with nice cabinetry an granite, has all the dishes, utensils an all nessessary appliances large an small are in as new condition. Felt like a home, the owner is very easy to work with and sent us many great ideas for food, beaches things to see an do while here… 5 stars in my books, an would not hesitate too recommend this unit too anyone.

We booked this rental condo in aug to celebrate our Anniversary. Later we had to change the dates to sep due to personal reasons and Jennifer was very nice to accommodate the re-scheduling.
Although check-in time was 4PM, Jennifer was nice to accommodate our request to check-in early at 1PM.
The location of this condo is In my opinion in the middle of may places to go in Maui (attractions, restaurants, etc.). This is close to many snorkeling beaches (in the south Maui), surfing beaches. One has to go from west to Road to Hana and Haleakala. So this place is great place for many attractions.
The property is very clean, organized as mentioned in the pics and description. Jennifer is very communicative and friendly.
This place is equipped with 2 Beach boards, 1 snorkeling set, 2 Umbrellas, 2 chairs, one pair of shoes, etc. Very safe location.
One can see the beach from the balcony. its 200ft way from the beach. we used to take chairs and sit on beach in the morning.

Had a great stay! Used the grill. We loved the location. The host was awesome to communicate with - check in was splendid! We loved the beach gear she had on the porch and used it all week! You can see the beach from the condo! She had anything and evrrything a family could need for a week in Maui!

My husband and myself just got back from staying here in Kihei for a month !! We loved everything about it.....we have travelled to various places and must say that this condo is by far the best equipped we have ever seen ! They had everything a person would need or want. Loved the king bed (very comfortable), nice kitchen with granite countertops, large bottom freezer, all the pots and pans, dishes, glasses, knives etc needed, along with a good blender! Was nice to have outdoor things included such as boogie boards, snorkeling masks, coolers, numerous umbrellas and beach chairs (loved the backpack style...worked good to go to the beach). This condo is the perfect location.....with beautiful sunsets each night, nice beaches so close, restaurants and stores within walking distance (808 Deli next door good, along with Fred's Mexican and Moose McGillycuddy's (they have a special each night and a reasonable Happy Hour for food and drinks each evening). We really enjoyed the patio... eating, reading or just enjoying the ocean view! Great snorkeling right there or other beaches close by! The pool was nice to come back to after being on the beach ! We did a lot of exploring all around the island....lots to see and do if you choose to. We would recommend Coconuts for the best fish tacos on the island and the ABC store for souvenirs, great deli, small store...people really helpful and nice always saying "Aloha". We found the people not only here at this resort but on the whole island to be really friendly! The owner Gary was GREAT to work with, always very prompt with email and / or texts. He had given ideas of things to do and see while we were there. I had talked to him on the phone and he is a really nice person ! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone going to Maui ! :-)

From the moment we entered the condo we felt at home. The decor and furnishings are absolutely beautiful! We have stayed here many times and we were delighted with the new remodel it is gorgeous. This unit is located towards the front of the area so you get a nice view of the ocean and beach from your Lanai. It is so relaxing to sit and out on the Lanai and see the sunset or during whale season you can watch the whales right from the Lanai. This unit is close to several great restaurants, beaches, snorkeling areas and golf courses. It is just outside your door waiting for you to come out and play. Mahalo!

Everything you could ask for right in this unit . Beautiful clean Condo, with a great view. We came for our 25th Wedding Anniversary on Valentines Day, and were able to sit on the Lanai, and watch the Whales! The owners take great pride in this unit for sure.

What a nice surprise to find a suite that is so attractive and so clean. This place was great. So close to the beaches. View is amazing. Price was great. No complaints. Owners are very helpful. We would highly recommend. Organic food store close by and Cafe O'Lei down the street, great for lunches.

We've stayed in this unit several times in recent years. Most recently, we were there in January 2011. We love this condo and the location! The Kihei Kai Nani is directly across the street from the beautiful Kama'ole II beach and close to many shops and restaurants. The condo has Hawaiian-style decor and is updated and fresh. The kitchen had everything we needed to make all of our meals and we often ate dinner out on the lanai, where there's a great view of the ocean. We've spotted so many whales while just relaxing on the lanai. We appreciate that the owners take care of their unit and continually update it. Nothing ever seems dated or old in the condo, which is not typical when comparing it to other condos in Kihei. I highly recommend staying here if you want nice views, quick access to the beach, and a well-maintained and beautiful condo.
For whale watching and snorkeling to Molokini, we recommend the Pacific Whale Foundation's various trips. We like snorkeling between Kam I and Kam II, which is right across the street from the condo, first thing in the morning. Other activities that we have enjoyed on Maui are visiting the Tedeschi Winery, the Maui Ocean Center, the top of Haleakela, and the various beaches is south Maui.
