We loved the condo and the proximity to the beach and Kihei. The beds were super comfy!! We didn't take the time to figure out the cable TV system and weren't able to watch local news, but the stay was great. You and your family were very hospitable and accommodating with our vacation.

Beautiful property with all the amenities that were promised! We enjoyed watching the sunset from the lanai and the kids had so much fun in the pool which was so conveniently located right outside the lanai. The beach was just steps away across the street and I was even able to find a nice quiet spot to do morning yoga right on the beach. The beds were all very comfortable and suited our children just perfectly. Everything we did was convenient with a short 20 min drive to/from. The building was always peaceful and quiet, never loud with parties. The only complaint we had was with the parking spaces, they were tight but that's not within the control of the hosts. We cooked out on the outdoor grill most every night and when yhe grills were out of propane we used the oven which was exceptionally clean. The bathrooms were immaculate and updated nicely. The snorkel gear, coolers, umbrella, and beach chairs were much appreciated. We had a few hiccups with starting the washer and dryer but was not at all an inconvenience nut nice to have stocked with laundry soap so that we were able to wash towels as needed. Check in and check out were very easy and being on the first floor right next to the unloading zone was also very convenient! All in all, we would highly recommend this condo and host to any family of up to 5-6 people, it was just the right size and stocked with everything needed for a long stay. 😀

First, the showers ROCK. A good shower is such a sweet luxury after a day in the sun. This unit in particular is so perfect. Ground level so no waiting for elevators. Walk straight off the lanai to the pool. Plus this unit looks out to the pool instead of the parking lot👌.
This location is just steps from Kamaole 3 beach and within walking distance of our favorite eating places. Coconuts, Cafe O’lei, and the Cinnamon Roll Shop.
No AC was no problem as there are so many fans to use and with the windows open you can create quite the draft and cool off the whole place quite quickly.
Check in and entry were simple and easy.
This is a super kid friendly area. We were blown away by the kindness from everyone we interacted with. So grateful we chose to try this place, and were able to stay in the most perfect beach paradise.

We stayed for a week with our 3 kids under the age of 9, the kids bedroom was perfect with a pullout bed and bunk bed. The bathrooms are updated and there are plenty of beach/pool chairs, toys etc. This is a great location across the street from an excellent beach and walking distance to great restaurants, cafes and all amenities. The condo is well equipped and good value. Our kids loved the pool and the vibe is very chill with families bbq’ing at night. There is no A/C which we failed to notice when booking but there are plenty of fans and we enjoyed it. Very communicative and proactive hosts, we will be back!

We had a great stay and appreciated the careful instructions sent before our stay as well as in the binder inside the unit. The beach chairs and toys on the lanai were a nice added bonus.

Property was very clean with an excellent location to restaurants, beaches. Check in and check out were very easy. Lots of information about the local area provided. Good amenities and had all the necessities we needed. Only have two minor issues
1. Quiet hour is supposed to start at 9 or 10? However, the condos start the sprinklers at 10:30. Woke my partner and I up each night we stayed when they started with very loud thumping
2. Accurately listed without A/C but had some difficulty cooling off the bedrooms

We were a family of 5 (kid ages 7,9,11) and it was enough space for us. We had a great time at Lisa’s condo! Beaches right across the street and reasonable distances to other parts of the island. The kids liked the pool. You can walk to restaurants and markets. You can run up and down Kihei Rd. if you’re a runner. Lisa was very responsive the whole time. The only thing is the parking spot is really tight if you have a minivan and other minivans next to you but manageable.

This was the best vacation experience while visiting Maui. Lisa and her husband was very kind and made the reservation process really easy and our stay comfortable.
The location was on the bottom level across from the pool and the beach. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed and felt like a home away from home. We were very close to grocery shopping locations, gift shops, restaurants, and other beaches. When it came to going to the beach, this unit had a boogie boards, mats to lay on, chairs to sit at the beach, cooler for drinks and snacks, snorkel gear, and more. Everything was available so there was no need to rent these items.
Inside the condo, each bedroom had a beautiful renovated bathroom along with a washer and dryer. The kitchen was fully stocked with a gift bottle of wine and snacks as a welcome present.
I would recommend this condo to anyone who wants to have the Maui experience. We are already planning our return trip in 2023.

