This property was so fun and totally relaxing. The condo was nicely decorated. It just made you think of the islands everywhere you looked. It was right across the street from a beautiful beach which we could totally see from our deck. It was fun to watch people walking around and enjoying the sun and being out and about. We so enjoyed sitting on deck watching it all. The condo was well stocked with everything! The bed was very comfortable. The pool and surrounding area were really nice...total relaxation. We would definitely return to this condo...a little bit paradise for sure.

The view from the lanai is amazing, and at a great value. My teen daughter and I stayed 5 nights. It is in the heart of South Kihei with shops and restaurants nearby. Family friendly Kam II beach is directly across the street! Don't miss watching the sunset at da wall ♡ we enjoyed every minute of this trip ♡

We had a great time staying at this place. It was our very first time visiting Maui, and Susan as a great host, have given me lots of info and tips prior our visit, including where to rent a car and how to get around places etc.
We were very lucky as her place is such a great location. We are two minutes walking distance to Kamole 2 beach, just have to cross the street. We could see the ocean from our balcony.
The place is well stocked with cookware, towels, beach towels, cleaning supplies, beach chairs, Sun umbrella, sand toys, and some starter shampoo and conditioner. Our daughter also enjoyed the pool a lot as she felt safe and happy playing in it. The resort also has laundry facility, which you could watch your own laundry, and the machines take coins, and there’s a coin machine for your exchange.
The apartment had three or four standing fans, two ceiling fans, and an AC unit in the living room. The king size bed was comfortable, and the three of us slept comfortably. We are very happy with our stay, and if we ever go back to Maui, we would love to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was perfect for our needs. It is walkable to all 3 kamaole beaches, & the small shops & restaurants in kihei. It is well stocked— seemed to have everything we were looking for. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the Lanai and my teenage sons always enjoyed sitting outside in the late evening. The pictures accurately show the view to Kam II. The ac is in the main family room area but the fans help to circulate air to the master bedroom as well. We knew in advance that the unit doesn't have a washer & dryer in it (but there is a shared one within the complex). I thought this might be an inconvenience but it wasn't at all . We just packed a few extra items to avoid needing the laundry facilities , and this unit has a drying rack on the lanai which helped immensely to dry our bathing suits, etc .
Our kids used the sofa bed at night, but I tried it out one afternoon and it seemed to be comfortable (memory foam , maybe ?).
We arrived the day of the Maui wildfires. Despite the heartbreaking extenuating circumstances, we were thankful for the location of this condo and our overall safety during such devistation. No doubt that those who experienced loss were on our minds and in our hearts during every day of our stay. We found plenty of snorkel places and a nice hike at La perouse bay. The road to Hana was also great. Hoping and praying for those who were involved in the wildfires .I give this condo a 5 star rating!

The location of this condo is unbeatable. It’s directly across from Kam 2, which is a beautiful beach. Everything is accessible from this location. Aside from location, the condo was clean & included many amenities. The communication with the owner was great. I was given thorough instructions & information prior to our arrival. I requested to check in earlier & was permitted to, however the wait for a car rental at OGG was terrible & we ended up checking in at the regular time. If we are fortunate to return to Maui, I would definitely stay here again.

The property was perfect! Excellent communication and the property was very clean. Perfect location-easy walk to the beach (directly across the street). There are lots of shops and restaurants within a very short walk. Area felt very safe, The unit has a great view of the ocean and all the items you could need for the beach! Grocery stores located a short drive away. We didn't use the pool or laundry but they were both very close to the unit. Overall, perfect rental unit and we would absolutely stay here again and again.

If you want a low-key relaxed getaway, this is the place for you. There are lots of expensive fancy resorts on Maui — my family prefers this simple, unassuming place. It’s minutes from the grocery store and lots of great restaurants and my kids adore the enormous pool and ready access to the beach. Everything is really easy with this property and they have all the beach gear and a lifetime supply of towels, including beach and pool towels. Couldn’t recommend more strongly. Also, Beach Street one block away has the best shaved ice of my life, from a person who hates shaved ice.

