This property worked well for us. Plenty of space, had everything we needed and was clean. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach, which was fine for us but might be harder on others. It was really nice and quiet and the location was good.

This condo worked very well for my husband and I. It has been tastefully decorated and was well supplied in terms of kitchen equipment as well as beach towels, chairs, and umbrella. We were fine with the 10 or less minute walk to the beach from the condo, although someone with limited mobility might find it challenging. An excellent location for accessing the south side of the island.

A wonderful and peaceful place both inside and out. The condo has been nicely updated, is well appointed, comfortable and clean. Communication with the owner was easy, friendly and helpful. The location is perfect whether opting to watch sunset and migrating whales from the lanai or walking the beach. I would keep rambling on about how great but we hope it isn’t fully booked as we want to come back again and again. Thanks, Paul!

Great location and very clean, but lacked the high-end touches and conveniences that we expected at the price point. Little things, like no shampoo or conditioner in either bathroom, and bigger things like the inconvenience of having to drive across the resort to get a parking pass (after being told it would be left in the unit), and having to tailgate into the pool because no entry code was shared with us, all left us feeling a touch disappointed at this price point.

This is a gorgeous, sprawling property with great amenities, including four pools. The unit itself is lovely, bright and airy with gorgeous views. Nicely appointed, very clean and comfortable bed and linens. Loved our stay here!

We have stayed at numerous Ekahi units over the years and this was one of the best! Lovely views, great communication from the owner (Paul), newly renovated, very clean and had everything you need for a day on the beach. We very much enjoyed watching the whales at sunset comfortably from the lanai. Highly recommend staying here. We will be back!

We have stayed at a lot of VRBO properties and this was far and away the best. Paul was easy to work with and provided excellent instructions to everything in the condo. The condo itself was perfectly stocked from the kitchen to the beach supplies. The location was perfect with a great view from the balcony and a short walk to the pool or beach. We will absolutely stay here again in the future. Maholo!

Everything was as advertised. Clean and tidy, great working air conditioning and washer and dryer, beautiful balconies. We were also worried it might be too far from the pool but we timed it and it’s only a five minute walk! We will be renting here again

We really enjoyed our stay at Paul’s condo. It was plenty big enough for 2 people. Spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The view from the lanai was breathtaking and I enjoyed sitting there every morning and evening. The condo is a short walk to a shopping mall and about 10 mins to the beach. We also enjoyed the quiet pool one day. It was our first time to Maui and we loved how quiet the complex was. Would recommend to anyone

This unit didn’t disappoint! Everything was as advertised. Clean, roomy, well stocked and beautiful decor. But the view was the crown jewel! It was hard to leave that view. Beautiful landscaping, great pool, perfect beach. We also saw whales. What more do you need? Oh yeah and air conditioning and washer/dryer. Thanks for a fantastic stay Paul! We will be back!

Paul’s condo is a great place to stay on Maui. It is furnished with everything you need, from beach chairs, beach towels and boogie boards, to a well equipped kitchen, and is nicely furnished. It has a great lanai where you can see lots of stars, whales, and birds. The complex is beautiful, with four pools, a wonderful beach at the bottom of the hill, and great snorkeling around the rocks. The building itself is well constructed - it is quiet with no noise from neighbors in the other units in the building. If you are comfortable walking, there are several restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Paul is easy to communicate with and has excellent instructions regarding check-in, parking, etc. When I return to Wailea, this is where I will stay. Thank you, Paul!

The condo was beautiful and airy. Amazing views and sparkling clean. Paul was super helpful with suggestions and quick to respond to questions. Note to future travelers: there is snorkel equipment left from previous guests but I would suggest renting some when you get there as they are not in the best shape.

My daughter and I loved our relaxing and rejuvenating week at Ekahi 50D. Some of the highlights:
- Renovated, airy, modern interior
- Super comfy beds
- Great AC
- Tons of beach gear including snorkles, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers & towels
- Beautifal lanai with view of the ocean, perfect for watching the sunset
- Quiet! We were there in August but rarely saw or heard folks in other condos
- Fully stocked kitchen
- Easy access to a stunning beach and mutliple pools
- Lots of parking close to the condo
- Excellent communication from owner before arrival
- No issues whatsoever; never needed to contact the owner
I'd give it six stars if I could. We can't wait to go back!

I have been to Maui 20+ times, mostly on the western side of the island. This was our first time staying in Wailea, and right now I'm kicking myself for not staying here and more specifically at this condo much sooner than we just did. The condo was free of bugs, the AC was delightful, the view from the lanai was gorgeous, the property was quiet and safe, and the location was perfect. It's not a long walk to one of four different pools, 3 of which are adults only, and the beach is beautiful and just a short walk away as well.
I'll leave with this: if you're in need of a one bedroom, two bath, with amazing views and the perfect location, look no further than here. You'll be delighted with your experience.

We had a fantastic time in Maui staying at Ekahi in Wailea . We were centrally located to be able to walk to the neighboring hotels and shopping markets. We could also hop in the car and venture into Kihei, Lahaina, and take a day to do the drive to Hana. It was only a four minute walk to the main pool and beach and being able to store food in the refrigerator at the pavilion and have access to bathrooms made it so easy to plan a morning down by the beach. Especially having a closet already fully stocked with beach bags, chairs, umbrellas, and snorkel gear.
The bed in the condo was the most comfortable rental bed we have slept in, a HUGE plus! The kitchen was fully stocked and ready to cook a meal and being able to watch the sun set with a beautiful view of the lanai was the perfect way to end the day. We look forward to visiting again very soon!

Would recommend this place for staycation with a nice kitchen and washer/dryer in unit for staycation. One small thing that may bother folks who go to bed later is that there was not light blocking curtail in the bedroom but just a very sheer white linen curtail. It gets bright early in the morning.