Lisa was responsive and helpful. Unit is right next to the pool and directly across the street from one of the nicest beaches in the area (great for snorkeling, smaller waves for kids, and beautiful sunsets). You even get a slight view of the the sun setting over the ocean from the patio. Tons of useful beach gear in their patio storage cabinet.

We had an amazing time in Maui! This property was in a great spot… our kids loved the Kamaole beach right across the street- the 5 min walk was so easy and convenient. The boogie boards and beach gear available for our use were much appreciated and the master bed was very comfortable. Great Cinnamon Role place up the street as well as some decent gelato and other eating places we didn’t try. The owner was responsive, helpful and easy to get a hold of.
I have to be honest- the unit was very hot with no air conditioning - even in Oct. There are fans which help, but spending time there in the day can be rough. Thankfully, we were out exploring most days so it was okay. Our biggest disappointment was finding a note upon our arrival that the dryer was broken and unavailable. This was a big downside and would have been a deal breaker for us had we known as this was a top reason we chose this rental. There is an on-site washer and dryer but the hours are limited and closed at night and early mornings which is when we were home and needing to use it. Hopefully this will be fixed asap but I just mention it so others can make sure it’s working before booking. More towels would have been helpful in this scenario since they needed to be washed after the beach and don’t air dry well.
Overall we would recommend if you can handle the heat and if the dryer is fixed. It’s a charming little place on well-kept property and it was a wonderful trip! We loved Maui and we will be back!

We personally love the S. Kihei vibe of the island more than anywhere else. Food is close and amazing close to the condo. Just a few steps to Kam3 beach (which we loved). Me and my wife, and a friend and his wife stayed here for 5 nights. We each have a baby under 1. The space was great. The location of the property is right across from the beach. We had 2 cars, one parked in the parking lot and another parked around the corner, under the trees. No issues. The condo has everything you need in terms of utensils. The condo does not have AC, however if you take advantage of air flow, you can keep the place cool. Thanks!

Loved the location. Even though you cross a road to get to the beach, no other place has such a great spot, access and a bit of a view. The pool is right outside the door. Loved the sleeping arrangements for my 4 girls, they each had a spot on a mattress. Loved to do laundry when needed. Although I had almost all teens, I noticed they had items for littles too. The fridge water was great to refill bottles. A really nice place. Owners Lisa and Andrew were so easy to work with. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great a great stay in this ground floor apartment. We had the pool just in front of us and that pool was never really busy and was great to use.
The apartment is really spacious for our family of 4, including a good kitchen to cook your own meals. Also very close to some smaller shopping centres and the upmarket The Shops in Wailea is only a short drive. We loved it!

Property was exactly as described. Spacious condo with 2 King size beds and 2 nice bathrooms. All the small kitchen appliances and supplies that you would ever need. Plenty of beach chairs, toys, boogie boards and even a wagon to haul everything to the beach. Walkable to many restaurants nearby. Perfect location. Two minute walk to Kameole 3 beach and ground level directly beside the pool. Great communication from owners and easy to work with. Check in process was smooth. Excellent condo for anyone, but perfect for families with kids. We will be staying here for any future Maui visits.

We the family of 5 had wonderful Maui time at Lisa and Andrew’s beautiful condo convenienty located next to the beaches and restaurants. Condo is fully furnished with shampoo to kitchen to laundry needs. We didn’t have any issue with room temperature as some guests said something about not having AC. It was very pleasant stay those 4 nights we spend. We really enjoyed your ice cold filtered water and Ice from the refrigerator when we went around the road trip to Hana and hike in Bamboo forest. Overall we had the best time at your condo and would like to say thank you so much for sharing your beautiful Maui home to us. Yes, I do watered your pots few times.😀We will come back again for sure.

This was our first VRBO vacation and I was beyond impressed! The condo was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The box of beach chairs, umbrella, snorkelling gear and anything else you may need for a beach holiday was also great. We snorkelled the first day right across the street and saw turtles within minutes, there were also great snorkelling places close by that were fantastic as well. The condo bbq

Our family of 5 stayed here from Jan 14th-22nd 2017. Excellent location across from Kamaole beach III and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Great jumping off point to Road to Hana, Haleakala and Maui Ocean centre. We didn't even have to bring our own beach toys!

The condo, pool and beach are all immaculate. The beach straight out front is the best for snorkeling, so many turtles!!! We loved the food truck down the road, Ohanas, and sipping cocktails while watching the sun go down.