Stayed for 10 days at this condo across from Kamole Beach. Older unit, but very clean. View of ocean from deck. Ocean and nice beach just across the street. Also has a couple beach chairs, mats, and coolers for beach use.
Host excellent about communicating.
I gave it a 4 instead of 5 because I felt the condo could have been stocked a little better. ( No bathroom shampoo/conditioner, coffee grinder, older pans and knives.)

We loved the condo!! The layout was perfect for our family. Both beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything anyone could need. The lanai was perfect for watching the whales. We really appreciated the sand chairs, umbrella and sand toys and loved being just steps from the beach.
We hope to come stay again!

Hi, would highly recommend this VRBO listing. It's right down the street from the beach with a great sunset view. It's about 30 mins from the airport and 40 mins from the start for the road to Hana... I think 45 mins to Lanaih

The beach is right across the street. Location is very convenient and walking distance to plenty of restaurants. The actual condo was a lot better in person. It's cute and charming. I like that there was a cooler, beach umbrella, towels, beach mat and chairs for us to use. We stayed in January so it wasn't too warm in the bedroom. Would recommend staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Susan’s unit. We had 2 adults, a 3 and 5 year old. The unit was perfect for us. I was worried the room would be very hot at night, as there is only AC in the main living area, but it was fine! There is a ceiling fan and Susan also provided standing fans, which helped. The unit is spacious, and kitchen is well equipped. We made use of the beach towels, chairs, toys, umbrella, and cooler. The pool was also great and the kids enjoyed it. The location is fantastic! The beach is a 2 min walk across the street and there are multiple restaurants and shops within walking distance. Costco, Walmart, and Target are also about a 25 min drive away, which we went to stock up on some essentials. Just a note, we did have to purchase our own shower gel and shampoo, I missed that those weren’t included but not a huge deal. Overall, we had an awesome stay and would stay here again!

Susan’s condo completely fulfilled our needs and made for an amazing vacation!!! The kitchen is so well stocked with any gadget you may need, the bed is big and comfy, but the star of the show is the view from the lanai! Not only is there an ocean view, but a beach view as well! There were plenty of beach chairs (even a sun umbrella!), a nice sized cooler, and toys for the little ones. It is literally a one to two minute walk to the beach, and several restaurants are within 2 or 3 minutes. Susan’s condo feels like home, we will be back again and again! Thank you!!!

The location of this property in Kihei can’t be beat! There are restaurants, shops, and the beach all within walking distance. We loved having coffee on the lanai with some croissants from Maui Bread Company.
The condo was much more spacious than we anticipated and thoughtfully accommodated. We used the beach towels, chairs, and umbrella during a beach day.
We did have an issue during our stay, and the host was quick to respond and remedy.
We did find the bedroom a little warm at night, as someone else mentioned, but the amenities and location made that fact a very minor annoyance. Thank you for a nice stay.

Just across the street from a good beach and only a few minutes South of beaches where we saw many sea turtles. It’s a 3 minute walk from apartment, crossing the street to the beach to watch the magnificent sunsets. There are numerous cafes and restaurants within a 3-10 minute walk.
Apartment description on website is very accurate. Kitchen is fully stocked, although I didn’t use the kitchen at all - walked to cafe next door for coffee every morning.

This condo was better than promised. It is directly across the street from Kam beach 2 and there is a a crossing. It is easy to walk to other beaches and little shopping areas and eateries. Kihei is a great location for driving to other areas of Maui too. The combo kitchen; dining area and tv sitting area faces a balcony Sitting area. The balcony has 4 beach chairs and other beach items. The bedroom faces the common interior garden type area. The condo was quiet at night despite closeness to street. The kitchen seems well equipped too. There were beach towels. There is a swimming pool near the office. We enjoyed our stay. There is a view of the water across the street so you can check waves. The sunsets are spectacular here.

We stayed the weekend and were hardly in the condo but when we were there, it was comfortable and relaxing. There was an air conditioner but we never had to turn it on.
We actually checked out early because of the incoming storm and we are glad we did! We were on the last flight before the airport initially lost power....and eventually our original flight we were booked on was cancelled!

