HawaiiGaga Insider Tips

Choosing a unit at Villas of Kamalii

For cooler upstairs rooms, use the Air conditioning search filter; check listing details and reviews for coverage. Bedroom-only or lower-level AC can leave upstairs living areas and third bedrooms hot.
For the best setting, favor lanai views toward the mountains, greenbelt or wildlife area; these units are repeatedly described as quiet with standout views.
If stairs concern you, check listing details and reviews for layouts; the Villas include two-story and tri-level villas with lower-level bedrooms and many steps.