Our family really enjoyed staying at this condo. It had all the necessities and was found clean and tidy upon arrival. The access to the pool and parking lot was handy when we needed a quick dip in the pool or had a lot of groceries. We also loved the fact that we could get to the beach within minutes of walking. Many of our mornings included a short walk to the Rainbow Mall and area to get cinnamon buns, coffee or a latte. Check out the markets up Kihei road and grab a yummy shave ice while you're there! We enjoyed the view of the sunset most evenings and the sound of the birds when we woke in the morning. Beautiful place all around. We would definitely come back to stay here again.

Property is just as described and pictures are a pretty fair representation of the place. It is a little noisy as some people have mentioned in reviews being by the pool (like 15 from the pool), but that didn't bother us as we have kids and played in the pool. The condo seems to quiet down pretty well around 9-10pm as the pool is closed and quiet hours are in effect.
If you go in summer it can be a little hot as there is no air conditioner (we live in O'ahu without ac, so the heat didn't bother us). For some people I know that can be a surprise, but you acclimate pretty quick.
There are some beach items there: chairs, boogie boards, towels and a small selection of snorkel gear. The beach chairs have seen better days and might be due for a replacement soon. The snorkel stuff is pretty cheap (don't blame them wouldn't want nice stuff getting trashed) but if you plan to do a lot of snorkeling just go down the street to auntie's and rent from them to get nicer gear and find that fit (best deals and way laid back owner).
Kitchen was very well stocked with supplies and had a nice coffee grinder (definitely a must for my family!) and coffee pot as well as a blender and all the regular items.
Condo was very clean and orderly and to our surprise coming from O'ahu, we didn't see a single insect (which you should totally be ok with when visiting Hawaii as they even get bugs in nice hotels). It's not the fanciest or nicest place and that is why I gave it 4 stars but it is great (we don't need nor want fancy) and we would definitely go back as well as recommend it to anyone. The owners are very responsive and we communicated several times even during our stay via email. You get a lot for your money at this place and it works great for families! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

We felt this unit was in the perfect location!
If you don't care so much for a full ocean view - because you're likely to spend your time at the beach for that anyway - then this an ideal unit within this complex. As a ground unit, its only a few steps away from the parking lot - making it really convenient to enter/exit/check-in/check-out/etc. and only a few steps away from the pool. Also, being a ground unit, this unit is much cooler compared to the units above. This makes a big difference during the hotter summer months. During our visit to Maui, we had other family that stayed up in one of the 4th floor units above. Their place was like an oven. This unit's location is also quite central. Its right across the street from Kama'ole Beach 3 - Kihei's best beach in my opinion - and short walks away from amazing restaurants and essentials like a grocery store, drug store, gas station, etc. (You must check out Maui Thai Bistro - arguably the best Thai food I've ever had)
I definitely recommend this unit. It's clean and well-maintained.

This property has a wonderful location in Kihei...Just opposite the Kam Beach Park III...a wonderful beach for playing, body surfing, boogie boarding and faces west for lots of sun. Any shopping, restaurants, etc are in close proximity; you can stay in Kihei, go further north to Lahaina and Kanapali or go south to Wailea. We found everything very convenient.
The condo was clean, well maintained, and recently updated. There is tile throughout the entire condo that we appreciated. It is also well stocked from kitchen necessities to towels and beach towels to everything you could want for the beach including toys. The pool is very clean, maintained daily and right out the door. That is both a pro and a con depending on your tolerance for noise and privacy on the lanai.
The living room furniture is basic and not particularly comfortable. The TV is nice and we enjoyed the cable, Netflix and the Wii games. Our biggest concern, and since we were there during a very hot week it was a big concern, is there is NO air conditioning and presumably no heating possibilities should you be there in a cooler, damp season. The condo can't really be cooled down until after sundown, as it also faces West and you get the hot afternoon sun. Since we came from the Southeast US, we never considered that there would not be air conditioning, that was our bad assumption.
Lisa and Andrew were accessible by email but there is no one to turn to on site for minor stuff. We needed to purchase batteries on our own for the security lock on the door (only one in the "junk" drawer) and could not get the safe to work. Overall, we had a wonderful week, the condo is a good value for the cost, and we would recommend the property with the above caveats. We are 65+ grandparents traveling with our 11 year old granddaughter.