The condo needs some TLC but the bed was very comfortable and the appliances were very nice. There were also some items available for use at the beach which was much appreciated. The property is exactly like the listing. My husband and I went to Maui for the second part of our honeymoon. This property is perfect for a couple who is looking to have a good time. It is in the middle of everything and close drive to just about everything. You are right next to several restaurants and shops and directly across from the best place to watch the sunset. The bed is a king size and super comfy. The living room is very nice and there was everything that you needed if you forgot something. Not to mention there is every size cooler and chairs to take with you to the beach.

We had a great stay at Susan's Condo. It was the closest we have stayed to the beach ever. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood, making this a great stay. The Apartment itself was very well stocked, lots of beach stuff - great beach chairs, and the Master Bed was really comfortable. Also, the two large TVs were good to have. I can only recommend staying here, while in Maui.

This condo's location is great. Right across from the beach and near shops. Plenty of parking in a small condo community. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of toilet paper =). My only critique is that is was not obvious that the only AC unit in the house is in the living room which is a bit far from the bedroom. If you give it about an hour though, the AC can cool down the whole place and there are plenty of fans. The AC is on a timer of no more than 6 hours at a time. Nice place, would stay again.

The apartment was situated conveniently for beaches, shops and restaurants. Kitchen was well equipped, bed was comfortable and having beach chairs , towels , boogie boards was a bonus. The bbq grills were clean and everyone was friendly. Kamaole Beach , which was across the road was fantastic for swimming and snorkeling. We watched humpbacks from the lanai most days. Right across the street from Kam 2 beach. The property is at the front of the complex - which means you can see the surf from the lanai and you can walk to it in less time than most other units. Fred's Mexican restaurant right next door is great place to eat drink with fun ambience. Moose's is great place for late night snacks and bar, upstairs from Fred's. Other good restaurants are only a couple hundred yards away.

The condo was perfect for my sister and my visit. I’ve never slept on a fold out couch that was so comfortable. The location is great, and we took advantage of the beach umbrellas, boogie board and chairs. The pool was perfect for evening swims, and the 808 Deli and Fred’s/Moose McGillicuddy’s next door provided multiple meals and happy hours (Definitely try 808’s banana cream pudding!). Our stay at Kihei Kai Nani was simply amazing. The condo was 4 lanais from Kihei Road and a quick walk across the street to a beautiful beach. Check in with Debbie at the office was very easy and she is just the most friendly property manager. She even helped out connecting the bedroom TV when we couldn't get it to work. The condo was very clean and provided everything we could have needed. The king bed was so comfy and the sofa bed worked great too. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and there were plenty of towels and linens. The overall property was beautiful and was nice and peaceful to rest. The pool on the property was so nice and well maintained. Got pictures of some amazing sunsets from our beach. The two restaurants on the other side of our parking lot were very convenient. We ate at Fred's Mexican a couple times and Moose McGuilicuddy's who had the best Coconut Shrimp ever. The location of this condo is perfect. We had the best time. Will book again next time we are in Maui. Thanks for the great stay!

Loved the condo!! It was the perfect launching point for all of our daily events!! Best part was the short walk to the beach to swim with turtles and the short walk to grab drinks or food at a handful of different places.

My family and I had the most wonderful time staying in this condo. The most beautiful beach to swim in is located literally just steps away. No need for a car, the restaurants, shopping and food stores are within walking distance. And at the end of the day, you can view the Maui sunset from the lanai. The condo is equipped with everything you need for cooking ( I cooked three full dinners easily) and is decorated in a beautiful and comfortable tropical style . We especially enjoyed the "Surfs Up" sign! We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Love the location of the unit, we love the view and to people watch. Some reviews think the first unit is loud, but we feel the view is worth it. Beautiful bathroom and nice bed, could use a coat of paint and carpet, but super clean.. nice beach chairs and other beach stuff... would reccommend to family and friends.

Everything was right about staying in your fully equipped condo. We are back for another trip and although there were many other condos to choose from in Kai Nani, yours met all of our requirements the best, especially the view and the plush King bed. Susan, you are very nice to deal with. Audrey
